The guys at fast auto are super helpful and work with you on all your vehicle needs. I took my car in to get the oil changed and breaks looked at and they were super honest with me as far as breaks went and only did what absolutely needed to be done to my vehicle. They did this knowing i was on a budget and not to over price me on things. All in all they are super reasonably priced, genuine and honest at this establishment.

Really wanted to love this place. Called ahead to see if they had my tires they said they could have them by the afternoon. come 4pm don't hear back from them so I stop by on my way home. They say they wont be in until the morning, so i tell them I will come by then. I drop it off at 830 am they say it will be done around lunch. I do not get a call back until 330pm saying its ready. I show up my mirror is bent in and mud all in the floorboard of my car. The prices were fair, they were straight forward, and even replaced some lugnuts that expanded too big to get a socket on. However their customer service left much to be desired. Dont expect a valet service as well. YMMV

We have never been disappointed with any of their service and as a matter of fact I have another car which I will take to them to do some work on it. I trust Fast Auto to take care of my cars needs.

Most honest shop in town. Me and my husband have brought our cars in for years and always have had quality work! The owner is so personable and giving! Personally donated to the volunteer Stella fire department some equipment & every year participates in our auction to raise funds benefiting the fire department! Highly recommend! You won’t regret it!

This shop is by far the most reliable & honest shop I have been to in town. The shop is on the smaller side but the knowledge the owner Chris has makes going there so worth it. Not to mention they have always provided fair prices & quality work. I highly recommend! SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES!!

I've tried a couple of the bigger shops in town in the past and wasn't pleased with their performance, so I decided to take my Jeep to these guys and give them a shot. I had an idea about what was wrong, but wasn't sure. They easily could've taken advantage of me, but they did a few minor repairs and had me back on the road in just a couple days. I've had trouble with other shops not doing everything I asked them to in the past, but these guys made sure to check my Jeep top to bottom. I had noticed that my AC wasn't blowing as hard as it should, but I didn't think to mention it. Chris called me and said that they had found an issue with it and said they could repair it. I'm very happy with the service I received, and they will be getting all of my business from now on.

Since moving here to NWA we have taken our vehicle here frequently. The management and staff at Fast Auto are fair and honest. I had a problem with my 4WD and tires. I explained the problem and they did not hesitate to rectify the problem. They went above and beyond my expectation. I appreciate their integrity and willingness to make the situation right. We will continue use them as long as our cars need service. I have been meaning to leave this review a long time ago. Much gratitude!
