I had a great experience while getting a new tire. I was in the area from out of state and got a flat. I took my car in to have the tire looked at and found out I had 2 nails in my tire. The staff was very honest and professional. I was in and out in just over an hour. I couldn't have askas for a better experience.

First time to the Pinnacle Peak location. They messed up my first appointment by forgetting the order the tires needed for my car but they made it right by apologizing and said that i could come in the next day and they would stay after they closed to make sure they got the tires on my car. I would come back here again.

This was the worst experience ever! I was referred to this shop by a neighbor for tires which was a okay price.... but it went down hill from there. When they had the new tires on they then told me my hub was bad and it would be an extra $500 dollars, would have maybe waited on the tires but was forced to do both since they were already mounted. Next went for an oil change and was told I needed a new serpentine belt.... this is where a liar can be called a liar. Just replaced it 2 weeks before. They are looking for work and extra cash...I bet the service techs get a cut. What if I was a person who didn't know about how long belts should last, could have been duped. These are the kind of scum who pray on women who are not knowledgeable about auto repair...SHAME ON YOU C & R!!

Guy was rude, i think he doesn't like dealing with females. And he was a rip-off. I don't recommend this place for repairs but i can't give an opinion on the quality of their tires because i didn't buy them there.

Fast and friendly service. . they changed my tires and did oil change in less then hour and half. . I'd refer them to any of my friends. . if I went to discount tire it always takes about four hours just for tires

Informative aswell as accomadating. I only needed a flat repair but it was fair priced. Although the guy working on the vehicle used a wheel weight on the outside of my Mercedes wheel rather than the sticky weight that it's required to have. They were fast and even allowed me to run to the store while my vehicle was being worked on in his own personal vehicle which I thought to be extremely nice/cool of him to even offer. I was able to meet my mark in Seattle as soon as I left and will be returning to have more work done on my vehicle. I feel a high level of trust in this bunch of mechanics. Would recommend them anytime.

Awesome service. Went here for a brake check and 2nd opinion on work recommended by the toyota dealer. Took care of brake issue at a very reasonable cost. Confirmed my suspicion that the toyota dealer was less that honest - C & R found no major issues and even gave me the mechanics inspection report that was very thorough. A+ service - many thanks to Chris, Aaron & the rest of the C & R crew.

I work out of my truck pulling a trailer everyday cleaning carpet and tile. it's especially busy now, I noticed earlier in the day a grinding on my brakes (thinking how am I going to get this fixed). So I gave Aaron at CNR Tire (on Parkside off 19th Avenue, a call at 4:45 p.m.) he said come right down. l asked, at least determine how bad it was and how urgent it need was? upon putting it immediately up on the rack notice that one of my rotors was very bad, the other one was just starting to score as well as the pads needing to be replaced. They already ordered the parts before putting it up on the rack but after further inspections noticed the caliper was also badly cracked, called a closer supplier since the other parts were already in route to order the caliper and had it all installed and ready to go by 6:30. I am a regular client so I believe they gave me a bit of a precedence. So thank you CNR Tire Chris Erin for giving me the okay to come down and check it out Chris for ordering the ordering the parts immediately and jumping on my emergency and especially to Mike the lead mechanic who did an awesome job so efficiently AND quickly!

I bought a free oil change as a fundraiser. My thoughts going into this was I'm going to get a free oil change and that's it. Well, I was wrong! I meet Rick we talked about my cars and what his company offers, I was impressed. Quick, honest service, gave my car thorough inspection with my oil change. C&R Tire has just made a new customer! If you need tires or any service you should definitely stop by and talk to Rick!

We are happy with C & R in both Anthem and Pinnacle Peak (Deer Valley) locations. They are fairly priced and do not suggest work you don't need. I am used to mechanics trying to put one over on me because I'm a woman, but C & R does not pull that nonsense.

I started 6 years ago at the Tatum & Bell shop. When Rick opened this one I (naturally) followed. Being a female, and a blonde, most shops treated me like I didn't know anything (I actually have YEARS of mechanical experience) C&R and Rick never did that, they treated me fairly and always explained things clearly. They listen to me when I explain things and take me opinion into consideration. This is the ONLY place I trust to work on my vehicles!

This place is very knowledgeable and professional on all their services that they offer. I went in for an alignment on my truck and the service was excellent. During my time waiting they pulled me in the back, where my truck was being worked on and let me see what was actually going on and the reason behind the problems. This is important to me because most shops will just tell you what is happening instead of showing you what has happened. Which is important so you know for a fact what is wrong. Will definitely return and recommend this placeto others.
