Customer service was exceptional when I got there. But I had talked to a guy on the phone about a few tires I needed. He said he had 2 for $55. So I drove all the way down from globe to find out they were $55 each. The tires were good but too expensive. I got a basically brand new tire one year old for $40 at another shop. You know the saying. Four for a dollar sounds like a deal.

Not only were they able to give me an affordable price, but I had purchased 4 tires a head of time and when they went to change them they said one of my tires was still in good condition so they were going to leave it on and refund me the 4th tire. I have been buying tires here for at least 7 years. Top notch service every time. I have bought used and new truck and high performance car tires at outstanding prices. I have never had a single issue even with their used tires. They even installed and recalibrated the flat sensors on my Mustang after I installed upgraded tires and rims. I had went to Horne Ford two times and they were unable to do the job. Faster service than the big chains and none of those stupid add on fees for tire disposal, balancing, etc.

Excellent customer service, unbelievable, in today's commercial climate! The store had a lot of customers (on a Monday morning) and at the same time a lot of EMPLOYEES all working their tail off. NEED I SAY MORE !!! ZaK was an outstanding representative today from this tire shop, he and the employees helping WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND what one would expect making CERTAIN everything was taken care of.... and walking out the door spending FAR LESS than was anticipating before coming in. Since college, I've always purchased good quality used tires - and saved a bundle. When we firat found East Valley Tire Outlet, we didn't expect the huge value Dan and the other guys give you. Call them ahead of time to make sure they have your tires in stock and to check how busy they are. (They'll hold tires for a couple of days if you ask.) Once you get there, you'll see a very efficient multi lane drive through operation with guys busily working on cars and trucks. You will be taken back to see and select the tires for your vehicle. After that, just sit back and let them take care of you. The waiting room is minimal. There is a TV and three converted car bench seats. You can also sit outside if the weather is reasonable. Although I understand why, I wish there wasn't a surcharge for using credit cards. On the other hand, they post that they can work with you ona 90-day payment plan. Here is where EVT really stands out. They tell you about other issues they see with your vehicle, even when they don't provide that service. If there is a tire, wheel, other part or service you need, they will even check around for you to find where you can go for the best price. The last time we were there, they were helping a man find compatible.tire sizes for his truck that would save him over $300. We will be customers for life!

I got a flat on the freeway. I put on the spare and went to East valley as the closest tire place. They had a tire for my brothers car for $40.00 mounted and balanced, with lots of tread left. I only had $20.00 on me! The owner let me go home with the new tire with the promise that I return with the other $20.00, which I DID! Awesome that they did that! I highly recommend for new or used tires!

Amazing service! My car needed 3 tires after the 4th blew. I got a tire at discount tire, but it was a little rich, so I came here. I was planning on getting 3 used tires to accommodate my wallet, but ended up getting 3 new tires all cheaper than my one from discount. Very professional, kept me informed, and had a friendly dog who would let you pet her if you wanted, but wouldn’t bug you if you didn’t. They also gave me correct lug nuts that a previous shop had charged me for, and weren’t for my Honda. Very appreciative and they just traded me. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I went to a much larger tire than stock so the guys made sure they would not rub. It was a far better experience than I have had in the past with other shops and there is a 30 day warranty on used tires. I will go back again for my next set.

Well I used to come here all the time for tires since they've always had good tires for cheap. After today though I'm done coming here after a being told I work at an Autobody shop that rips people off. Speaking of ripping people off, the 2 tires I bought were $140 installed, and a new valve stem was $10. Somehow got charged $190 but I guess I deserve it since I'm the one overcharging for collision work.

I'm a business owner and their customer service was perfect. I arrived at East Valley Tire looking for an unusual tire for our Class A. I was driving with 2 tires on the passenger rear and only 1 on the driver side due to a damaged tire. I was told that they were able to order a tire and have it delivered to their shop by 3:00. I live near 19th Avenue & Pinnacle Peak and wasn't able to wait. Jason was exceptionally helpful with getting on the phone (I didn't even have to ask) calling other tire shops on our route back home. He mapped out our route since we couldn't get back on the freeway and found another tire shop that had the tire in stock. Awesome! Most places would maybe suggest another competitor - but not make the phone call to see if they had the tire in stock, get the pricing and explain the best way to stay on in-town roads and not go over 40 mph. He also wanted to make sure we understood the route and asked if there was anything else he could do. Now, even though I didn't purchase one of their tires - I will refer ANYONE who is near Apache Junction or Mesa to their location. THANK YOU JASON - You were a big help to us.

After spending most of 2018 on the road, traveling for my job, I had forgotten about East valley tire. When I needed to get a tire repaired this morning, I went to one of those national chains. They informed me that my tired not have enough tread to be repaired. Being I did not want to spend the money on a brand new tire, due to the fact I'm selling the car soon, I started looking around for used tires. Then I remembered about East valley tire. I was losing pressure in the right rear tire and with the weekend approaching as I work through the weekends and drive 52 miles round trip on the highway, I didn't need to have any issues. Or have to run that stupid temporary spare that you can't go over 55 with. Anyway, they removed a 1 inch aluminum roofing nail and rotate the tires. I had bought them there about a year ago. They will rotate them every 3000 miles for you free of charge. It took about 45 mins. This shop reminds me of the places my father used to take me to when I was a kid. No frills, and they get the job done with quality and timeliness and personable. You want frills and be treated like a number, expect to pay a lot more. East Valley Tire you rock!!!!

This is a great place if you need a used tire. Saved me a bunch of money over other big name stores who would only sell me a full set. Doesn't have the big flashy store but they get it done and quick as well.
