They were very helpful. I just moved to heber and bought a car that needs a lot of work from my in laws. The first thing that needed done was an oil change. They were very quick, and even did it for free as a welcome gift. I will be coming back for all my other maintenance, and repair needs. The prices are very fair, the staff is friendly, and the work is quality. What more could you ask for?

Customer support! Bartlett Tires assisted me on premature excessive wear on my new Mazda CX-5. Crain team didn't help me at all and tried to avoid the paperwork of getting new tires. They wanted me to buy a different brand. Bartlett staff contacted the tire company. Monday I had 4 new tires! I now go there for rotation, assessment and documentation of the wear on my tires. Bartlett has always been efficient, professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company in Heber Springs, AR.

I was leaving Fairfield Bay en route to Ohio yesterday after a family reunion and realized I had driven a short distance on a low tire that had apparently picked up a nail the day before. I filled it with air before leaving FFB and was able to make it to Heber Springs. Upon arrival Josh told me he would patch it for free just to keep up safe (which is amazing) but then after inspecting the tire he realized the sidewall was too damaged. He then offered to install a new tire and cover the labor cost for our bad luck. We were out the door within about an hour and on our way home. Thanks to Josh and company for the amazing experience! Highly recommended!

17 dollars plus tax!!! to put on a used tire really??? i already had tire off my truck bs!!! they didnt even put it on. i can buy a used tire for 30 and get it put on.. really greedy bunch of people in that office. dont go here they will rob you for your money!!!!

These people are true Christians. My five-year-old grandson fell into a campfire and was severely burned. My son and daughter-in-law did not have adequate transportation to make the trip from Heber Springs to Children's Hospital in Little Rock. Bartlett tires put 4 brand new tires brand new brakes all around and a brand new windshield in their van at no cost. Very pleasant people very Godly people
