On September 24th I had a problem with one of my tires. I took it in, told the desk persons my problem, gave them my name and number, they look it up, they got my key, minutes later it was fixed and ready to go. Services from the time I walked in and check out was great. The gentleman were courteous and pleasant. While I was there, another customer received same services. I am officially switching to Plaza tire for all of my future services. The manager there Gary was very helpful and worked with me through a problem I had preventing a front end alignment. All the guys up there were friendly enough to say hello and tell me their names but at the same time never stopped working on the vehicles on their lifts. I also found out their tire prices are very competitive. Give this place a chance on your next service and you won't be disappointed.

Gary and his crew were very professional and even though they were swamped, they took care of me very quickly. I noticed that Gary (the manager) actually did my tires himself! If it wasn't for the small guy manager, who has the personality of parsley, I would go back for oil changes only. If you have repairs done, check the work afterwards, the tend to charge you for work they didn't do. I had a rear brake job that got replacement of parts that didn't need. Got charged for a brake fluid replacement that never took place. I checked the fluid and was just as black as before. Don't trust the mechanics, they will charge you for work not done or not needed.

These guys are awesome! They always explain to me what they are doing and why it needs to be done (im not the brightest crayon in the box when it comes to my vehicle and im the why child so they make sure i understand). Im not treated like its a service garage where you dont really know who is working on your vehicle. Its more like visiting that friend that can actually fix everything and has a real garage to do it in. The prices are not bad either. They constantly have savings for different things.

Very nice staff, cheaper than southern and Young's. 4 stars because 3 of my 4 tires were low, and my wheels still had quite a bit of grease on them from when they changed them, not a big deal but I would like to see full tires and clean wheels, that would just tell me that they are taking the care to do things right. That being said I will be back for my next tires Edit 6/27/19 Just got 2 more tires put on today, and again, low pressure in both tires, really guys? I'll try once more, if it happens again I go down to 1 star and am not going back. If it's better next time I'll up it a star and keep using them. That seems fair right?

They said they would call me when my car was ready but they never did so three hours later I went back to the store to pick it up and they didn’t tighten my rear tires all the way! Didn’t find out until after I started driving so I had to take it back up there to get them fixed and a refund.

Called and got a quote for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told oil change would be $39.95 and tire rotation was $20. Scheduled the appt. because they were the cheapest I was quoted in town. My daughter took her car in and they did oil change but not tire rotation and it took over an hour. They said tire rotation was not scheduled. Was charged $59.95 for oil change after being quoted $39.95. Will not be using this place again.

System issues led to minor delays--out of the control of local staff. Also, the coupon presented a minor issue and wasn't precisely able to ne honored due to system issues (?). Always treated very courteously here, though. Today, staff was short-handed but not stressed about it. They did well.

Plaza Tire is the only place I trust to take my Jeep Grand Cherokee for service. The staff and employees are awesome. I took my Jeep in for an oil change today, and they noticed my front tires did not have much tread on them, and suggested they be replaced. They did not pressure me to buy tires from them today. I did buy the tires from Plaza Tire, because they are great tires at a good price. Brad even suggested the next time I have my Jeep serviced, they should rotate my tires. I highly recommend Plaza Tire!!

I called on the phone to bring my wife's van for 4 tires. I was told out the door would be $455. Something came up and my wife had to take it for the appointment and then they charged her $520. It appears they charged her a tire protection plan without asking her and not sure what else made it add up to this much extra. I've used plaza tire before with no issues so I'm not sure why they did this to my wife today.

I requested the man at check in to place new tires on both back tires IF the flat tire could not be repaired and had to be replaced. Husband came to relieve me so I could go to work. I got a forever alignment on my car a 2009 Scion XB and it came time for my free 6 month check up which it needed because there was some nosie when driving it. They found it needed some fine adjustment and a nut came off causing the noise and the need for adjustment. Thank you Plaza Tire that could very well saved my family’s life! Job well done and I will be coming back with any other issues since the dealship could find anything wrong when checking my oil but now Plaza is my new shop. Thank you again!
