I had a nail in my tire and a slow leak. I stopped in without an appointment and they were able to service me within 10 minutes. Initially they recommended buying a new tire, but after they got it into the shop they found it could easily be patched and they did it for free! I let them know I was going on a 3500 mile road trip and they kindly checked out all my tires for safety and gave me an estimate of about how many miles I had left on my tread. I was very pleased with my experience and will be back when it's time to replace all of my tires.

They told me that is was 1hour and 45 min wait so I left because they said that they could hold my spot on the line and came back hour and 15min later and they said that they had to check me in again because I left RELLY!!!!!!! Just don't do it there are so many tire shops out there and honestly I've had so many of my own negative experiences not to mention stories I've heard from other people. When I lost my hubcaps w service I contact the general manager I was told that the issue would get resolved I went back to get them and then they took the remaining hubcaps off and sent me on my Merry way which was the most craziest absurd situation ever! I stopped wasting my time and moved on with my life but I will never go to Discount again!

The lugnuts on my truck were jacked up and I dont have the money for new ones so he hooked me up I definitely owe him lunch now and before I was help another gentleman bought a tire for a couple that was tight on money and he discounted the tire. That tpms light kept on coming on and we found a small nail in a tire. This was on a vehicle we bought 3 years ago and the tires were not bought here. They fixed this for free in about 45 minutes. I left for work in the morning and only drove a few feet from the house when I realized that I had a flat tire with a screw sticking out of it. Thankfully there was a Discount Tire Company right down the street so I limped my car over there and they quickly assessed the situation and gave me a good deal on new tires with road hazard. The wait was almost 2 hours because they were really busy but everyone seemed very satisfied, including me.

Fast but charged me 60$ per tire sensor + 10$ for labor each for a total of 280$ in sensors alone... When I looked up the part number It is only 40$ for the sensor. It seemed to be something they reserve to lower the price on depending on how much they can upsell you into higher priced tires, because the person had to tell the other guy ringing up the purchase specifically how much he quoted me at instead of by part number. Shady but I guess maybe that's just how the industry works. 80$ more than it should have costed. Make sure you research what you need before getting work done.

Dropped a pair of rear wheels and tires to be mounted and balanced. They were crazy busy and seemed to have mounted one of the tires in the wrong direction. Had to go back the next morning so they could remount and balance again. This time was really quick. Took a test drive and I'm happy with the balance. I'm over satisfied with the service. However, the long line of *$#& waiting to get the free air pressure check is beyond me.

Wait is always 2+ hours, when you call to make an appointment they're always booked for the next two days, when you do walk in it takes 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. Do yourself a favor and go to one of Discount's other locations where the staff is actually helpful.

I stopped by for an air pressure check, which Joseph took care of very well. He told me, what I was actually expecting. However, once my car was inside they popped the hood and I really don't know what all they did. My car came out with the Throttle going way above 3RPM's once I turned it on. I really never thought of it once I was in. Now talking to one of my co-workers, he asked me as to why they had opened the hood if they had nothing to do in there. Never going back.

called in the am to make appointment in the pm. Despite that, I was there 2 hours to change out one tire. When car was finished the tire pressure was 35 verses 41 per door sticker recommendation and the pressure of other 3 tires. Garbage in the car included sticker off the new tire laying on floor and plastic bag. Discount tire has been my go to place for 25 plus years. This was my first and last visit to this location. Staff was courteous.

My friend and I carpool to work every morning. We had a full blown tire on the way home so the next morning, like a lot of people do rushing to work, we went to Discount Tire off Cactus. Went in for a tire rotation. There was a long line before I checked in, as several clerks were on the phone. The service took about 30 minutes and they verified that the tire pressure was good as well. I have visited this location multiple times, and each time had a good experience customer service wise.

New Management is absolutely terrible! Customer service is focused around new tire sales. Lifetime warranty is void of any integrity. Do not buy here, find another store. I've spent thousands of dollars at this store and have been met with sub-standard service, poor management and left with only regrets. Please shop around. Integrity is everything and management here has none.

Lost my trust in this place. Asked to have a tire sensor replaced, patch a leak, and cleaning out tire sealant that caused out of balance. Came back 2 hrs later and was told I had a bad sensor, I already knew this, but they didn't change it and said there were no leaks. I could also tell the tires never came off the rim to be checked and the tech said he saw nothing in the tire. I know we emptied a large can of slime in there a month ago and he didn't even know about the tire plug I put in a week ago. There is no way he would have missed all of this if he had the tire off. A misunderstanding of what I requested I get, lying to me is not acceptable. Whats worse is the manager backed up his tech.

We waited for over 15 min in the air check line and no one even acknowledged us. We had two little kids in the car and we couldn't wait any longer. Now we have to drive to another Discount Tire and hope one of our tires doesn't go flat in the process. I will say that this has never happened to me before at this location so maybe they had bad management there today or were short staffed. Regardless, they should have at least acknowledged us and said they couldn't make time for us today.

Dangerous, poor quality work at this location. I am a loyal customer of Discount Tire, but I will never bring my car to this particular location again, not even for an air check, even though it's right around the corner from where I live! I am writing this review because I am shocked that I was subject to their incompetence not once, but twice. First time was a few months ago, not long after I'd had an accident which involved damage to my tires. One tire of my replacement tires kept going low on air and so I asked for a flat repair. They could not find a nail so they just put Fix-a-Flat goo in it -- told me it was fixed and sent me home. Within a few days, on the freeway, while towing a trailer, I got a serious flat in that same tire AGAIN. What a major headache and inconvenience, as I missed an important job meeting. Took my car to a different Discount who quickly found the rim itself had a hairline crack and replaced it for me. Fast forward three months later, I get a flat in a different tire. I bring it in, they found a nail in it, and they did a repair. I was happy for the quick service -- but a few days later, after driving across town far from home, I discover AGAIN that I have a flat in the very tire they repaired days earlier. Barely rolled into a different Discount right as they were closing on a Saturday. The manager took pity on me and agreed to check my tire. He discovered the flat had not been properly repaired so he redid it for me. Beware!

I've been a loyal customer of Discount Tire stores since I started driving 25 years ago. I've never been anywhere but Discount for any tire issue. Yesterday I went in with my spare on as I blew a tire. I was told the other 3 had plenty of life in them and not to worry. They obviously rotated the tires as the new tire was on in a different spot, as they always do. I assumed they checked the pressure of the other tires as every other time I have gone to a Discount Tire they have. Not 2 hours later I was on the freeway and I blew another tire! I was told it was low tire pressure. How does this happen? I am so so disappointed.

Discount Tire has great customer service. I took my Honda Fit there to get my tires replaced in June and they were respectful and warmth. The 4 star rating is due to them not replacing my tire lock to my glove box. I needed to go back there for them to replace all locks and get a new tire lock. It took about an hour for them to get to me and finish the job. They did, however, do it without hesitation and acknowledged their error. I would recommend Discount Tire.

I've bought tires here a few times and I always feel good about it. They are not too pushy on getting the most expensive tires. Also one time bought a brand I hated driving on and afrer a couple weeks I returned them at no charge to replace with Michelins. Also, the air checks are pretty fast and done by knowledge techs.

Rolled in with a super low tire to free air. They told me it was too low to add air?? Then had me drive it into the parking lot and park. After standing in line for 20 minutes, the tire was officially flat. They then proceeded to drive on e the flat tire and tell me it’s ruined and I would need to buy a new tire??!! Well after driving on the flat, what did they expect?? This girl knows better than to drive on a flat! Why did they move my car? To make sure it was ruined? I may be female but I seem to know more about tires then the men who work here! I am not a happy customer.

Once you finally get them to acknowledge your presence the customer service is good. The prices are pretty good, but it is super frustrating to walk in and be completely ignored for 10-15 minutes. Even if your busy you can tell people hello and let them know you're gonna be with them in a minute. Waited 15 minutes a few weeks ago just to get my keys. So three stars because of that.

Hit some debris in the road while on the freeway off ramp, blowing both of driver side tires and leaving them beyond repair. The guys at discount got me right in and within about an hour of the tow truck dropping me off I had 4 new tires and things were back to normal. They even upgraded the tires due to the computer being wrong and not having the ones I had paid them for. Top notch customer service. They saved me both time and money and I was able to get back to work the next morning like it never happened. Great job.
