Better than Evans Tire. Don't waste your time on "FREE TIRE ROATIONS". Twice I went to Evans for tire rotations because I bought the tires there. First time over an 1 1/2 to provide a simple service. The 2nd time I watch my truck sit in the same spot for 30 mins and watch 6 employees surf social media. I left and went to American tire depot. They rotated and balanced my tires in 25 mins for FREE! I won't go anywhere else!

I came in on a unscheduled moment needing two tires and a front end alingment. I have a VERY LIMITED BUDGET. And it turns out I needed 3 tires... The original bill was either my budget.. but the additional one tire turned out to be MORE than I HAD at the time.... THEY WORKED WITH ME FOR A OUTSTANDING SOLUTION... Came to get my tire repaired from a flat the night before. Mechanics did an all around inspection and noticed I had zero coolant. They did a pressure test and found a leak in my radiator. I had them repair it that morning and I was out the door in about an hour and a half. Overall great service. Thank you guys!

I took my car for an alignment and it turned out that they didn’t do a good job. I notice that the car would have a vibration when driving at 60 mph and took it to the dealer and they told me that the car needed an alignment. I took it back but they told me that the dealer didn’t have their machines right and that theirs where only two years old. If they tell you that they couldn’t aligned it property ask for a refund.

After an excellent experience with American Tire Depot in Yorba Linda, I acquired 2 front tires from the Chula Panorama branch. He insisted that the tire was maltreated, to ultimately bill me $36.41 which was not worth it.Soon after, took my automobile in as the front tire equilibrium obtained really negative. I asked them to simply balance the tires.

Awesome customer service! I noticed one tire on my SUV was low and called 5 repair shops, all of which could not accommodate me. I called American Title Depot Chula Vista and they told me to bring it in and they would repair the tire at no charge. When I arrived, I was greeted at my vehicle and was seen immediately. I can't explain how good of customer service was given to me. 6 stars if I could. I went in with a bent rim. Even though they could not fix it (dually tire rim) they tried for over an hour to bend and Hammer my rim into place. Then they took it off and tried sealer. after all that even though they could not repair the rim I was more than willing to pay for their time to attempt to fix it and appease me. Octavio would not take a dime from me a was blowing away in shock. He extended his hand and said that if there's any more tire problems with any of my vehicles just to come see him. This is true customer service. American tire depot please keep note of this. While I'm sure it was a small gesture for Octavio it meant the world to me. No matter where I am in the country(I travel for my job) I will always look for an American tire depot first. Here's a personal think you to you and your workers also Octavio THANK YOU.

This place was a waste of my precious time. Having made an appointment the day before, all I needed was to have a spare tire patched. I made the appointment for 7:00 AM, this is when they opened. I arrived at 6:45 AM and there was only one other customer. I went to the counter and was greeted by a sleepy grumpy employee and told they would be right with me. 45 minutes later three other customers arrived and were helped right away it as like I was invisible. So invisibly I left. COME ON GENTLEMAN IT WAS JUST A PATCH!!!!!!!!

Anothony was a pleasure to work with there service is professional and prices are comparable. They run good maintenance specials and most of all they are trustable. They show me what else is wrong if anything with my car. They don’t make up problems they identify and let you know. They are capable of fixing them and their prices are fair. The first time I came in I had great experience. The manager at the time took care of me and honored the fact they price match, with local tire shops.I don't remember his name, but i know he got transferred to the Hemet, Ca store. So i decided to come back this past Saturday for tires. When i get there it was some guy dressed in all black with no name tag, and was very short with his answers to my questions. I asked he they price match, told me NO. He was rude and abrasive, and even quoted me some ridiculous price for tires. So i just said NO THANK YOU and took my business up the street to Evans Tires and paid $200 less for four tires with balance and alignment. The moral of this review they will NEVER get my business.

Professionals all through out! Chris was able to pick find me tire sizes that no one else could find. Made calls throughout the area and no one called me back. He found them and had them delivered to the shop in less than 1 hour. Jesus their lead tech installed the new tires and a replaced worn out front end parts and when completed showed all the work that was done. Great Job! No BS. Don't second guess this location. The worst, worst, worst, shop in town This is a five trips to the store with three alignments( was off three times) and three balances (was off twice). Change the tires and the car was shaking because the brand new tires were bad, but they didn't realize it and start to change the lower and upper arms (and i'm Paying for) but the shaking still there, change with new tires and the shaking still there, they wanted to change the rack of pinion because they told me that it was the shaking problem. I had another shop check my truck and fix the problem( they did in 20 minutes without change any parts and my rack of pinion is good), bottom line is; the incompetent workers and the manager @ American Tires left the lower and upper arms bolt un-tighten causing the shaking problems and risk my life. i asked the manager to compensate me for the work done by another shop ($150.00) but never heard from them, they just drop the ball. i'm not recommending this shop to anyone. pay a professional to do the job, don't make my same mistake just because they'll get u there with a cheap price on the tires. this workers and the manager have no qualification for mechanical or a tire shop.

This place was great from the second my husband called to the services provided. We had gotten my tires checked out at a dealership, where they went on to tell us that my front tire could not be patched a replacement would be $249 and my back tire could be patched but at a wonderful fee of $50. My car is under warranty and mind you my tires are under the 10,500 miles, most tires have a warranty of 30,000 miles or more. We came in thinking one was going to be replaced and the other patched. Turns out Daniel and his wonderful staff (I can't remember his name) lifted the car to check the tires because the tires were not put back in place. They were able to patch BOTH TIRES that were apparently well beyond a good margin to patch. We were ready to pay and guess what?!?! These guys wanted nothing from us. I'd like to add it wasn't even an hour we were in and out!! Thank you, for your wonderful service. I will definitely recommend this place to friends.

I took my car in June to be worked on due to bad idle and dash lights going on. Gabe was the manager at the time and Eduardo was the mechanic. Neither of them are there now. I was told(and my receipt proves) that I was charged for 6 new coils at a cost of $660. The car started doing the same exact thing last month (October) that it was doing back in June. I took the car in and the new manager (yes, dressed all in black) stated that the problem was not the coils. He proceeded to tell me, along with the new mechanic that's there, that there's no way to tell exactly if it's the coils. They told me that it could be several different things. I reiterated that the car was behaving exactly as it had in June and that it's obviously the same problem. I presented my receipt and told them I wanted them to check the coils as, perhaps, it could be a bad/defective coil. They wanted me to have other work done at additional cost to me, of course. In addition, during the conversation with the manager, he stated that 3 of the spark plugs are not located where 3 of the coils are. Really? I've since had another mechanic take a look at the car. I mentioned I was charged for 6 new coils. He pulled out 3 of the 6 coils that are easily accessible and they're not all the same brand and 2 of the 3 look old. I was charged for 6 coils and they probably only changed 1 because I doubt the mechanic bothered to take apart the car to replace the 3 coils that are harder to get at. Gabe and the mechanic at the time obviously charged me for a job that was not done. This new manager lacks personality and customer service skills. I could go on about this joker but I have nothing nice to say about him and I'll leave it at that. Don't take your car here. They take shortcuts, fail to do the job that they charge you for and then lie about the work that was actually done. On top of that, they try to convince you that there's another problem that needs to be fixed so they can charge you. Again, don't take your car here.

My first time here. Awesome place! awesome technicians- always smiling! Got my 2 tires replaced, and fixed a flat tire for free. When i paid, i offered Ian to keep the change which is $20.00+ for the great service that they did to my car. He refused to take it and gave me my change back. Nice guy! Honest people! This is where i want to come from now on for any service that i need for my cars. Ian showed me also that i need to have my brakes replaced. I agreed! i will have it done here when i have the money. I also ordered from this place 4 Pirelli tires for my other car, which i think are very good price compared to other places. Going back there this morning to have them remove and replace my worn out tires. Thanks for the great work that you guys do!

Had a flat tire. ATD has been my go to tire shop for about 3 years now. But this past experience was really great and helpful. Along with a flat tire I come to find out fraud happened to my checking account so my account is frozen. ADT ordered the tires without me paying for them first. But after going to my bank and opening my new account, my ATM debit card was supposed to be linked to my new checking account. It wasn’t. So my charge at ADT was declined. My bank was about to close in 16 minutes and I asked the manager to let me drive to my bank which was 6 minutes away and get cash. I also offered my drivers license for ADT to hold until I returned. The manager agreed. I went to my bank, got the cash, returned and paid. Thanks ADT for the trust and help. Loyalty solidified!!!!

Way back in the day, I was a customer of Import Tire Company in downtown San Diego. When they retired, they referred all their business to Tire Depot on Adams Ave, so I became a long-time customer of theirs. When I needed new tires recently, I hit the Web to find out what their hours were, whether they take appointments, etc and discovered that they are now part of the American Tire Depot (ATD) chain; and I also noticed ATD had a location in Chula Vista (where I live), so I decided to give them a try instead of driving to Adams Ave. I have no complaints with ATD Chula Vista... at least not with the shop itself (more on that later). I received four new tires at a fair price, plus a 4-wheel alignment, and the whole shebang was completed within an hour... just enough time to take my dogs to Petco across the street and give them some exercise. I was treated like a customer would want to be treated (fairly, courteously, professionally, etc), and the work performed was top-notch. The tires are a brand I've never heard of, but what's in a name? As long as the tires have a 40K mile guarantee, I'm fine with it. My one complaint about ATD Chula Vista is that they didn't have any all-terrain tires, so I was stuck putting highway-terrain tires on my SUV. I can live with that, but yes I would have preferred A/T tires. My biggest complaint, however, isn't with ATD Chula Vista, but with ATD corporate. I spent quite a long time on the ATD website shopping for tires that were supposedly in stock at Chula Vista. My original selection was a set of Continental A/T tires. I checked out and set up an appointment as directed by the website. However, when I arrived at ATD Chula Vista with my printout, the first thing the person behind the desk said was, "They told you we have these in stock?! We rarely ever have Continental tires in stock." As I previously mentioned, not only do they not have the Continentals I chose, but they didn't even have ANY A/T tires at all. So my advice is twofold. 1. To ATD corporate, fix up your website! As I said, I spent a lot of time on your website tire shopping, checking out speed ratings, load ratings, prices, etc and it all turned out for nothing. What a waste of _my_ time. 2. To potential ATD customers: Don't put too much faith in the ATD website. You're better off calling on the phone to make an appointment and/or get tire info, or just walk in. However, rest assured, when you arrive at ATD Chula Vista, you will be treated with respect and receive top-tier tire service. I can't remember the last time my SUV ran so true (i.e. I've never had an alignment this good before)! I'll be coming back the next time I need tires again.
