my experience at Arkansas tires; customer service stinks, walked into the store my presents was never acknowledged. once i found the tires i want had to holla for her attention several times before she came over. i hope it was not a racial thang but it felt like it or she thought we didnt have money to buy anything but to her surprise sent over 900.00

They replaced 2 Interstate RV batteries for me that were just a day out of warranty. This was last June. I was worried they would have to charge me. They replaced them, the next day, with no issues. If I could put ZERO I would. These people fixed our tire and put the sensor back in with DUCT TAPE. We took it to Sam's to get fixed right, and when they saw what they did they found us in the store and took us back to tire center and showed us the inside of the tire, where the sensor was DUCT TAPED to the inside of the tire. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I wouldn't buy tires for my lawn mower from them.

The tires here are slightly cheaper than most places. The service is quick and good. I’d suggest this place to anyone needing tire service. Id just make a suggestion to the owner..your employees could try to be a letter friendlier and more organized. You need some computers in there and automation to streamline your business. Your unorganized records were frustrating.

i took my car there for a front end alignment- my mech said i really didnt need it, but i had new tires and wanted to get the most out of them...well after i called them 4 x to find out when my car would be done- they said it would be $185.00 and i would have to come back monday after they got the parts to have the new upper and lower arm bushings replaced, and then align my car- i called my personal mechanic Jeff who is just great!, and he said they were trying to put one over on me because a week ago he replaced my cv drive joints, and my control arm bushings were fine- and the car really didn't need an alignment! Do Not go to Arkansas Tire- they will rip you off, if you let them....nuff said man!
