Unfair and the desk lady was rude! They told me that an alignment was $77, and they would check and see if my car needed anything else at NO EXTRA CHARGE. When my hubby took my car in, they told me that I needed 2 front tires; totalling almost $300 total! I asked them if they could rotate my tires and do the alignment and they refused. Then they told me to get my car back it was a $15 charge (over $16 After tax)!!! I told the lady that she said there was no extra charge to check it and she replied that was ONLY if they did the alignment! Go to Baird's or Wal-Mart for your tires! Find someone else to do your alignment, unless you want to pay for brand new overpriced tires!

Friendly staff and good service. Although the prices they charged me for parts is more than I could've bought them myself. You would think, since they get parts at wholesale, that they would pass some savings on to you. WRONG. The price they charged me for brake pads, I could've bought pads and rotors.
