I took my truck to them to have my wheels balanced. I chose this company because they work on lowered trucks and I have a lowered truck. When I picked my truck up the first time it was literally so bad driving on the freeway o thought I had a flat tire. When I took it back the second time all they did was move the tire from the front to the back and now it’s worse! They lied and tried saying my rim is bent which is not true my truck rode a million times better before I ever went here. Worst mistake ever I will never go back!

Tried to be ripped off was told i needed parts just to do an alignment.. Gonna cost me $700 for parts and labor. All parts on my list given to me were new except 3 which was not an issue for my alignment and was charged $15 to tell me that which i never asked to inspect it just to align it. Got my alignment done somewhere else, no issues.

My mom had some problems with her tires it kept losing air other shops were saying just to buy new tires for all 4 when only two tires were the issues.. A gentlemen name Leo was kind enough to inspect it and told us it was just a valve stem. Thank you Central Tires!!!! :)

I had this place put control arm bushings in less than 2 years ago. They stood around talking (to each other, to friends that would drive up, to anybody) longer than they worked. I stood around all day. They finally finished. 1.5 years later, another shop tells me the upper bushings on the driver's side are coming out. I go back to these guys and first they say the shop manager from that period got fired. They could only see a receipt for 400.00 and not what it was for. I'm telling him that is it. I ask if he would look as at it. He gives me excuses. He has me stand around for 2 hours. I point out the mechanic who installed them who is doing everything but working ( talking on his cell, eating snacks, talking to other employees). I wait for another 2 hours and finally left. I would not let these guys take my money and leave me hanging again. I'm telling everyone I know about my experience. STAY AWAY! They dont know what they are doing!

I usually never post reviews but I felt others should be warned by this companies shady business practices. Had just got some suspension work done for our company work truck including bushing replacement from our in house mechanic. Dropped off the truck to get a simple alignment in the morning and by late afternoon I have yet to hear anything from them. I call to get an update and they tried to rip us off like many other reviewers have posted. They tried to tell me the bushings needed to be replaced and they required a specialty tool in order to get the alignment done. Was quoted about $450, told them not to touch the truck and I would go pick it up. Took it to my regular shop and got the alignment done in two hours for $80. Buyer beware

I will not recommend this tire shop. The workers did a lousy job. I had my brakes and rotors changed for a good price. After replacing the parts I come back to the shop because I been hearing my brakes squeaking. The owner told me it's normal and to turn my music up so i won't hear the noise. After going to a different tire shop to have the noise checked. I was driving with a strip bolt that tightens the brakes and my rotors were glazed. I had to buy another set of rotors and the bolt.

Stay away from this place. Paid over 4300 and my truck is still not finished. Excuses about Jack not working,lack of communication. This place does not place customer satisfaction first. They do not honor what customers request. I was very patient with them told them to take there take becuase I did not want to go back and forth for issues. I should not be having issues if I paid for a service and it should be done and completed the right way the first time. 6 plus trips to see what the status is on my truck and it not being ready. I am honestly very disappointed with this company. I will make sure no one gets cheated from these people.

Had the struts repaired at this location, affordable pricing, struts are great! Location was far from my home, but was worth the drive. They offered 6 month warranty on the repair.

I dont know how well they perform their job as I did not have a good costumer service experience with them, I went in to see about a price for some tires and rims and get them installed, the guy wasn't very polite, they told me they would call me back the next day, never happened so I gave them a call and they said they had not checked anything and would call me when they had time, again never happened. my husband went in a few days later and the guy pretty much ignored him and walked off on him twice and treated him like he didn't care for his buisness. We went with the purpose of buying from them and paying cash, and the treatment they gave was as if we were asking something for free.

Took my car to get tires they gave me my car back with a shaking took it back to them they told me it was my upper n lower controller arm and my stabilizer shock so I paid them in feb 2016 to get this problem fixed its now may 2016 and my car still shaking I keep taking it back and they keep giving me the run around I talked to the owner and he told me they would fix it so it was left there a whole day I get it back and its still shaking and also making a noise before I brake and after I release my brake I took it back and they told me they couldnt do anything until 3-4 hrs I asked for my money back and they told me go back on Wednesday and talk to someone Im tired of going back and forth its my only car and my kids and I get so scared when it shakes definitely a horrible experience with this shop!!!

I will never come here again! Waiting for hours joust for ONE tire that ended up being a used tire and not new!!! My wheel was also damaged! When I tried speaking to the owner, the workers went on as if they didn't know who the owner was. Don't come here unless you want your time wasted! I went to another shop after my mother recommended it. That place was awesome! The owner was very humble and kind! They even fixed my wheel for free! I recommend this place 1000x before ever mentioning central tire on southern. Again, stay away from Central tire. Not worth the headache.

This place needs a lot of help because the guys that were there all they did was move cars from out the shop and wait for Leo. Cheap bad tires defective within 2 months and tires separated after 5000 miles I purchase extended warranty and they stated they are not cover because I was told its my struts so I took it to a mechanic and my struts are fine, will replace my tires with a different company I do not recommend to buy from them.

Avoid this place at all costs. Very dishonest. Took 30 days to get my part they said would be there in 3 - 5 days. All they did was avoid my phone calls or hang up on me when I called. I drove down there and they refused to give me a refund and instead "guaranteed" it will be there in another 3 - 5 days. I am contacting the BBB. Never seen such horrible customer service anywhere. I work a customer service job as a District Manager and I assure you that anyone who does business with these guys will regret it.

This place has no manners, no work ethnic. They are slow, not very helpful. Was there for alignment waited about 3 hours and kept getting skipped. Go somewhere else forget this place. Dont even now how they still in business. To the owner of this shop. Please dont deceive people by taking no accountability in your part. I was there since 10:45 and left around 3:10. When i went o pick up the truck after i went to eat because waiting for 3 hours i needed something, i waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes and so did the other 3 people before me while your staff was just hanging out in the back talking. Another thing please do not get mad because of a bad review and call me out on it in front of customer very unprofessional, but i guess you didnt expect me to talk back then you tryed to cover it up. Plus the owner got the call from your shop saying wheels and tires were ready to be mounted and was informed i would be there friday morning. I show up and nobody knew anything. Stop putting up excuses and take accountability and you will grow and make better deals.

My husband and I took our truck here to get our alternator changed out. It finished pretty quick. Then we headed home and more than halfway there my husband heard a flapping sound coming from under the hood. We came to find out that the serpentine belt got shredded. There was nothing wrong with it before we got there.

Bad service and wait time was way over. They had 6-7 workers there (when I was there) and two cars in the bay. None bother to touch my car for a simple alignment. I will be honest I did give attitude because when I got there I was literally waiting 5-8 mins standing there to get help . All workers just passed me , so I had to shout and say “hey, how much for alignment” finally got one guy attention but no I’m sorry you were waiting there . Plus I called in this morning and asked for alignment the lady said on the phone it was 70 but this guy said 80 and he just told me go into the lobby, but I am sorry for the attitude I gave but who won’t ? I was waiting in the heat. Then waiting for over 40 mins for alignment and nobody touched my car . I was seeing other cars pull up into the bay and getting worked on. Bad service , bad communication with each other.

They are good priced but only when you pay cash I payed with my card he said they would add tax and that I get I run a business as well but he deceived me and charged me an extra $10.00 besides the tax if he had told me that he would charge me that I still would of been ok with it but he didn't disclose that. Came to buy some tires and I talked to one of the guys a day before. The guy over the phone was going to charge me $80 for 2 times each. When I got there Saturday morning $95 each. I was already there so I was willing to pay. Waited outside for 30 minutes while their employees kept walking past me. I decided to go somewhere else. Negative 2 stars if I could.

The building looks nice and clean that is why I stopped there. They have a worker who lies so my experience was horrible. I went in for a tires and rims swap because I had a long road trip on my factory rims and tires. All I needed for them to do is take the factory rims and tires of and but my nice rims and tires on. "The liar" mounts my aftermarket rims on and I noticed a hub centric ring on the floor by my tires. I asked "the liar" was it mine he said no and puts it on a shelf. I drive my car and my steering wheel shakes. I go back, Central tells me I need balance. I tell them that my hub centric ring was not put back on. He shrugs it off. I go back at 8am the next morning for the balance and when "the liar" took off my tire no hub centric ring. I told him that was my ring so he puts it back on. I told his boss and they still charged me full price for a their dishonest worker's actions. Top it off when I drove off I discovered "the liar" put my lug key on the roof of my car so it rolled in the street. Poor Minded People. The rims looks shiny on display put the service is poor.

I've had a few things done on my vehicle (whole a.c. unit, oil changes, fuel filter and o2 sensor) at different time and I honestly love this place. Sometimes I can be a bit inconvienced because it has taken a bit longer then expected for the repairs but I would honestly not take my car anywhere else. They keep you updated pretty well on The time for repairs and the guys there are super friendly even when I've been frustrated due to time restraints. Thanks guys for all your hard work. Also there financing program is so easy and the only upfront cost was a bank withdrawal for the app fee.
