Just changed set of front tires for my Corvette today. Price is much cheaper than any other competitive stores including Costco. Not only the price, the service was outstanding and the sales person, Mike Hernandez was very friendly and informative. However I noticed that they made BIG scratches on both front wheels that are noticeable while changing to new tire set.

Nice guys but ended up buying my wheels and tires elsewhere( Feb 2017). Took too long to get me what I needed at a good price. Never got the call backs I was promised..went online and had gear shipped and mounted 3 days later..tire rack. will probably try them again for shocks or something. If that doesn't work will close the credit card out. I will say I bought a full set of wheels and tires (Oct 2016) from them and that install and those people at the time did a great job - it took a couple days to get everything in on that install but it went well overall price and time wise..

I stopped by on my way to get a oil change and new tires at two other different locations. I was politely greeted and asked how they could help. I explained what I was looking for and was given a variety of options on tires. Needless to say, I got a great deal on 4 new tires and a oil change. Shop is incompetent when it comes to aligning a Subaru. Claimed i need a Camber Kit for a stock car. Went to another shop and they fixed the alignment without a problem. In addition they ruined my lug nuts removing the tires. So much for lifetime alignment, never giving them my business. Wasted time and money trusting the shop. In the last four years the shop has had 4 different managers and 3 different team of mechanics and they never seem to find my previous receipts.

Prices are really competitive and service was great. Everything was explained in detail from work performed on vehicle to what kind of parts were being replaced. Wait was not bad at all considering the ton of vehicle's that were being serviced. Good job guy's keep up the good work!!

I've had a family mechanic for the longest time, and recently my car has been having problems and hes been telling me one thing at a time, mostly nothing is wrong and it's just oil or something. I took my car here to get my tires fixed, and they gave me two new tires cheap, new windshield wipers for free, and a free check up from bumper to bumper for free and gave me a full review on my car and told me every single problem plus the cost wich If I got it there came with a ton of benefits like life time warranty at all their stores, they even recommended me a place to fix my wind shield for only $100, by far this has been the best experience I've ever recieved woth getting my car fixed, I'm definitely changing mechanics and recommending everyone to go here

This place is horrible. I've purchased tires here consecutively on three occassions. They are constantly under new management and there is always an issue with honoring a warranty for that same reason. Today they couldn't honor my warranty for free flat tire fix because their machine was broken. I'm sick of the BS here and, in the future, will buy my tires elsewhere. I also posted on Yelp. FYI

They did my alginment there and they have a 3 month warranty if anything goes wrong with the alignment, I can just take it back and they will fix it! I took my Jeep in for an alignment and right after I was hearing a metal rubbing sound and I thought it was because of the alignment. I went back like an hour later and they checked it, It had nothing to do with the alignment but they still fixed noise that it was making.

I was due for a new set of tires so after calling around, these guys had the best deal. Low priced tires with a small installation fee. What blew me away was the genuine care that Carlos provided me. He understood my rough situation and did everything he could to help me out. He even took care of half the insurance fee because he wanted to make sure that I took advantage of it. After the installation, he went out of his way and gave me a call on my drive home JUST to make sure the tires worked out fine. The tires were great, but man...the service was unlike anything I had ever experienced at a tire shop. The wait was quite long but with this top quality service?...It's no wonder why everyone is coming here. Thanks for turning my crappy Friday around Carlos!

***CONSUMER BEWARE!!!******CONSUMER BEWARE!!!*** One star is to much! Took my car in for the first time for what I thought would be a simple oil change and tire rotation. May 28, 2019. All seemed well, I was never told any different upon picking up my car and in my paperwork received. However, now Aug. 6, 2019 went to get a tire repaired and could not find wheel lock, was not in with spare tire. Then noticed that the 4 lug nuts, (originals) were taken out of storage container. Then the tire technician opened each tire and saw that the locking lug nut was missing from all four tires. So, its been 2 months and a week driving all around with a missing lug nut on every wheel. This is huge for America Tire Depot to allow customers to drive around with missing lug nuts on their tires. Never was it noted anywhere that wheel lock was lost nor missing lug nut from each tire. They allowed me to be driving around putting myself, all other drivers plus any passengers in my car at HUGE RISK -DRIVING WITH A MISSING LUG NUT ON EVERY TIRE. ***CONSUMER BEWARE!!!******CONSUMER BEWARE!!!******CONSUMER BEWARE!!!***

It was a dark and stormy day. I live in the mountains, and ran over a rock that bursted my tire. I went 55 miles on my spare, and limped into this friendly American Tire Depot, located in Diamond Bar, CA. They assessed the damage, found other issues that would have hurt me further, and fixed everything within the same day. Included with the repairs is continued service, free of charge (e.g., tire rotation, alignment check). The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and expeditious. Thank you ATD of Diamond Bar!

They wouldnt give me an estimate unless I provided my phone number, when I did they quickly provided a quote from corporate and scheduled me for an appointment that morning without my request. I compared estimates and kept appointment. Service took almost an hour and they honored a coupon from their website. Overall, good service, but initial process was a little pushy.

Came here on a co-worker recommendation after my tire pressure light came on this morning. They fixed up my front tire (had a nail in it) in less than 30 minutes and didn't charge me for it! The guys at American Tire Diamond Bar were great, tried to have a tire fixed that went flat, it was driven on while flat and damaged the sidewall so I had to purchase a tire. American Tire Depot in Diamond Bar are great people. Everytime I go in there they go out of their way to get me taken care of. My last visit, I went in to have them test my battery for me. I ended up having to replace it, which I already figured would need to be done, but then my tire pressure light came on after that and they would not let me leave until they figured out why. Great people. They care about their customers. Most companies are all about how much they can take you for but not American Tire Depot.

After all of the SoCal rain recently, there are understandably major potholes on the roads. I drove over one of those potholes exiting off of the 71 freeway, and instantly my tire blew out. I had my car towed via AAA to this location (Glendalsle is my regular location), and these guys were just as friendly and had amazing service. They fixed my tire and alignment in a short period of time. I also noticed the store manager clearing weeds and doing exterior maintenance- very commendable. Not happy about the pothole, but so happy I found this place! Thank you guys!

The 1st time I came here with foreign oil change wasn't Very good.The 2nd time I came to get my brakes Replaced, and they charge me for rotors that I never got. They also cause my brake caliper to Come off while I was driving and it damaged my rim. The 3rd time I came I only needed one tire change because it was flat, and I was stuck there for 3 hours.

Great experience! I had a flat tire on the freeway and had my car towed to the nearest tire store. It happened to be American Tire in Diamond Bar. Dave was the best. I called him while waiting for the tow truck and he was waiting to assist me. I needed four new tires (which I already knew), but the price was much less than I had been quoted elsewhere. I had new tires and an alignment in less than two hours at a much lower price than I expected. I was impressed with their professionalism and efficiency.

It says online they will check your brake pads and alignment . I purchased 4 tires they didn't check my brake pads and alignment they seemed mad when I rejected the road hazard warranty overall bad customer service. The tires were cheap though.
