Been going here 15+ years. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Good service isnt cheap, cheap service isnt good.

Over all, I had a terrible experience with Precision, and I didn't even pay for the work I had done. I took my car there after I bought it from a seller who agreed to pay for additional work. When I arrived the first time, I met a very rude worker named Mike who was both inconsiderate and unhelpful. He was quick to tell us we came at the wrong time. Nevertheless, I rescheduled my appointment to get the work done. They told me the work would be done the next day, but I should have known better. The following day they called me telling me that the part they ordered failed to work and that they would need to keep my car an extra day. The only good side of my experience was when I picked my car up the following day and left. I met the manager, Danny, who was helpful and kind. That's all I can say about this place. Don't waste your time here.

This happened about 3 years ago...the more I think about it...the madder I get. I took my 98 Dodge van in for a stalling problem. All they did was say.."we can try this to see if it's the problem'. So they would try it...not the problem. They would then say the same thing...'we can try this'. As my Dad would say...'They are throwing crap against the wall to see if it sticks'. After almost 4 weeks and $2,000. My van still did not run right. I then took my van to another shop...guess what. They fixed the stalling problem. Now I'm getting all the problems that Precision Tire and Auto messed up...ie...oil leaks from the valve cover gaskets that according to them...they put in. Transmission oil leaks. My van DID NOT LEAK a drop of oil or transmission fluid till they worked on it. I have had several people ask were they could go and get repair work done on there car...I tell them where NOT to go.

I've had major service here about 2 years ago, spent over $3,000, on my 2004 Honda Civic EX. Literally the entire upper half of my engine compartment replaced. Car has run perfectly since, approximately 60,000 miles. Today I had a gas leak, my valve pump was leaking though it was the under warranty and that was a repair I had done here, I'm getting a new pump, it's covered. Brought it in this afternoon and will been done by end of the day. They are honest, tell you like it is and do the correct work. I find it hard to believe the negative reviews. Nothing but excellent service and reasonable fees. Plus I personally know others who have good service here. There is a reason this place is still in business. Thank you Danny.

I have been taking my truck to Precision for years and so does my family. Danny and his staff always get us in fast and do an amazing job. Not only do they fix what you came in for but they look over the entire vehicle every time to make sure there is nothing wrong with anything else. They are reasonable with their prices and don't charge for unnecessary fixes. They even offer to drive me home and pick me up every time. Highly recommend Precision tire and auto.

Not terribly pleased. Brought my truck in to have the brakes fixed and my tailgate latch repaired. I was told that the transmission had a "significant leak" and that they would have to drop and disassemble it to find out what the issue was. The tranny has never leaked, and the fluid levels are right where they should be. There is no leak and in the four years I've owned the vehicle, never once has there ever been any transmission fluid leaking out from anywhere. If something were significant, there would be LAKES of evidence all over the place. I was also told that the tailgate bezel was "cracked and damaged" (news to me, since there never was any bezel damage before I brought the truck in, and I've never disassembled the tailgate AND the bezel was in one piece when I left the house to bring the truck in for service-easy enough to note since I walk past the back of my truck every morning). The bezel was in one piece when I came in, and I would argue that the tech ripped it to pieces while working on it. I asked the tech about my brakes and how bad they were. I expected "well, they were a little warped" or "there's a little grooving going on, but plenty of meat left on them" or something. All I got, with no lack of snark, was "they were bad. They made the truck shake."I even got a nasty attitude when I went to split the payment between cash and a card. Not all that great of an experience.

This is a really great place! They can find out the problem with your car and fix it. My friend was having trouble with her car a few times and they fixed it at a reasonable price. They have lots of tests to make sure your car is a-ok in every scenario and make sure it's up and running. The price is fair though, because they are quality workers, but unless you have a little extra money saved up you might want to wait to get your car fixed. Quality is 100% they do they best they can. The inside is nice and cozy has a bathroom. The outside is neat and tidy. There is a large area outside where they work on the cars. Overall this place is very good service!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. On one occasion mechanic publicly argued with me about what I did or didn't say until a manager came and rectified the situation. On another occasion when I went in to get an oil change I was told my timing belt was starting to crack. When I took my car to another mechanic for a second opinion the mechanic showed me their was no crack or signs of crack forming in my timing belt. Safe to say I or my family, will never step foot in this place again.
