Free and fast check up on my tires and they reassured me after thinking one of them was going to go flat, that they still had a little ways to go and aren't worth changing out yet. They are super polite, kind to children, and fast!! I had an estimated 3 hour job. They got done before that time and they still thanked me for my patience!! Also they really look at everything! I’ve used these guys three times for brake servicing on a Yukon then air conditioning work and to replace ball joints on the front end of a four wheel drive pickup truck. All three times they have completed the work the same day I brought it in and they did the work cheaper than I was expecting. They have turned me into a dedicated customer. I have never experienced such wonderful service at a tire shop before. I pulled in 20 minutes before they were closing with a spare on one side and a piece of tread missing on the other. They stayed late to change out my tires so I would be safe driving around. The staff was very friendly and professional. I will definitely return to this shop for future tire needs!

When I first got there I saw a whole bunch of people and thought: "oh boy this is going to take forever". But much to my surprise, my tire was repaired and I was on my way a lot sooner than I imagined. They didn't try to sell me up on anything either. And the price was very reasonable--only $22.65!

I came here to have the tires I purchased online mounted and balanced. I showed up on a weekday afternoon and every lift was in use. It took about 2 hours for the work to be completed but they were busy. The next day on the interstate I found out that my tires were NOT correctly balanced as they shook between 65-75 mph. I showed up Saturday morning at 7:45 and I was the 8th person in line. It took about an hour to get the tires correctly balanced which they did for free. I wouldn't normally give a shop that I had to go to twice 4 stars but they got an extra star from me because the people are nice and they called me to find out why I rated them the way I did. They clearly are very popular so if you choose to use them factor that into your timeline.

We took our Durango to have a tire replaced and balanced. After a couple weeks the front end started popping really bad and has only gotten worse. My husband checked to see what the popping noise was and everything was left loose except the wheel which was impossible to get off. God forbid we had a flat somewhere. 4 tools have been broken just trying to get the wheel off (which still isn't off). They were careless and left my Durango unsafe to drive and have cost us twice the price of the wheel. Terrible, unsafe, unaffordable service!!!

Today I was blown away by the willingness and ability to make my needs a priority. I called and Eric answered the phone he was polite and extremely helpful. It was almost 3:00 in the afternoon and I was looking for tires today. In and of itself not a big deal right? After all they sell tires so this should be easy. I have a 2017 Challenger that has a 245/45/20 tire this is not a commonly stocked tire size. He told me what he had in stock which was a great price but not the quality I was looking for. Then he said no problem the warehouse is only a couple miles away we will go get you what you want. His demeanor and that of the staff was second to none. They fit me in and made it right for me without hesitation even though they were closing in a couple of hours and believe me when I walked in the showroom it was packed. Thank you for the great service I only wish I could give it more than 5 stars. I assure you that any needs I have in the future this will be my first stop!

I was getting ready to make a 500 mile trip and I knew my front tires were not going to be safe. I went to Discount Tire & Brake on a busy Friday afternoon and Eric said it would be no problem to get new tires and fix whatever issue caused them to wear out prematurely. I had no where else to go so I waited in the waiting room and surfed the internet on their free WiFi. There was also cable TV to help pass the time. I also got to watch Eric deal with multiple customers and he was awesome. Then he gave me updates as my truck was next in line and then in the service bay. I was overwhelmingly pleased with my experience. Note to Eric's bosses: PAY HIM MORE!!!

I brought my car in because it was shaking quite badly. I explained the issue i was having and the man i spoke with suggested the issue might be helped by balancing my tires. I waited in the lobby for the technicians to finish up for about an hour. After the service was complete i asked the man who i'd initially spoke with how my tires looked, if he thought an alignment might be in order (the issues commomly associated with a shaking car) he said that the technician would have told him if my tires needed replaced, or looked very worn. I left the lot, and got on the interstate; my car still shook just as badly as when i brought it in. I scheduled a diagnostic at another repair shop (Firestone in N. Little Rock) After about 30 minutes the man who brought my car in the garage told me that my rear tires were, "..in horrendous condition and were seperating and that my shocks were in need of replacement." I bought new tires and the shaking in my car is totally gone. Ultimately, I'm dissapointed that my tires were completely overlooked, or just simply ignored at a business that supposedly excels at tire maintenance/sales, ESPECIALLY considering i directly brought up looking at my tires. I will not return for service of any kind, nor will i recommend anyone go here as i have in the past. Don't bring your vehicle here if you value the integrity of your vehicle and the integrity of a business.

Got a front end alignment, left with busted rear lower control arm. Was told it was benign, and needed to be welded. Could not find ANY shop to touch it! The Rear Lower Control arm just needed the bolt replaced that THEY broke, which is $40 at an aftermarket store. They could have had a new one delivered from ANY aftermarket store & problem would have been solved. The bolt & kit is $40 alone, PLUS now the whole control arm and now Ill have to get ANOTHER Alignment (in the rear)! Ive NEVER experienced anything like this! Will NEVER go here again & have told plethora of friends to stay away! They could not believe that I had such an experience because DTB has a good reputation.

I was quoted a price for a brake job front and back. They called me to the shop area to tell me that my front brakes were too difficult to change. It was a Saturday and they close and noon. Never mind that I was the first one in the door at 8am. I agreed to proceed with the back brakes only. Upon arriving home I took a closer look at the bill. The tax rate seemed high. It turns out that I was charged for the brake job and a hidden "Shop Supplies" fee and the usual amount for taxes. I went back and complained about the fee. They refunded the fee on a one time basis but informed me that if I used their shop in the future that I would be charged the fee. I was told that the fee was on all of their tickets. Why not disclose this up front? Tell the customer at the time the ticket is written. One unprofessional employee insisted on calling me "Boss." I explained to him that I was offended by it. He told me that, "I call everyone boss." What about Sir or Ma'am?

Big thank you to this place. Two other auto shops told me the motor under my seats had burned out. They were going to charge me $2800 to replace it so my seats would move. Today Discount Tire and Breaks said, "if the motor clicks when you try to move the seats back, the motor works." They told me to see if something was blocking the track. Sure enough a gum wrapper was wedged on the track. I removed it and my seats work now. A gum wrapper lol. Discount Tire and Breaks could have made money, instead they were honest. I will definitely continue taking my car here. Honest people!! Honest prices!!

After hitting a pothole in Argenta my relatively new tire had a hole all the way down to the tread. I phoned FT&B to see about getting one replaced. Within two hours the ordered it from the warehouse and put it on my car, When I phoned Mr. Joe M. pleasantly and professionally answered the phone, as well as eased my mind. Within 2 hours Mr. Gizmo met me in the lot with a huge smile, and said "we will fix you right up". The store was very clean, and the staff was exceptional. KUDOS to Mr. Joe and the staff at DT&B on JFK, NLR AR! Outstanding organization!

The only reason why I came here based on reviews. Best decision ever. I have horrible anxiety and new places throw me off, but all the staff was very friendly and courteous. I came in for an alignment but couldn't get it done. Joe explained exactly why the alignment wouldn't stick and told me how he would approach it if he was me (it was going to be a lot of work and money for neccessary repairs before alignment could be done). They could've just done the job without saying anything and let me keep wasting money. But that's not how they work. I'm very thankful for that. I will most definitely be coming back to get the work done. I appreciate businesses like this. Good place and good people.

My very first experience was quite a simple one; I had a nail in a tire, on the sidewall. I fully expected to have to have a new tire. However, the nail had not actually punctured the tire...I wouldn't have known that. The service tech removed the nail (thankfully only bent) and checked to make sure there was not a leak. I came away with no new tire expense and hope for an honest, reliable and trustworthy establishment to rely on when I needed auto service. In every subsequent situation I have had that hope confirmed; I've been treated with respect always, genuine concern and determination to solve whatever problem I had to the absolute nth degree. Up to and including research on owners' blogs on the internet. Talk about customer service! Discount Tire and Brake in North Little Rock is the gold standard to which all such establishments should aspire. First rate quality all round, timely service and repairs, dedication to customer care in its purest form. My thanks to Phil and his staff...such a relief to have folks I can trust care for our automobiles!

I have NEVER had such good customer service!! I called last week to get prices on four new tires Joe answered all my questions and he was so personable that I was excited to meet him. When I got there they were busy but I was greeted with a smile and was helped almost immediately. I dropped my car off and a couple hours latter joe called to tell me my car was ready. I was late picking up my car so when I got there they were already closed and had Ben for 20 minuets. I was a bit wary of using a tire shop that I was not familiar with but I decided to give them a call. And I am so glad I did!! The first thing that Phil asked me when I called besides what size tires I needed was how did I drive. Although they are interested in giving you a great deal (which they did), he was also interested in making sure I had a safe tire on my car for my driving standard. That made a HUGE difference to me and pretty much secured my business for the extent of our time in NLR. The other thing that really brought the deal home was actually a mistake in pricing. I know that sounds counterproductive but I pointed out that there was a discrepancy in what was quoted and what was actually charged. They apologized and corrected it w/o arguement. So, it's not that they never make a mistake (I mean we all do, amiright?!), it's that they were willing to acknowledge their mistake and then correct it. That says A LOT about not only their business practices but their leadership & employees as individuals. THANKS DT&B!!!!

I am writing this review while I a have been sitting here for 3 and a half hours waiting for a oil change, tire rotation and new brakes on rear wheels. Seen everyone else come and go, while I patiently wait. Did notice the owner go around and enquire about other people’s cars. However, he never approached me. Usually good service, but the wait is making it hard to justify coming back.
