I wouldnt recommend any one to go there. The problem i have with this place when youll have specials for someone to get rims are even tires. I know people is on a budget. Even youll have those where you have to work it out where all of the bills will get paid. We all run into problems even youll. But youll act as though youll never have to struugle. Even rich people fall short. But youll dont even try to help people.thats not right. Think about the next person.

I buyseveral sets of wheels and tires there and they call When you when you get one day behind and I threatening you to come to your house business are any other location to take the wheels and tires offer your car or truck not very friendly customer service there is 1 person up there that will help you nobody else they're out for only their self I paid 26 months on 1 set of tires from there and they lose your accounts make you start all over and tell you that you did not pay 29months on the set of tires when they're the ones that lost your account and they don't know how many months you paid on them Recommended a lot of friends and family to go buy stuff from them Will never do it again

I got a flat in North Little Rock on the side of the highway and live in Conway.I attempted to call my roadside assistance that is supposed to come with my rim and tire package I have for both of my vehicles.I tried to call for 45 min..never spoke to a human and never got help. I had to pay $141.00 to have my car towed to R and R. I call them first thing Monday morning about the roadside assistance that I have felt safe about having only to be told I don't have it because I didn't re-sign up for it. Apparently after one year you no longer have it as they don't notify you. I was told at time of of purchase I had it until I was done paying on my rims. The customer service is horrible in Conway. They always act like you are bothering them. I already ask to speak to higher up the chain of command and there is alwayssome excuse as to why I can't. I strongly recommend not purchasing anything from this location.

I was told my tires come with a "free alignment", but the alignment is included in the overall purchase price. The alignment was scheduled 1 month after i got the tires, bc i was told that they had no "alignment guy". So i went back to get the alignment and was told that it could not be done bc the "alignment guy" did not want to break my tire rod. So, i left without an alignment which i will still be paying for, but i was told i can get however many alignmemts i want for the life of the tires. Not sure how true that is. The bald headed guy is a fast talker and i found him to be quite condescending when i was asking questions the contract. That is all.

If you have 5-7 hours to kill to get 4 tires mounted, and balanced then this place is for you. I was only customer at the time, and it still took this long. Tires are extremely overpriced, and the contract is scam worthy. Doing the math you can purchase 16 tires almost anywhere else for the price of 4 here. I have learned my lesson, and will never return.

This place has a super friendly staff. They made me feel so welcomed as I walked in. All I needed was a tire patched but while I was there I checked out their tires and wheels. They have a great selection with competitive pricing. They specialize in providing financing to help us get tires and wheels when we don't have enough money to pay the full bill when we need tires. While I was there, I observed a steady stream of customers coming in to make payments. Again, the staff was so friendly to each customer. Addressing most by name as they came through the door. My tire was patched and I was on my way. From the owner to the technicians, these guys are polite and professional. I will strongly consider RNR the next time I need tires.

They sent me threatening messages because they said I was late even though I was 2 payments ahead then they told me they applied my payment to someone else's account but they didn't get credit for it then I was told without proof (even though I showed them my receipt) there was nothing they could do. Absolutely the worst experience and customer service I have ever had, in my life, no exaggeration!! They had the car for over 6 hours and I had to call to find out that they couldn’t put the tires on the car because they were told by the references that the car frequently goes to mobile Alabama. Apparently you can’t own property in another state and drive your car there frequently, even though you have a residence in sulphur, Louisiana, that you provided proof for and was even verified when they called the landlord!! But, the guy at the front desk saw the Alabama drivers license and the Alabama address on the I.d and didn’t say there would be a problem! They don’t know how to do business! Like I said, already have one car with tires through them and it wasn’t a problem, but this one was!

I had a bill of $754 if paid in six months...bought the tires in December with the first note coming out in January...when I was told the notes would be $125 a month i decided to pay $200 a month so I would be done with the payments sooner...which I thought they would be paid off in 4 months as was what was originally planned...now I have 2 months left while still paying $200 a month...so that's 6 months @ $200 which equals $1200 for $754 of tires...I called them and they said it's for the insurance, tire damage, etc. etc....which was not explained to me otherwise I would have declined it...so $450 extra dollars wasted...I'm not happy with this situation at all...the only reason i gave a one star review is bc i had to to write a comment...NEVER NEVER GO TO THESE CROOKS unless you just dont like money you make

Manager was amazing taking care of myself along with four other people! He made sure I was in and out within 45 minutes and my phone was charged! Lol! Amazing manager and customer service skills, he was great and patient with us and my kids! HOWEVER, what I didn't like was one of the guys coming in being loud EVERYTIME he came in for it seem attention, along with the managers side kick basically being immature while he is trying to run a business and take care of customers. For the co worker, ALWAYS complaining on EVERYTHING that he has to do and even after me making the comment that he complains a lot while trying to do business with the managers, I became annoyed with him. I found it as disrespectful behavior to be complain ESPECIALLY in front of the customers. To make the comment to the manager you don't sign my paychecks in front of 5 customers, if I was the manager, tou would have been fired. You was showing out, trying to be cute and funny, when in reality, you was annoy as hell and immature. Other than him and an worker in the shop coming in yelling a worword, I had excellent service from the manager!

All I can say is that Matt, Clint and Issac went above, beyond and out of their scope for me when I got a flat tire on my truck. Both my sons have accounts with them and always made sure they were taken care of. I dont like leaving negative reviews but I've had nothing but trouble here. The main problem I'm having is being charged 2 times when they draft out of my account... then I have to call and get them to refund 1 charge everytime and they always tell me that I'll have the money back in my account that same day (unless understandably it's the weekend) but now my bank account was locked down for insufficient funds to pay my insurance because they cant get their refunds taken care of! So not only did my insurance lap but I also have overdraft fees I have to pay my bank because their screw up! Very unhappy with this situation and i will never refer anyone here!

Went to the Conway location two weeks ago and got rims and tires, not that I really needed them but wanted to dress my car up. Soon as I left the shop my steering wheel shook left and right so I of course contacted them right away as I was leaving for a road trip soon (which they also didn't align my car after putting the new rims and tires on) so I thought that was possibly the problem. They got me in the next day or whatever and after 10 mins they pull my car out of the garage (which upon pulling my car into the shop the guy was reversing and didn't even stop the car and put it in drive and every time going on and off the lift they carelessly bottomed out my car which I have a RX8 so it sits low) he tells me everything is fine. So I leave and get out on the freeway and it wasn't as bad but my steering wheel was still shaking left and right after hitting about 45 mph (which they didn't align my car that day either). Now before I went to RnR I had no problems..my car rode smooth and was mechanically sound. I had a mishap on the road trip and had to come out of pocket 200 dollars so upon returning from the trip I didn't have all the payment so they took their rims and tires back (which on my way back from the trip a friend was quick to tell me that the front passenger rim was bent which it was from day one and that's why my steering wheel was swaying left and right which before I left their shop guy told me everything was fine which apparently it wasn't) I don't know how or what happened to my car but they put my stock rims and tires back on and I leave and get on the freeway and once I hit about 65 mph my car started shaking and jumping so I got off and called them because I noticed the weights on my stock rim had somehow been knocked off by them. So they had me go back and they got my car in to balance the wheels before they closed. After spending the whole day there they pulled my car out at 6:05 pm and I leave and got on the freeway..now it wasn't as bad but my car is still shaking and jumping (which although my steering shook left and right till the day I returned their rims the car didn't shake and jump like it does now). I tried to call knowing they were closed to leave a message but no answering machine. I wasted 15 dollars worth the gas going back and forth to there yesterday and my whole day at their shop and my car still wasn't as smooth as it was before they touched it. I called today and spoke to Clint about it which he told me he talked to his RM Rick and they told me they did the best they could do but refuse to pay a professional shop to fix my car the way it was before they touched it! He told me I can speak to Rick myself tomorrow but nothings going to change and furthermore Clint was basically insisting my stock rims and tires were that way when I originally went there and they weren't which his actual words were "Well I don't know the condition of your rims and tires before you came here!", which I told him they were A1 smooth and I had no problems and I cussed in there which I apologized but obviously at this point im frustrated and about done with RnR and I'm sorry I ever went there. I would never refer anyone to them cuz I don't want anyone to go thru what I'm going thru which is at around 60-65 mph the car starts to shake and jump and only gets worse at faster speeds after that so right now I can't do more then 60 mph so the car can't really be driven now and RnR is refusing to handle and resolve the issue which after all I've been thru with them I don't want them touching my car again and they refuse to pay another shop to fix their mistake and carelessness! I'll be contacting corporate tomorrow and if nothings resolved then the Attorney General and if nothing after that my attorney and the media and RnR will be paying for all of it and a lot more. Never go there if you have a nice car cuz they'll just mess it up if they choose to and apparently nobody in the shop knows what they're doing!!

We were on our way to an event when we got a flat, an a Saturday evening, with no spare tire. After being turned away from another place with a "sorry for you luck, nothing we can do", we ended up at RNR. Even though they couldn't give us the solution we wanted (a patched or new tire), they were beyond gracious and bent over backwards to make sure we (including 2 small children) were comfortable while we waited. They got to our vehicle very quickly, even though there were several costumers ahead of us. Then, they helped us find a solution of sorts, and get to our event on time. I can't recommend RNR Tire Express highly enough!

Terrible experience. Will have to go to the Lake Charles office soon. This company could have jeapordized my life and my family life with the wrong size tires. I went up there on my own as a female and trusted these people and now I may have to contact a lawyer. The tires are completely torn all away around due to the incorrect size. I am hoping that I will not have to contact the Better Business Bureau, and anyone else. It was very heartbreaking knowing that I have been traveling with these tires. Even went there twice for them to check due to my car stating that so,wtbjng was wrong with the tire pressure. When tires that was manufactured in 2002, and the wrong tires were placed on my vehicle. I would have not known if it wasn’t a professional point out that it could possible be a lawsuit. This was a very dangerous situation to be in.

I went to this place desperate to find just one tire for my car. I was headed home when all of a sudden I had a flat and of course the tires I had were very hard to find and no one had one in stock. These people went high and low to find me one so I could get back on the road. She went in 4 months ago and wanted 1 tire. He laughed and showed her how all of her tires were "as slick as his head". I was there and he explained throughly their payment plan. I own a small dealership for used cars and the guy didn't even attempt to sell me anything he quoted me $1000 and told me he could lease it for weekly payments. I was looking to spend money and pay cash. He then said I can't do anything for you. Rude customer service. Guess I'll go spend this cash somewhere else.

Went in for the first time today for a tire repair. The staff greeted me immediately when I walked through the door. Was extremely friendly. Took care of my tire in like 10 minutes. Then they didn’t charge me at all! I will definitely return and send friends!

Experience was ok . They make a lot of promise like Rotation for life roadside asst for as long as you have the tires on your car and they take care of you while you paying on the tires but once you pay them off all that goes away . We paid our tires off on day 58 and that was in March. I call today to set up appointment for rotation and was told since I paid them off they are not covered .. Good tires not so good service.

Had an issue with my Chevrolet Avalanche. The lug nuts had locks and I did not have a lug key. I went into the store and explained to them that I had been to several shops and no one could help me. I had my own tires I was trying to get mounted, so they knew I was not there to buy anything. A gentleman came out to the parking lot with a special tool, in the sun and heat, and removed the locking lugs for me. He did not charge me a dime. He told me to come see them next time I need tires, and I will do just that. Thanks for the great customer service!

Always make a point to greet me by name and remember details about my life, such as my recently having a child, and asking how my older child is handling a new baby. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE NUMBERS, I WOULD!!!!!!!So slow, rude. If you make an extra payment they charge you!! You pay twice the amount for their tires...hidden fees...contract not explained well. Take advantage of the working class!!! Oh and now all the tires are missing air!!! Paid over $500 for tires and now I have to go somewhere else to have them fixed/replaced!!!!! They asked if I put air back in the tire and if it was holding. I said for now. Was told to call back if it doesn't hold!!! Really....that's your fix???!!! Get customer service!!!!NOT!!!!!!!!! HATED THIS PLACE BEFORE BUT NOW THERE IS NO WORDS!!!!!!!!!

Wanted them to check my tires for belt separation. They don't work on tires bought elsewhere. But they checked my tires anyway by looking at them. Informed me that my tires are dry-rotted. Got a really good deal on high quality tires. 6 months no interest.

I’ve bought 3 or 4 sets of tires from the Conway store and in the past it was a great place to do business, the staff was friendly and treated you like you mattered but now they are rude and treat you like you’re nothing. Very unpleasant and unprofessional bunch working there now. In the past I would’ve recommended them to everyone but now I wouldn’t recommend them anyone. I will definitely be taking my business to one of the other many tire and rim shops in Conway!

These people are crooks!!!!! They went to our house when we weren't there and harassed our 17 year daughter with threatening to take the air out of the tires an take the wheels off of our vehicle (they don't own the wheels so stealing our wheels). I had to call the cops to prevent them from doing it. We have paid over half of our payments and were behind 3 weeks. So do NOT do business with these people
