I took my granddaughter's car into the shop.. I acted as if I didn't know what was wrong with it. They treated me with respect. Did the inspection, told me what needed to be done. I was impressed, due to the fact, that, I am a woman and I already knew what the problems were. They told me that they thought is was a transmission issue, the next day, they called to tell me it wasn't the transmission. I was impressed with their honesty. I will recommend them to everyone in that area.

Went in a flat tire, Sarkis called me and suggested due to my wear to change my tires. He was super patient, After me calling him repeatedly about tire selections to make a choice, we landed on a good A/S tire. He said if they couldn’t get the tires in because it after 11a that it might be ready the next day. He called at 5p and everything was complete.

I’m an Uber driver who ran over a nail- not good! I stopped by the depot because I needed to get back on the road as quick as possible. They were already busy and initially said it would take an hour and a half or so before they could get to it, but Vic understood my situation and helped me out by getting the tire patched ASAP. I had a tire emergency!! American Tire Depot stayed open late to help me out of that difficult situation. They typically close at 7, I didn’t even arrive until 7:20. They stayed an hour and 45 minutes overtime to help take care of my car. I had to purchase two replacement tires and they were as accommodating as possible. Robert at the team were patient and extremely helpful to give their time to help. I highly recommend this location!

I don't write reviews often but I wanted to make sure I did so in this case. John and the guys were great to me today. I needed some labor performed on a tire after I purchased my own TPMS sensor to install. The shop down the street was unwilling to help and wanted to charge well over $100 for their own sensor, while John took care of the labor for a fraction of the cost, and let me use my own part. Great group of guys.

Untrustworthy. They lied about having the tires I was looking for when I called. This is after the store in Van Nuys had called earlier to confirm they had it in stock. Afterwards, They had me wait 1.5 hours for the tires to be delivered. Didn't show up. These guys are slezzy, other store ok. Avoid these guys.

Prices were very responsible (2 flat tires, 2 cracked rims, 2 shocks, front and back breaks with roters. Customer service was outstanding (Robert). Stayed late to ensure correct parts were ordered and answered any and all my questions asked. Dropped car off at 5:30pm received my car the next day by 3pm. I've been here several times over the years, today I had a nail in my tire so I stopped in. They took me in even though I didn't make a appointment and also did a thorough job inspecting other elements of my vehicle. Luckily they caught my other tires showing wire on the inside as well as my brakes were DONE! So they made me a great deal and I drove off about a hour and a half later with a vehicle safe to drive. Honest guys, and they don't make you feel as if your being sold something you don't need, just the facts and some integrity to go with it!

08/30 - called 4 shops for quotation on 4 new tires, brake service, oil change and air filter. Out of the 4, I chose American tire depot in Burbank based on the price and customer reviews. 08/31, 8am - met with Sarkus. He was very attentive and patient with us. He explained to us their process and made a promise to call me for any updates on the service. He called at around 10am and had informed us what needs to be done. The original price quote that he gave us was different versus to the actual price on what needs to be done. During that time, I already felt that that he isn't going to take advantage of us and was honest enough. He even gave us a discount on the oil change for a full synthetic for our SUV. He called at 2pm to let us know that car is ready for pick up. Drive the car for a couple of miles just to test, so far - we are very happy! I think we already found our car shop service! Thank you Burbank team for your hard work, we are definitely coming back and would definitely refer family!

I didn’t know a lot of information that would have been helpful, and needed to keep in contact with my friend (who is out of town) as well. They initially called me because I had left a bad review for one of their other locations. They went above and beyond to try and rectify the problem, although it wasn’t completely rectified, they did fix my window (it had not been able to open on the driver’s side over a year). They gave me the option to come back when I had more time to leave the car for them to figure out the noise it started making after the other location worked on my car. I still have to take it in. Overall, I was happy with the manager and the guys working on my car at this location.

I highly recommended this place to anyone. As a tuner I got my wheels mounted here today. They have some of the coolest people working there. Easy to talk to, not like other places where they give you that face. If you have small request for an ex: my wheels needed to be hand torqued, so I asked them to do that and they gave me a smile and say "no problem" Plus they give you great deals on tires. I saved 150 bucks over other places. Overall I love this place I'll come back for more tires. Believe me!!

I had a flat tire and had to get it replaced. When I stopped into this location, the worker removed my tire from my car and forgot to put it back in when I left to see if someone could repair my tire faster than this location. When I discovered the mistake, it was almost closing time for this location. I raced back as fast as I could hoping I'd catch someone before leaving for the night so I could get my tire back with its rim. They close at 6 pm. I arrived at 6:30 pm and the store manager, Jesus, was so apologetic for the mistake. He offered to replace my tire for me despite it being after-hours and within 15 minutes had taken care of replacing my spare tire so I was back in business for the weekend. Jesus is a rock star and with leadership like that this location must have incredible people working for them. I highly recommend this location for all your tire needs. Thank you again to Jesus and his team.

We have been coming here for 15 years or a bit more. We love this place. I did have a rough experience awhile back, our usual guys wasn't there to help and a younger kid was just not good at his job. So I have to go with 4 stars for now. But things got better on our last visit, one more great visit and I will change it to 5 stars. All of our cars go there for tires and suspension work.

Holy hell they are having a lunch break instead of finishing my and this lady's tire installation. Two tires. Appointment at 12. Car mounted at 12:10. Posting this at 1:30. I don't see anyone working on it. Edit: 2:00 I finally complained. They offered free alignment. 2:15 they got done with the alignment but forgot the tire rotation. Moving from a 1 star to a 4.

Great place to get tires. With a lot the competition surrounding the area, the service is great. Don't forget to get an alignment with your new tires otherwise the wear will come sooner than later.

I've been here a couple of times already. The first time was to get all my tires replaced and the second time was for an oil change, and the most recent time was to replace some things that were wearing down. Overall they have been reliable each time I have had something done with them and I never had to go back to complain about a problem. So I'm a satisfied customer!

The surprising silver lining to running over a piece of metal? Officially finding my new car shop. The gentleman I worked with extremely helpful, informative, and didn't try and up-sell items or services that I didn't need. The prices were very reasonable and the service was prompt.
