So for the second time I have been sold a bad used tire by these guys and I know from the first experience that they will not do a single thing about. A used tire should last longer then a week and should not shred apart when it still has great tred that makes me think it had a bubble when they put it on my car. The only reason I cam here over Souza's was because I have an odd size tire that is hard to find used. Next time I will just go to Sacramento. I knew when I went there that I shouldn't have because I have never cared for their customer service and they sell faulty used tires.

I showed up here in september bought a used tire. $40. No problem. We came back n bought a matching set of used $80.00 for the set. Today we found that one of the matching tires has a bubble. So we hobbled up here to see what he would do. He told me no warranty $35.00 for a next to bald tire. Asked for $20.00. He said way to low. Told him I ll go to Souza's next door for $25.00. He said ok, but was unsure about it. Don t know if Ill go back.

Completely shady, that is the only description I have of these guys, I took my duelsport to them to have the front tire replaced when I brought it there they quoted me 15-20$ and I went home, they called me to pick it up a few hours later but when I got there the owner and office manager tell me that they dont normally do motorcycle tires and it took longer so now it's $80. $80 dollars for a tire mount, I work in the automotive industry and know better than that so I argued the fact that I never once signed a work order and was never called to approve this price increase and all of a sudden he wants to haggle on the price. That is not how you operate a legitimate business the BAR should pay these guy's a visit and I'm still considering contacting them. Bottom line find somewhere else.

Closest thing to the mountains that's open on a Sunday with a decent selection of tires. (The *one* place open in Truckee on Sundays doesn't have much in stock.) The change took quite a while, but it was a very fair price, especially considering they could have really bent us over.

I have been going here for years and they mostly work on my cars which I'm more then happy with the work the prices are so much cheaper then a shops by far..moe is hella chill and always willing to work with me. When I need tires they got the best no bs type attitude and are quik to help and do the job.yesssss!! When other shops tell me I need this and that moe and the mechanic take me and show me what the other guys say is wobbly and shake it with no wobble. That's an honest shop not just trying to make a buck. So now I bring my car here and he price matched if others were cheaper. Just overall a solid person that I can trust.

I had a flat spare tire because my valve stem had rotted out. I took the spare and put it in the bed of my truck and took it to these guys. They quoted me $20 to change a 10 cent valve stem. I called America’s Tire and they said swing by we’ll do it for free. Now that’s customer service. Took them less than 5 minutes. I know where I’ll get my set of tires and it sure won’t be Best American Tires & Wheels. Steer well clear unless you want to get ripped off.

My last time here was 4 years ago, but I have bought two complete sets of tires from them for my Subaru and ( new cheapest tires they had) price was low, tires balanced well, and lasted about 30k miles. Both times I was pleased, especially for the price.

I wouldn't recommend that anyone use this business' services. The owner took advantage of my fiance in a vulnerable situation where she was trying to get home over the pass during inclement weather and the owner sold her the wrong tire chains. When asked about working on getting a refund he simply hung up the phone and said he didn't need to do business with us. Luckily CalTran sales chains on the pass or she would have been in seriously dangerous situation. I would highly recommend you steer clear of this business and their shady business practices.

First impression .....just your typical old gas station turned auto shop. But these guys are very helpful and honest! Rather than charge me for unnecessary service., He was decent enough to inform me that an alignment was not the solution to the problems I was experiencing with my truck. Having just done some frontend work , I opted to go ahead with it. Turns out, he was right !!! Only tire and alignment shop i know to be open Sundays. And they charge less than their competition. Also , I got a great quote on some mud tires while I was there! I'll be heading back very soon to make that purchase !!

been going here the last 3 years I've needed tires on my car. I was going down to Sacramento for "better" prices but these people give the actual price over the phone. $450 is $450 when you pay no a surprise of $545. Incredible customer service and a great waiting room. Truly don't see why anyone would knock them for anything, they provide 5 star customer service with a great price and do it like professionals. I literally won't go anywhere else.

Muhammad is a BAD PERSON & BUISNES MAN. He let his "family member" quote me $35 for an oil change.(These guys have charged 34,40&45 for same 6quart oil change). After ten minutes of Muhammad explaining that his family member doesn't understand English and I left no phone number he felt his words "out of kindness of my own heart I'd pay $5 extra over quoted price." This is after the owner an older gentleman said "if you tell us you've paid $35 and want that price we'll honor it.

Great family business! I was glad someone was open on Sunday, hoping to get my son's motorcycle tire repaired. When we pulled up, the gentleman running the shop dropped what he was doing, looked at our tire, and went to work on it. He was reinflating the tire with the repaired tube in it in about 20 minutes.
