Saved me some money. Brought in a flat tire where the rim was bent from hitting a curb. They took their time and straightened the rim, balanced the tire and put it back on my car. I will be back to get new tires when I need them. Chris was at the front desk and got everything taken care of for me.

Went in for an alignment. They had Great customer service. Accommodated my request on how i wanted the wheels aligned. If you have a vehicle with a modified suspension i wouldn't take it anywhere else but here. I have been turned down by multiple shops for having a modified car and some wouldn't do what i requested on the alignment. they were totally understanding of my needs and accomplished exactly what i wanted. Great group of people and great price. Couldn't be any happier with my experience.

After calling 5 different tire shops to get a quote on a tire, they had the lowest price. Went in with a nail near the edge of my tire tread and thought that I was going to have to get a new tire for sure. The guy at the front desk was super nice and helpful. They had the car brought back immediately and told me that they were going to be able to do a plug. It was done in 15 minutes...15 MINUTES! Now, I am not trying to set Tire Pros up for failure by saying that they will do yours in the same amount of time, but I am thoroughly impressed and will go back here again for sure!

After a recommendation from a friend who is a BMW owner, I decided to bring in my 2004 3series BMW to get serviced at Sherwood Tire Pro. They found an obvious issue that a Foreign car service in Little Rock had COMPLETELY missed or didn’t care enough to let me know about. Sherwood Tire Pro was fast, friendly, fair and most importantly honest. After today I won’t take my BMW anywhere else. They just earned another lifetime customer. In the past I've purchased tires and conducted my rotation and balances at Sam's Club. I would sometimes wait several hours for a rotation and balance (not all their fault, they are busy and understaffed). However, after they failed to deliver on a Michelin warranty issue, I was redirected by Michelin to Sherwood Tire Pros. I was pleasantly greeted by Happy and he was more than willing to assist in resolving my issue. This was in 2014 and I have never looked back. I am pleased and lucky, I found a dependable shop that actually cares (kudos to Happy and staff). Ultimately, you will not find a shop with better customer service than Sherwood Tire Pros.
