I work at a well known tire company. I only sell new tires my wife needed 4 tires . we didn't have the money. I got 4 used tires for 180. She got 3 nails in her tire. So not repairable. Brought her car in less than a month later. I was told not to worry about it. I have a tire I'll put on for free. Great costemer service.

This place is great, they never try to up sale me and if there's not to much of a problem then they will tell you that there's no need to buy it right now. I've been here a few times and the staffs very nice and helpful. Never paid more then was needed and they're trustworthy. I will be coming back here when it's time to get a new set of tires and for anything in between, definitely recommend it.

Forget paying $90 for a expensive tire I got a tire here in good decent condition for a good price let's say more then half the price. I don't drive too far just to get point A to B. Tire o got here is still in decent condition. Will come back if I need a decent tire in a emergency

Ordered two tires, they said they would call when they come in which was in a few days.. they never called, went in the day they were supposed to be there, they took two tires off and then said they ordered the wrong tires! Asked for my recipe which they had a copy of it but of course probably lost it.. Now I have to wait another few days for the right ones and they didn't even ask for my name or number smh. Never going there again.

As they are used tires, it can be a little hit and miss, but they had exactly what I needed every time I went. It can get crowded and slow sometimes, but I saved a lot and got tires that are almost new for a very decent price.

This place is a joke. The owners are tweakers and while we were waiting to see what tires they had for us, two other customers pulled up and were complaining about scratches on tires and hubcaps and the owners were arguing with them, not taking responsibility. Then when it was our turn, we were told they had tons of tires for 35.00 a piece and then all of a sudden, the 35.00 tires are all gone and they are wanting to charge us 60.00 a piece without warranty. We went down to Sonoras Tire Shop in GLENDALE AND THEY WERE GREAT!

We always go here for air and they help us quick and tell us if they see anything. Today we ran into an issue with a razor in our tire and instead of new/used tire they told us a patch would work. Definitely saved us money by getting the patch but when we're ready to get tires we already know where we're going to go. Thank a lot!

Bought two used tires with extended warranty from Larry, less than a month one tire blow while on the freeway, cause $2000 worth of damages. A little over two months later the second tire is peeling off. Called them about my 90 extend warranty. Was told they don't do extended warranty on used tires. Looked at my receipt shows no extended warranty. They said they can't help me. Ties are cheap, but you get what you pay for, will never go back to them my family's life is not worth a few dollars saving.

They charged about half of what the gas station mechanic would have charged, that’s what got me to go there...I’m going to keep going back because the mechanic is a straight shooter...and can work with your budget. He even worked late in to the night to finish my van because he knew I had to be at work early rather than start on it in the morning. And he’s got the sweetest pit bull named “meat ball”. That’s how I know the mechanic is a good dude, or anyone for that matter...dogs can’t lie. The only thing they need to change is the front desk area...very shabby and needs new chairs to sit in. But all and all a good experience

The service was fast. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I had a screw in my tire and they patched it up. The price was reasonable and the lady that did my tire was very nice. It would have been nice to have a place to sit though. I didn't see a place to sit I'd you are there longer.

They also offer payment plans which I’ve never needed but that’s always good if you’re really on the gutter with money. I’ll be moving 7 miles east but I still would come here, can’t imagine doing business with any other tire shop

Staff is great - friendly and efficient!! They won't try to sell you a more expensive tire then what you need. It only took 15 mins to put the new tire on the matching rim and then switch it to replace the donut tire I had been driving on since my blow out.

I give this place a big 5 star primarily for my experience with Travis. My grandfather and I were driving to AutoZone to get brakes for the car when the car suddenly wouldn't stop. We had to pull into this tire shop as an emergency. Travis was welcoming and even let us use some tools so that I could fix the brakes. This is so above and beyond. This is a tire shop so to have him go out of his way to help me was a much appreciated surprise. Next time I'm in the market for tires, I'm definitely going to come here st. Thank you Travis!

I'm going to start at this, on a Friday evening after calling about over 7 or 8 different 5-star rating used tire shops on google asking if they have 1 used 225 50 18 until in couple months I would just buy 4 brand new tires. Not one of the Companys with a 5-star rating had even 1 tire. I was getting annoyed at this point at trying to call each different company and not getting an answer I was hoping for but finally I seen that AZ BEST tire had their recent review showing a 2-star review so I didn't really want to call and get let down yet again. But I did and they had not only 1 tire available but 2 tires!!! I am so happy because all over somone else's recent review I wasnt going to call, but I'm glad I decided to call. I called this number and everything went really well but they actually had the tires at their other shop which is closer to me on NW Grand Ave, where the tires are available. The workers were very friendly and everything went really well. Thank you!

This place is a joke. All the people who work there are uneducated and do not know what they are doing. I got a tire from them a few months ago and they over tightened it, I brought it to multiple tire shops and nobody couldn’t get it off. I had to get a plasma cutter to get it off. DO NOT GO TO THIS TIRE SHOP!!!!!

My tire was bouncing real bad on the freeway. We pulled in about 20 minutes before closing on a Friday. I felt bad doing so but they were awesome and took care of us and I got back on the road real quick! Bought a used tire for now but I will be returning for a new set soon.

I needed some new tires and as always since the 70s been going here. Fast, efficient, friendly service. They are very reasonable on prices. They are always busy but your in snd out and they know their stuff. Once in awhile stuff happens that isnt their fault as I had to wait 5 hours due to the warehouse man who was to drop them of there had been behind but something like thst at times cant be helped as Donald put some of their tires on so if i wanted to go somewhere I wasnt stuck but decided to wait there caue you dont know when the warehouse truck might stop. Donald and Larry know their stuff and are very friendly as well as the workers there too. Thanks guys for all your help as I was waiting!

It's nice to have a tire repair place on the West side where you don't have to make an appointment. This is my 2nd time in coming here for a tire repair. On my 1st visit, they had 4 guys here, and I got waited on immediately. 8-) Today, there were only 2 people working, and since there were 2 vehicles in for tire service, I had to wait about 20 minutes. Their repair prices are on par with other places that I have been to. But, I can't comment on any other service prices at this time. While CS relations aren't the greatest when you first walk inb once you are being waited on, there's a big improvement. However, if you are dressed up, or in lite colored clothes, I'd think twice about sitting in a chair in the waiting area. Ugh and yuck! And, since the shop is local family owned and operated, everyone speaks and understands English.

I took my car to the auto repair side of this tire shop (both are connected and owed by same owner). The car repair man, I'm not going to put his name here, but he know who he is, had my car for 7 weeks and pretty much charged me 800+ and did nothing. My car is still leaking coolant which he said he could fix, when I picked up my car, they ordered a part in front of me which was supposed to be already in my car, tried to say my original part was the new one. After the first 4 weeks, dude stopped communicating with me. I live right down the street and pass the shop everyday. I seen my car sitting there in 1 spot for days, I'd stop in and ask for an update and was given min response. I still have my car, and still having the same problems. I'm told to take it back, but at this point I don't trust them. I was charge 300 dollars for a 100 dollar part, on top of labor. I was charged 175 for a 60 part, and still charged labor. This dude charged up all type of stuff which from what I can tell shouldn't have cost me no more than 500. I wouldn't recommend this auto repair shop to nobody.
