I got my car shipped to me from Montana and checked some places to get it maintained. This place is close by. They gave me all new tires! Whitewall tires were the SAME PRICE as regular tires, so that was a huge plus for me. I thought my classic car would have to be without it's whitewall tires! I was wrong! Anyway, they gave me all new brakes and master cylinders and they worked so quickly and efficiently. Definitely will recommend their service!!

Dishonest:.... they offer a discount coupon of $ 20.00, over the internet, but when you present the coupon to receive your discount, they tell you that the discount is already included in the price you have been given from the beginning ... but the worst is When they start to recommend tires or parts of the vehicle that according to them the car needs it ... That gave me a red signal and I decided to leave this place before performing the service, I went to another place where I did the same work for 3 Dollars less and no coupon, and without having to buy other parts ... when I told the mechanic what I was recommended in this place, the other mechanic told me that it was not necessary.

ATD in Hermosa Beach is truly a great place. They will bend over backwards to get your issues fixed. Sometimes there have been a few surprises however each time they show me the problem and discuss the longevity of the issue. I own a 2009 MINI Cooper S, otherwise known as a Money-Pit Cooper S. Sometimes things have taken longer than expected however I feel good knowing it will be fixed right and they'll always help when it comes to dishing out more money on this maintenance heavy car.

Not an upstanding business. Attempted to charge me a 50% premium per tire, but then price matched Costco/walmart prices, quite reluctantly. Bought 4 new tires after price match, but it seems they took at least(?) 2 of my actual wheels when making the change. Two of my wheels are different, hubcaps no longer even match. They did the work in the dark and I didn’t notice until I was out of town. Not stoked with the vibe or service. Won’t be returning.

On 12/27/18, I used a coupon for an oil change up to 5 qts that includes a tire rotation for $19.95. I marked the tires and could tell they were not rotated. The mechanic then rotated them incorrectly front to rear for directional tires. I told George that the owners manual specifies a forward cross since it is a front wheel drive vehicle with non-directional tires. He said they always do it without crossing. He also charged $20.95 because he said it used more oil. The owners manual specifies 4.4 qts including the filter.

I am an owner of a 2010 Prius. I forget the fellas name, but he's always there on Saturday and Sunday when I typically drop my car off for an oil change. He's friendly and was clear with the options I had for the type of oil and which one I should go with, without being pushy. I will definitely be going back - and have done so for both cars several times. Wish I had bought my tires for my Highlander there as I know they would've taken care of me too.

I had one tire replaced, it was a run-flat for my 335i. The tire was disgusting when I got it back and they over-inflated all four of my tires by at least 10 psi. The run-flats on my car should be between 35 and 40 PSI and should never go over 40. they were so over-inflated at around 50 psi that my tire pressure sensor coated on the dashboard and I had to let air out of all four tires.

Ro, the manager has reached out and he has offered to look into and resolve the issues I have. Like other reviews below, I have always had excellent service from Ro. SADLY, I HAVE A COMPLETE REVERSAL, A YEAR AGO I RAVED ABOUT THEIR SERVICE. I was charged for an Alignment and a gas put into my tires that may not have been done. Even if all had been done, I was over charged for the service according to a conversation I overheard with another customer. MY LETTER TO THE COMPANY- On April 9th I ordered 3 tires and made an appointment to have them installed. I noticed that my tires were wearing in a way I have never seen before. The interior and exterior surfaces were worn down and the center of the tread was much less worn. Over the phone I was told I may need an alignment. Something I have been told several times by your service people. Your company is in the midst of marketing (hydrogen, nitrogen ??) some gas to fill the tires. They asked each person that they were serving if they were interested. I was NOT asked and simply charged for the service. I do not know whether I truly have the particular gas filled in my tires. I was also told that I may have a problem with my struts and that is why my tires are wearing as they are. It was suggested that I watch them closely and when it was time to rotate the tires that the issue would be reviewed. (THEY SELL STRUTS AND THE SERVICE TO INSTALL THEM- HOW TO UP SELL WHEN YOU DO NOT NEED THE SERVICE) I was also told by 2 mechanics outside of American Tire Depot that if I were to need struts, the wear on my tires would be bumpy. I rely on professionals to guide me in an honest manner. As my clients and associates come to me for my expertise and honest opinion. I could google and research every little problem I encounter but that is why there are specialists whom I rely on for their honesty and expertise. I do not believe I was in need of an alignment but have paid for one (again, I really don't know if one was done, I was not given paperwork showing me the results of an alignment) After speaking to a professional mechanic friend and to my own personal mechanic, the answer to my tire wear problem is that my tires are UNDER INFLATED. I expect a company that specializes in tires to know that. Not sell me something that I don't need so you can boost your bottom line. These are the reasons why I will not return.

Needed new tires and George, the manager, really went above and beyond finding the odd size I needed and then working with me to give me an outstanding deal. The installation was quickly and professional completed in the time he had promised. It's rare to find a shop that stands behind what is promised without surprises and delivers perfectly. The icing on the cake was their incredible customer service. They really care about you and your time. They also are willing to do what is needed to take care of a customer. Side note here, while they were completing my car and working overtime to do it, a young lady came in with a flat that needed repair. They took on the job and went to it well after closing time. I've never seen a shop do that before. I'm a customer for life!!!

I finally found some mechanics I can trust with my cars. The last shop, everything they did, they did it twice (because they screwed up the first time). For me, it’s not about pricing (which theirs is good), it’s about quality work. I have been dealing with Frank, who is knowledgeable. Frank even went over stuff that was done by the old shop and set everything in good working order. What I like about this particular shop are not just the spot on diagnostics, thorough explanations, and customer service. Frank didn’t try to sell me on repairs that weren’t needed, and actually told me I didn’t need some of the things I questioned. The quality of work finally puts me at ease enough to send my son and his vehicle to college.

fantastic service at an incredible price. they go above and beyond here. more than just tires. they fixed my front end as it was pulling a little to the left, I didn't know exactly what was wrong, but I knew something didn't feel right as the car was slightly pulling to the left recently. and the steering wheel was not as responsive as usual. the manager Omar was very professional and his mechanic too. they tested the front end and found the problems, showed me the old parts and the new replacement parts and it was clear what was necessary. their prices are much lower than other shops and they guaranteed the work. I've been here before and am always satisfied with their work. they care about their customers safety, this is the best shop I've taken my cars too. if I could rate more than 5 stars I would.

Whatever you do, do NOT do business with this company. Several weeks ago my daughter took a vehicle in for new tires. Since I do not live in town, I gave them my credit card number over the phone. Before they replaced the tires I received a call from a man named Diego who tried to up sell me for service that I knew the vehicle did not need. After much conversation he backed down from trying to sell the additional service. The real problem began when I received my credit card statement. Not only was the original amount for the tires on it, but the second estimate for the work that I refused was ALSO on the statement in the amount of $910.00. After many conversations with the store manager who said he was communicating with the corporate store and that they were the only ones who could reverse the charges, NOTHNG to date has been done and the charge remains on our bill. The next call will be to our attorney,

Very friendly service. Bought 4 tires. Asked for brake squeek fix as well. Picked up a few days later. Tires looked good, brakes were in limits but they did not fix brake squeek. They called about the oil and I agreed to change it. They also filled tires with Nitrogen instead of air, charged me extra $40 didn’t ask for, so they removed the charge. Wheels were covered in grease, so I had to ask to clean them, which they did. Overall good.

Ever (Manager?) helped me out with an amazing deal for my 37" toyos, had them installed by this tech named Dre. Talking with Dre (it was slow that day) while he mount and balanced my tires, I learned he has worked at four different ATires and has loved it. He said nothing but positive things about his company and management. He can do super swampers or those low profiles you want to put on your Bentley. He has put tires on some of the South Bay's Lakers and Kings players cars, and makes it look easy. He put so much care into balancing the tires, the machine started to smoke from being run so many times. THen, he even torqued and armoralled my tires after it all. WHAT?!?!?!!? WHAAAA WHO puts that much care into their 9to5?!?!? I was so amazed at how disciplined and professional he was, especially after doing tires day in day out for more than half a decade. TL;DR Great guys, sick rubber, tech named Dre is 11/10

Terrific experience. I came in to replace a tire on my 2007 Honda Element, and was already being well-taken care of, but I was then asked to come to the car. I was then shown that I had less than 1mm of brake pads on both sides. That is not a lot of breaking power for bicycle, much less my automobile. Scary! Additionally, the control arm bushings were both busted. I had them complete the work, and they found a way to also do an alignment . . . all for under $600. Just a few weeks ago, I paid more than that for a stupid starter. Very nice guys there. Thanks!

The staff at the Hermosa Beach location are really GOOD guys. I had many conversations both over the phone and in person with George and Ron while I was trying to make a decision on the best tires for my Lexus 350rx. I asked countless questions and they were both VERY kind and patient with me. In addition, when my new tires were being installed, the technician noticed what appeared to be a leak from my rack and pinion and notified me immediately. I really appreciated the GREAT customer service I received and now my husband plans to go there too.
