Went in to get my rim changed, I went there as a kid with my dad so its been 12 years since I was last there, the family environment is more present then ever.Dallas and Brandon are amazing and caring ppl there not there to raise prices they make you feel comfortable and gave me the best price on a rim , he told me he would not sleep st night if did it for the money my price of the rim was 65 and 85 total to put it on, everyplace I went to was 185.00 he said his prices generally stay the same. He also buys 1,000 girls scout cookies and gives them to his customers for there purchase. The lobby was full today not no one waited more then 30 min. So if your needing repairs or tires.Trust your vechicle with Dallas and Brandon.. Thank you gentleman for taking care of me today.

I have been using this company for approximately 4-5 years now. I have used them for my oil changes, and some mechanical work. Good and friendly customer service is so hard to come by these days, but these guys are great. Very friendly and not wanting to "make up" unnecessary things that need to be replaced, etc. They are not out to take your money, they are out to make their customers happy. I recommend them to everyone I know in the Casa Grande area.

When my Mother and Father left in their used motorhome to Florida then finally to Michigan, I felt unsure about the safety of their tires. Thankfully they had a tire issue just outside of Casa Grande at 5:30 where Dallas, the Owner, and 2 of his employees were more than happy to stay after hours and replace all 6 tires. He not only gave them a great deal, but the best service anywhere! Thank you for your commitment to customer service! Very rare these days....

Went for a front end alignment because wife thought the truck was pulling. They set it up, checked alignment but found it in spec. Discovered barbed wire wrapped aroung rear axple and removed it. Because it didn't need alignment there was NO CHARGE. I don't think I have every had this kind of great service before.

Outstanding customer service. Had to stop to check a leaky tire on the way to New Mexico and stopped here to have it checked out. Not only did they have us in and out in less than 30 minutes, but they also patched our tire for FREE. I would highly recommend this shop.

Came for an alignment told me it would be an hour wait.. So I said cool, and then I sat there for over three hours... Not very impressed, employees seem to be slow and just want to charge you for the most money that they can squeeze out of you.. I would not recommend giddens to any friends or family..
