The owners are so thoughtful and do their best to help you in any way that they can. I had a slow leak due to a screw in my tire. They quickly fixed it at the end of the work day for less than $20.00, and when I got into my vehicle to leave there was a rose in my seat with a thank you note for my business. I have used them for new tires, oil changes, and mechanic work. 100% satisfied!!

Went in for an oil change and to see if I needed my brakes done, as well as possible tires. They were honest and said I didn't need either one done at this time. They rotated my tires, changes the oil and replaced a couple of Bulbs over my plates , and when entering my car , they had left a Rose and a Thank you. Honest, and caring ...Who could ask for more? Call them to schedule an appointment, you will not be sorry.

I've never seen such hospitality going to a mechanic!. They all treat us with much respect & make sure we are comfortable while our vehicles are being worked on. I can sit back & watch the mechanics work on my car through the giant window & I love that! I've even had them bring me to my car & show me up close what was wrong. Oil changes are a must here compared to the prices around town! Especially having to use synthetic oil! I've tried other mechanics out of convenience & have had to come here to have them fix what others couldn't! And Cecily is the sweetest!

Great store and great service!! We have taken all of our cars to Integrity since they opened their doors. The owners are very friendly, and knowledgable. We use them for just about anything on our cars - anything from oil changes , to fix a leak from a nail in our tires, to a full set of tires and rims. I would definitely recommend Integrity Tire.

I took my car in to have the A.C. fix. They lied about what was wrong and what parts needed to be fixed. Then they tried to charge me over $500 for a part that we found for $130. They were very shady and I would NEVER EVER take my car there again. They were suppose to fix it after we paid almost $2000 the first time to fix it and they missed this easy to find leak in the AC. When we took it back after the AC still did not work, they promise to fix it if it was something they messed up, of course they did not fix it and then tried to over charge me for a part that they said they would fix and told me they would NOT charge labor. I want to warn everyone of what they do.... Please be careful.

Great owners, extremely knowledgeable and honest. I have bought tires for both of my vehicles here and used them for oil changes as well as troubleshooting problems. They are not going to do any work that doesn't need to be done and if they can't fix it they will let you know who can. They may not have the lowest prices but they do quality work, reasonable prices, and truly live up to their name.

It's interesting how a company's name can betray them in the end. Through a recent experience with this company, I learned that they are not focused on customer satisfaction, and will cease doing business with a customer merely when that customer provides some constructive criticism. As such, I have learned that their "integrity" is centered on the principle of remaining blameless, regardless of how innocuous the situation. In general, they do good work, but they do not appear to be interested in learning, growing, or accepting any feedback. I wish them the best of luck keeping that bubble intact.
