I needed to have repaired a curb-dinged alloy wheel and these gentlemen assured me they could do it. Not sure exactly what I expected but I did NOT expect this: I could not tell where the damaged section had been once they were finished. Even when I compared the fixed wheel with a photo of the damaged wheel, I couldn’t see anything at all. They were fast and friendly, and the wheel looks like it’s brand-new. I hope I never curb rash another wheel, but if I do, I know where I’m going. My thanks again to Brian, Erik and Abraham for their stellar work.

First let me say, there is no substitute for good service. There just isn’t! We came at the end of the day, and it was a holiday weekend. Had some trouble with our rims we brought in. Got them repaired and then left the lot. We got down the street and had an issue. The team came to meet us, helped us get back to the shop, then replaced our rims and tires. There were 4 gentlemen and the owner there working after hours to make sure we could leave and be safe and happy with the services and productswe received before starting our holiday weekend. The owner went out of his way to take care of us. I would recommend based on the service recovery and customer service 100x over! Very impressed!

The only place that will mount and balance the tires on my car. They don't give any hassle about what you want to do they just ask and go. If they're unsure about what needs to be done they ask before they do which is always the way to go. I plan on going again soon to get a new set of tires put on.

My tires were in really bad shape and one of my tires began to leak late in the afternoon. I came by Ice Creams right as they were closing. They still sold me a brand new set of tires, mounted and balanced them. The guys noticed I had aluminum racing lug nuts, so they took extra care in not cranking the lug nuts down and causing damage to my lug nuts. I was pleased with their service, the attention to detail,and the price on my new tires was good too. 5 stars from me.

Every other shop quoted me for $150/$200 for a 3 day turn around . excellent customer service. Well worth the 10mile one way drive .will be back for my rims upgrade when my tires are worn .Thanks!!!

Please dont tighten peoples vehicles wheels solely with an impact wrench... especially on a really nice vehicle, Mercedes and some others it literally states in the manual to not do this and it was done on all 4 of my tires. Not cool.

These guys went out of there way to help me. Yesterday night I had a flat. I couldnt find a tire shop open and if I did they didnt have the size of tire I needed. I got online to find a shop and Ice Cream Wheels and Tires were close. I bought tire 1 year ago, I was a week out of the 1yr manufactured warranty and all my tire cracked on the inside and outside of the sidewall.. you guys acted like I was inconveniencing you because I had a defective tire.. I ended up buying 4 new tires against my will because ice cream wheel were willing to do nothing for me after spending over $3000 dollars in a year.. now my tire pressure sensor is not working properly immediately after I left from getting new tires and I came back immediately to get this issue resolved and they told me they cannot do anything about it.. I will never go back and spend any of my money with ice cream wheels and I’ll tell everyone I know never to do business there because their customer serve is horrible, and they don’t stand behind their products..
