The best place to get tires in Fargo. That said, the service was below average. I had 4 new tires put on my car and they let me leave without telling me their wheel balancer was not working that day. Never said a word to me about bringing the car back later to get the tires balanced. The car was vibrating as soon as I hit the interstate. Had to call them back and bring the car in again the next week. Normally I wouldn't mind, but they could have told me instead of letting me find out for myself. I admit I'm used to better service from a large city. Also, I had to inflate the tires when I got home because they were badly under inflated and I need to get a tire cap because one was missing on my new tires.

I purchased two tires from this store. One of them went flat. Not that big a deal. It was time for new tires anyway. Except, the guy at this store that put the tires on tightened one of the lug nuts so tight that I could not get it off with any of my tools. I even bent my tire iron trying. Thats ok, mistakes happen, so I called up the store to see if they could come out to at least patch and fill the tire enough so I could get my car to them. The man on the phone was very abrupt and rude, saying I will have to eat the $65 for a tow truck to get it to them if I want it fixed. Immediately after that I called up a competitor and they offered to come by and help me out for no charge. Those are the guys I will be buying this round of tires from. No more Goodyear tires on my car.

Poor customer service, went in for an alignment trusting them to tell me the truth. When the check was done they told me alignment was off, I told them to service it. When all was done and paid for they finally showed me the camber report, my tires were barely off and only in the front. However, they charged me full price for a 4 wheel alignment. I realize they are just doing business but I would’ve appreciated honesty and transparency. Instead they chose to take advantage of me.

Be careful of this facility they want your money but they do a good job and the tires are fairly cheap go find something wrong with your car and then you're stuck they do it all they're all kinds of work

I needed some major work done. Had to get my timing belt, water pump etc. I was told by another company I needed more but Goodyear was straight up honest with me and even saved me quite a bit of money. They even helped me get set up for financing with out killing my bank. I truly believe they went out of their way for me.They also shared how when I need new tires I will save a bunch vs where I am going now. They cool thing was there was no pressure for me to buy anything.

Went their to swap out the tires on my two different set of rear wheels. Asked for 19 inch extra charge. 10 $ each. Never heard of that before at any other places but I was in a hurry so ok. 75$ in total and for the same job I got it done for 30$ in the morning at big o tires. Then my friend picked the wheel up and brought it home. Checked the wheels and my chrome set were all scratched up and lost one stem and one stem cap. Didn’t even try to go back and ask for it cuz I knew it was long gone. Worst place ever been. I wish google could come up with a negative star rating system so I could rate them negative 5 stars.

They really messed up my truck. They gave me the wrong diagnostic of my car after I paid them to diagnose what was wrong with it then charged me $500 then come to find out they misdiagnosed my car they said they reimburse my money and I have yet to get it back on my card

I took in my Honda Accord that had 106,000 miles on it. It needed a lot done, new power steering pump, timing belt, and lots more that come when a car reaches 100,000 miles. They were fair and honest and even threw in some wheels with the purchase of new tires. Also, told me what was urgent to be done and what could wait a couple months so I wouldn’t break the bank. I will be loyal to them and appreciate their honesty.
