Went in looking to buy new rims and tires for my new ride. Had a catalog thrown at me and was then ignored. $2-3k business just walked out the door guys.

I came in because my tire sensor light was on and I wanted to get it turned off.. After they charged me $100 for a tire sensor, my light is still on and nothing is fixed. The service was horrible and the people were extremely rude! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! I rarely give unkind reviews, but it was beyond incompetent! And it cost me over $100 and over 2 hours of my time.

So I had just bought brand new tires and the place I was at didn’t offer front end alignment. I went to this location, thinking that I was going to have to wait for an hour but the mechanic came to me and said your alignment is perfect. I wasn’t charge a thing, even though someone could have easily taken advantage of the situation. I am really happy that there are people and businesses like this and I will use them no matter what in the future. This is a prime example on how to make lasting customers. Thanks again

bought 4 new tires, they put the incorrect size on. I noticed one of my tires was loosing air (unrelated problem) so I went in and they realized the wrong tires were on and I was about to have a blow out. they then told me they needed to replace the tires (did not charge me for changing out tires) but that I would have to buy a new $80.00 tire sensor to replace the one that was leaking, so I did. now the new sensor that was installed is not working properly and another sensor that was previously working, does not work either. I don't have time to make a third trip back to wait around for them to replace again.

Use to be the only place I would get my tires from without checking for better prices. Now in the last 4 months I've made 3 attempts to order 4 tires for my RV and I've either stood their while people that came through the door were waited on first or put on hold for over 5min. As a matter of fact I'm on hold now as I'm writing this review.

My tire had a big bubble in it from Michigan to Texas and we pulled off the highway right before a certain blow out. A Google search and found Looneys as the nearest place that had a decent website and looked reputable. They took prompt care of the car and got us back on the road in no time. Very friendly staff, clean facility, quick service and got us back on the road for under $20. The worse feeling is the thought of being taken advantage of traveling out of state. I left compelled to make sure I left a recommendation for anyone travelling through in need of service or lives in the area.

Customer service wasn't good at all. Asked them not to use clip on weights due to rims. Then tried to stick me with worthless tires. They had grate tread I'll give them that but holes you could stick your thumb through. Looneys has gone down hill

They were some nice, not just overly nice when greeting. Too quick to discount the face that your tire us flat because of road hazard, it has to be something else (so we done have to cover it). Fix the tire in a timely manner and didn't cost too much.
