Always a great experiance! Been using them for over 10 years. They do tire and lite mechanical (did a/c condenser and recharge). They stand behind all of there work and can get you in fast if you are in a hurry! Also they fix tractor tires!

Took my 03 suburban in for front end work, shocks, both inner and outer tie rod ends and mount and balance new tires that I had previously purchased. I asked them to check my steering because there was a shaking at 45mph+ 70mph was unbearable. I told them I was going on a family vacation with my wife and two kids soon and I wanted to make sure we were safe. I dropped it off early am and they called me back in the afternoon and said it was ready. I asked if the tie rod ends took care of the shaking and they said, "Yes Mr Kling, we had it up to 70mph and no problems" OK great! I go pick it up and the shaking is even worse! So not only did you take $700+ of my hard earned money but you blatantly lied to my face. I called back and said that the shaking was worse and they said bring it back in and we will have a look. They asked how fast I was going and told them I was only doing 50 in a 60mph zone. I asked again how fast they had it up to and the same guy said 35mph! We go the speed limit here he said. Well take it to the damn interstate 3 miles away and test it liar! I'm not bringing anything back to you... I specifically asked for you to check out my steering and you obviously didn't. I took it to another mechanic and he found out quickly that it was an idler arm and if that broke on my trip I would have ended up in a wreck!. Cost me another $600 but my family's life is worth so much more. Also come to find out whoever mounted my tires cross threaded 3 of my lug nuts on the rear. They had to be drilled and replaced. Thank god I never had a flat because I would have never been able to get them off! They were nice, I give them that.Never again!

They were very friendly and customer oriented. They fixed my tire super quick and had me ready to go. They didn't try to over charge me like some of the other shops will and that great. I will definitely go back and I recommend their service center. Two thumbs up.

I don't really say this kind of thing, but this place is a blessing! I've been here three times now and I've only received excellent service. Being young and being a woman, I'm always intimidated to go in autoshops because I don't want to get walked on or pressured into getting something fixed that doesn't absolutely need fixing/repairing, especially when I'm on a budget. Every time I've gone in here, I've had an idea of what is wrong, and every time they've inspected it, they've told me exactly what I thought and what needs to be done to fix it, without being pushy or suggesting anything unnecessary. I've always gotten assistance from Jack and Tim-they have never let me down and every time I leave I feel confident in the work that has beendone to my car. As long as I'm in Conway, I will keep going here and recommending this business to others.

This shop lost 3 wheel covers off of the premium wheels on my Miata, and at approx 100 dollars a piece this shop put me out a few hundred bucks. While I understand that these things happen, I expect professionalism in the way of making things right with the customer. It's been over a month since the incident, and after several calls and visits to the shop attempting to have a discussion with their owner, I have yet to hear the owner's voice, much less an apology or an attempt to compensate me. EXTREMELY dissatisfied with their service.

I was on my way to a pretty important thing when one of my tires began losing air. Since I was not dressed to swap it out with the spare, I called McKinney Tire Pros and explained my situation. They said to bring it to them and they would take care of it right away. Upon arrival, it was clear that they were extremely busy. I was planning on them simply putting the spare tire on and returning at a later time for the fix but they removed the nail and patched it within twenty minutes. Since merging with Conway Tire and Battery its been nothing but a headache. Every time we go in to get our tires rotated, its a 1-2 hour WAIT MINIMUM! this is absolutely ridiculous. They are only open Monday-Friday, not Saturday. It should not take 2 hours to rotate 4 times......

I got my wheels and tires balanced and my vehicle aligned. When they were done with my vehicle some of my lug nuts were loose. The alignment seemed to be okay. Over 70mph my vehicle still shook though. CHECK YOUR LUG NUTS B4 YOU LEAVE!

Scraped finish off multiple rims & refused to acknowledge they did the damage or fix the issue. Then told me “You tried to get us for $150 today!” My quote was for $820 & when I was told $955 I asked.. “what happened to my quote of like $820?” Then a guy comes around a corner with some scribble on paper telling me “ I quoted you $900..” (not true in the slightest) I said.. “Ok.” & paid the bill.. (I’m not sure how I was trying to get you for $150, you just got me for $150, & scraped the finish off 3 wheels of the 4 wheels.) Also after looking at the bill & seeing the $80 tax I understood how it jumped from $800 to $900... I will not use this company again, I suggest you do the same before you find yourself in my position. With more in rim damages than your tires are worth!

Can’t say enough about this shop. The staff is amazing, friendly, and always provide great communication. And I have a high mileage vehicle and lately have been there more than I would like. Numerous times they have proven to be the cheapest in town not just on tires but on service and maintenance work, provide free diagnosis and often I get my car back in the same day, granted I bring it in early enough. I won’t ever take any of my vehicles to another shop if I can help it.

They made a mistake on their price quote so they came to the waiting area and asked if I would pay $20 more per tire. I said "you do what ever you thinks is right!" So they charged me more than they quoted. My old tires had white letters out and they put white letters in on the new ones. I told them I wanted my old tires because they still had tread them. When I left I was so p.o. I didn't realize they kept my old tires. I will not be back
