This is the only mechanic shop I have come to trust in my area. I have never been over sold on anything and the mechanics there really bring light on any issue you are having. I have been updating components on my vehicle and have been there multiple times already this year. They have been very patient with me and answered all my questions. They also are the best costs in the area and seem to always be running discounts.

I NEVER take the time to write any reviews but my experience with this family owned business is worthy of my time to review. For the past 8 years I have never been over sold, advised to make unnecessary repairs or even pressured to get the work done for them to make a buck. You really do not find this kind of treatment because most of their competition are corporate run shops that care more their bottom line then the customers they serve. It always sucks to put out hard earned money on costly repairs especially when you can't trust the "Snake Oil Salesmen." Honesty and integrity has been what has kept them alive amongst the Corporate giants. That what earns them my business!! Bud and Joseph always take care of me as if I was part of their family. That is truly hard to find.

Come to find out I only needed my steering fluid done at that time. This place is very honest ! I just got my car back from them, my throttle motor went out and one shop charged me almost 700 bucks to fix, so I came here, Bud... I believe that's his name.... Sat on the phone with me to try and get financing, also they gave me a really great deal on getting it fixed. They really do work with you. Also I can't forget Jessie, he picked me up a little way from the shop just so I could pick up my car. I was so grateful for that. I think I'll continue going here for now on.

Great work. Took my tire in since it was losing pressure. They said it was a bent rim. They fixed it at no charge. I've been back ever since with multiple cars. Never have to wait long even when needing to order from outside location.

I originally thought that Coyote Tire Pros was amazing. When I took them my car they fitted me in, but after they worked on my car a number of times my check engine light came on. I paid for them to run a diagnose and they called their self fixing the issue. The same issue happened a number of times I finally went to Goodyear and they fixed the issue and have not had any problems with it since then. I called Coyote Tire Pros to ask for half my money back and haven't heard nothing else back from them.

As a person who is willing and able to do some car repairs himself and also having worked in the automotive industry as a service manager earlier in my career, I am pretty picky about who I bring my car to for tires, maintenance and repairs. I have experienced many shops and mechanics that are just not ethical while doing shoddy work. In my opinion, Coyote Tire pros is one of the GOOD ones. I have been there a few times for tires, oil changes and air conditioning services. I have found their prices to be fair and a good value for the work they do. The service managers and writers are friendly, honest, ethical and demonstrate good customer service. I spent 14 years as a retail/service manager so I know if someone has a desire to serve customers with integrity. I know that Coyote Tire Pros will take care of my vehicles well, do the repair right the first time and at a fair and honest price. I recommend this shop 100%. I give them 4.5 stars because I feel 5 stars means perfection. No one is perfect, only God is perfect. Coyote Tire Pros comes pretty close. They are a locally owned business who needs our support. Thankfully they are part of a nationwide network of local shops so their warranties are good all throughout the USA. Check them out!!

Went in for a tire patch they said it would be about 30 min. An hour later they finally get to my truck, the guy puts it on the lift and disappears for 15 min before he comes back to start on it. I was there just under 2 hours for a patch. That's ridiculous! They weren't even that busy.

I had an alignment done after I had a new suspension installed on my 93 Mustang GT. Great service and a great price for a lifetime alignment service. Bud and Dave were a great help. Crooks, they'll find any way possible to get your money. They totally do not honor their warranty. The service is horrible, I had to bring my car back several times for the exact same issue, and each time they wanted to charge me for something extra... Terrible...

They installed locking lug nuts a couple of months ago and went in today to get tire rotation and one stripped out. They're the only ones that have touched them and now I have to eat it. They were going to send me out missing a lug nut, lucky I had the ones from when they swapped out the locking lugs... I will never take my truck there again
