They let me walk in and stand around, while they talk at the counter for 5 minutes. Then finally acknowledged, tell me that they are closed. There are no hours posted at the door, and online their hours say they are open until 2. They might do good work, but I will never know.

Was quoted $1250.00 to fix my Grandsons car. I was assured that they knew exactly what was wrong with the car! Guess what then they said that more needed to be done. In the hundreds of dollars. What a rip off of a 16 year old! They should be ashamed of themselves!!! Do not use this company! Eather they don't know what there doing or they don't know how to keep there word!!!!

Don told me if I could be at his store at 7:15 the next morning he would have me on road by 9am to make an appointment at 11am on Mesa,122 miles away. He and his men actually got me on road at 8:50. I have never had a good experience at tire pro. Every time I need something taken care of there is always a problem. Don’t even bother trying to schedule something and expect it to be done in a timely fashion. Unfortunately this is one of the few places to go to in camp Verde so when your desperate you don’t have much choice. Sad to say because we really need a decent shop here.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I went here for a oil change and when they where done they told me my ac pipes where leaking and probably needed to be replaced when my ac was working perfectly prior. The next day my ac was blowing hot and I went to a different shop and told me all the coolant was completely gone and they had to of emptied it. So they could try to make money off of us Would give zero stars if I could

Chris Corsette is the consummate customer service pro. I was on a trip and blew two tires. They had to keep my car overnight, but jumped all over getting new tires in and putting them on and getting me back on the road. The big twist: these tires were bad, giving me excessive shimmy. But the greater point was he made it right, coordinating with a Phx affiliate to get me new tires and taking very good care of the situation. They have made a believer out of me!

I just stopped to get a tire with a screw in it looked at. It was not repairable so they changed my tire and served my wife and me a donut. No charge!!!! Did I mention I pulled in at 455 and they close at 5! No problem they said. What a great bunch of guys. By the way we are not local we are from the east coast.

Everything a tire store should Do, they do with great customer service and honesty. And their rates are reasonable. Yesterday my low tire light was on so I stopped. They took care of me right away and had me on my way in no time. I asked how much? They gave me a smile and said stop in any time. They are so friendly and thoughtful. There was an issue discovered when putting on new tires. The tie rod was about to give out. Though they were booked solid they fit the repair in so that I wasn’t in any danger driving my truck. Not only did they take me home, but then brought me back to p/u my truck. Nice to have a local owned business be so concerned over the well being of their customers

Update: one of the tires still has a slow leak. By lack of response from management they obviously don't care about their customers. Waited an hour and a half for an oil change, and check 3 tires for leaks ($20 each, wow). This was with an appointment. Get home, all tire pressures were different and none were correct and I couldn't get to the inside dually valve stem because the tech didn't line it up with the hole. Had to take it back to fix issues, hopefully they did a better job on the actual oil change. Won't be going back here, will drive to the next town for maintenance in the future.

Friendly and fast service! We ended up here on accident. 3 girls on the start of our vacation and our rental car tire had a gaping hole in it. The gentlemen at the shop were friendly and we didn't feel like we were being taken advantage of.

I was driving down the interstate wither the family and the SUV started shaking really bad. I took it in to the nearest shop which was Tire Pro Automotive. They inspected it, took it out for a drive, and came back with honest feedback. One of the tire was off balanced. The took care of the issue and we were off again. Excellent service and a shop were you don't ha e to worry about trying to sell you everything you don't need just to make some extra cash. I wish they were closer to where I lived, I'd only use them for service. Unfortunately it was a side stop to the trip but an excellent experience to a bad situation. Thank you!!!

On my way from Flagstaff to Phoenix on I-17 my trailer blew a tire. I didn't have a spare, was 15 miles out of Camp Verde and businesses were due to close soon. I thought I would be getting a hotel room for sure. Enter Don Hanks, owner of Tire Pro, who took the time to appreciate my situation and prioritize my one little trailer tire so I could get back to my unsecured load quickly. Since I didn't have the original wheel on hand (lacking the proper jack, had to buy one of those too), Don helped me figure out which of so many lug pattern and tire size combinations I needed to obtain. It was important we get it right the first time because I wouldn't know I'd gotten the wrong wheel/tire until after Tire Pro had closed. But Don also wrote his cell phone number on the back of a business card and offered to come back to the shop to get me the correct size. As it turned out we got it right the first time and I never had to bother Don that evening. But if I'm ever in the Camp Verde area again in need of wheel or tire services, you can sure bet I'll go see those guys again. TOP NOTCH.

Tirepro has been doing all of our oil changes on our pickup and car for over 2 years but to my surprise they don't check any oil in the drivetrain, 2 weeks ago on our way home from Phoenix our transfer case burned itself up and we had to be towed home. When we checked the oil it was completely dry. A good used transfer case cost us almost a thousand dollars. We did all labor ourselves. I won't ever trust them to work on my vehicles anymore.
