Horrible customer service. 1st of all booked an appt online which they wouldn't honor so I waited. Then after looking at my car they stated all four tires needed to be replaced. I bought the tires from Big O Tires in Glendale 1 yr and 8 months prior, including the warranty. They would not honor the warranty since I didn't get my tires rotated exactly every 5000. So buyer beware make it in for your rotation on or before the 5000 mile marker or your out and they don't care. I had them put the tires back on and drove across the street to Costco where I bought new tires.

poor service. first the manager was telling me how the stores on the south side, where i got my new tires, are lazy and they don't know how to balance tires.(awkward i just wanted a rotation).... second, tire techs skipped simple steps like hand tightening the lug nuts before bolting them on there tight with TORQUE sticks!! not a flip socket!! after seeing one of the employees bolt a lug nut on crooked on my car, the manager (shaun) basically did nothing about it. I will never go there again unless i have to get them to pay for the stud that they most likely ruined.

I had my oil changed today. The staff was friendly but when I left I asked if the computer on my vehicle was cleared and was told it had been cleared. When I opened my door to get in my vehicle I noticed there was grease all over the frame by the door. This was cleaned off immediately. When I started my vehicle to leave, the computer had not been cleared and when I got home I realized there was more grease on the floor mat. I will not return.

Really disappointed with this location. I arrived at noon, for a tire repair and rotation. The shop was really busy, suggested I return about 2 pm. I booked the appointment . An hour later, my van was ready to go.The rep verified a tire repair & rotation. I inquired about the slow leak, what did they find, how was it repaired? I feel this info should have been made available without having to ask for it. But wait, it gets better. The rep verified completion of tire rotation. I wanted to know the rotation placement and he shared that info with me. Thank you and bid me a good day. Upon reaching my van, I performed a walk around to discover my tires were not rotated. They were in the same position as I had brought it in. Walking back to the store, the rep met me at the door with an apology and said they could get it back into the shop for rotation. Unbelievable! I had already been there for an hour! Thankful I had the knowledge to inspect my vehicle. These guys would have let me drive off thinking the had performed this simple task, their business! Again UNBELIEVABLE! 2 fellas worked on the tires under my close scrutiny. One of the same fellas climbed into my vehicle, dirty hands & clothes and backed my vehicle out & handed me my keys. I hope I never have to return for any service from this store again! I regret purchasing my tires here...

I went in to see why the steering wheel was shaking on my 14 yr old car, thinking that a tire had thrown a balancing weight. After the tires were found to be in balance, the guys found several problems that were causing the problem. A tire out of round. A rear control arm bushing totally shot. Two tires at the end of their life. The entire staff was totally professional, friendly and very competent. The invoice was more than fair. After 3 or 4 hours of work and a new set of tires, the car drives as good - or better - than new. I highly recommend this store.

Bought 4 new tires over $1k then got one nail hole 2 months later they won't patch it they won't add on road hazard all they offered was me to buy a new tire not only that they did my front end alignment and broke my steering box I bought a new one for $300. asked em if they could simply install it and I would pay! three different times they refused.. my truck handles so bad my wife refuses to drive it ! Plus they forgot to get return my chrome valve cover. Ended up going to another Big O's they patched it with no problem at all and also said they would install the steering box with no problem at all and said that this place should have paid for it or at least sent me to somewhere and had it replaced and paid for in full. what a joke this place is...oh it took them something like 6 hours to install 4 tires and my alignment. I should report them to the Better Business Bureau

I bought 4 new tires from Big O on June 1st. On the 14th on my way to work I had a flat. I went to the closest store which was on Thornydale, they did not have tire in stock...called the store on Old Vail Road ( the other side of the county) and the girl said they had 4 on the shelf. When I arrived there an hour later I was informed that they did not have the tire in stock and they would have to order it, what a waste of my time, day, gas etc.So I am hoping that I do not have a flat before Tuesday when tire will be there, because my spare is on my car. I know that things happen but I live in a very remote area and they could have offered me something to use in case I needed a spare. After all I never expected to a get a flat after only 2 weeks. The staff was very nice about it, but they will not be the ones stranded if I have a flat...

Came in today for my oil change, had an appointment for 10am but got there at 730am beacuse I am going on vacation. Conrad the sales associate had my ticket printed and remembered me by name and car!! Everytime I go in this store, Conrad is phenomenal. Makes the best suggestions to fit my budget, never pushes but makes suggestions. Trust this store and Conrad with my car now and every vehicle I will ever own.

If I could give a -10 I would rate this store at -10. I setup an appt. to have my right rear passenger side checked because it is a little low. I took time off work to rush to this appt. I arrived on time and no one greeted me out front or inside for 20 mins I waited. A guy came out rushing, says, i will be right with you, grabbing an air filter out of a box and rushed out. That was the last I seen anyone! BigO thanks so much for wasting my time!

Stopped by late Saturday about an hour before closing due to a slow leak in one of my tires. The staff was very friendly even at the late hour, got me right in and even did an oil change before closing. Very pleased with the service and the price was very reasonable. I will be a repeat customer.

Worst place to get service done on your car. First time they couldn't figure out how to remove lug nuts from my car. I had to go back to do a warranty claim on my tire that keeps going flat and they are now having a problem doing that. They inspected my tires a few weeks ago and I still have the same issue. Never doing business with this location again.

Went there for an oil change and they inspect your car.. They told me other things were wrong with my car and wanted like 400.00 to fix it..most of the things they said weren't working WERE and the one thing that was wrong with it costed me 20.00 to fix..they were not honest

I'm a long term customer, primarily oil changes on 3 vehicles. Always a good experience. This last service was for 4 tires and replacing all the suspension components (2 shocks, 2 struts). I'm an engineer and mechanic and do my homework for projects like this. Excellent product knowledge, parts availability, and VERY quickly accomplished. I could not be happier. As a side note, I had stopped in to have a similar conversation at a National Brand competitor two days prior with a polar opposite result...and a quote that was almost 3x higher for the exact same product!

Hours are wrong or they just didn't want to start work. I saw 3 cars in the back with guys just sitting in them. Maybe they were waiting for the boss to come unlock the doors. I don't know but disappointing to show up when a location should be open but it's all dark and locked up. Had to drive down the street to another tire company who was more reliable

I have been taking my car here for about 2yrs. and the staff, especially the young man up front ( I think his name is " Shawn") have been absolutely amazing! Courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. But the other day I stopped in to request an oil change and encountered an extremely Rude person at the front desk! I understand things can get very busy, but that is no reason to treat customers the way this man did. He certainly has a Long way to go to fill the younger gentleman's place that was there at all my other visits. I will be taking my business elsewhere to avoid this type of treatment. Too bad, since all the other staff has always been amazing. Unfotunately I didn't catch his name, otherwise I would have posted it.

I wanted my spare tire put on the ground, a new tire mounted and tires rotated.. The customer care rep needed me to repeat what I wanted 3 times and never did get the rotation done.

They check and will air up tires for free. Can't beat that - having a knowledgeable person checking out your tires. But we careful about the prices. I ended up paying like $270 for a pair of tires for a small car dolly. Totally ripped off but I needed the tires. I could have ordered them online for half the price but I needed them now and they had them and had me on my way in no time... Sadly there is a cost for that. Granted regular tires for a car are much cheaper and these were specialty tires. So I don't want to rag on them for this.. it's business, but if you can't afford that price I understand and feel for you.

This review deserves a -5 star but there is no option to do so. I originally spoke to store manager Shawn Amen. I explained to him that I needed to get to work and he assured me that it would only take an hour. Shawn was no where around to be found and during the first 2 hours I spoke to James (guy with glasses - other manager) and told him that Shawn told me that it would be done in an hour. He said that he was not aware of that but had was not apologetic at all. 3 hours later his workers said it was done. I attempted to drive off the parking lot and noticed that the low tire light was on. Took it back and one of the guys said that it was 30psi and someone's tire gauge was off. He put air in the tires and the light went off after driving a few minutes later. Driving to work I noticed a pull to the left. Called Shawn and he said to bring it back. I brought it back the next day and another 2 and a half hours later they said it wasn't the alignment but the brake caliper. James assured me that they could fix it for me and he could get me a price. At this point I am furious and I tell him that this is an alignment issue and that he needs to either fix it or give my money back. James starts arguing with me telling me that he's been in the industry for 25 years and that he was sorry that I did not understand what he was saying. My dad is a master mechanic of 50 years and I told him that I understood exactly what he was trying to say and that I understood that they were crooks and trying to rip me off. Again, Shawn was no where to be found. I told them to have Shawn call me back as he was gone both times I left the store to pick up my vehicle. They said he would call me in an hour. I never received a call back from him. After an alignment the steering wheel should sit at center when driving. Now the steering wheel was turned to the left which is where they were trying to say that it wasn't the alignment but the brake caliper. I called several mechanics in Tucson including the dealership and they all said that the issue was an alignment issue. I took it to another Big O Tire and asked them if they could check the alignment as they do free alignment checks. Funny thing was that the other Big O Tire said that the alignment was not centered and slightly out of alignment and that I may notice that the steering wheel maybe turned a little to the left. But he assured me that he could do the alignment for 69.99 and it would only take 20 minutes. I disclosed to him that I just paid $500+ for new tires and alignment and the other Big O Tire said that it was in perfect alignment and said that the steering wheel was turned to the left because the brake caliper was sticking creating heat on one side and causing the steering wheel to turn. Now the alignment seems to be fine after the 20 minute adjustment by the other Big O Tire. Funny thing is that the steering wheel is not turning to the left anymore and no one adjusted the brake caliper. I guess I understood perfectly clear that this location is running a con job. Not only are the workers crooks that work here but they are all over the place, disorganized and unprofessional. I did call corporate, was given an incident # and was told that I would receive a call back. I am still waiting for a call back. BUYER BEWARE!

I've had several oil changes where I was under the impression the air filter was being checked, but after asking them to verify, as some other shop stripped the screws, the staff at Big O said it had not! They took the extra time to get the compartment open and replaced it for me. I appreciate the help, can do attitude and friendliness! I'll be back!!

I own a 2008 Tundra, I have been going to BigO Tires for my services to save money rather than going to the dealership, to save money . I have saved so much money by going to Big O Tire for all my services over 10 years. The staff is genuine and will help you save money as much as they can. I have never gone anywhere else to get my truck serviced. Yeah, they get busy because they are trusted by so many loyal customers . Always good to have an appointment these days but not needed !

As the old adage goes "You did it again". This time I had to have my A/C lines, evac & recharge & refrigerant put in because my A/C line had holes in them. I dropped my car off on 8/5/19 & was told that it could be a day or two & was expecting that since they were not sure about the lines since they had to take them off & send them out to be repaired. Well much to my surprise I got a call later in the day to tell me that my car was fixed & ready to be picked up, which was a huge relief since I was borrowing some one else's car. You guys have always come thru for me, don't charge me anything extra & give me the straight scoop, if you can't fix you will send me to someone who can. Thanks for your honesty & professionalism.

Well the TOW TRUCK DRIVER I needed afterwards was very professional. I went in for a tune up and diagnostic. They found the starter needed to be replaced, which didn't surprise me and the replaced it. It started and I got to a store near my house, it didn't start again. I called them back and first they said I could bring it back and they'd fix it. THEN they called and said it was definitely the flywheel and they couldn't do anything. Yesterday they finally agreed to send a tow truck at 8am and fix it. The guy I talked to never said they didn't have my address on file. Today I called at 8:15 for an ETA and they said they never called the tow truck because they didn't have my address. No one even called to ask for it. If you want reliable service from people who care, go somewhere else. I'm not convinced they do.

Ruined my tranny now my tranny slips. Never go here. Unexperienced unprofesional unreliable. Asked me if my tranny was slipping before i said no then i drove for 40 miles qith tranny slipping 3 times. My wife brought truck back next monday and they said they needed to call mechanic to adjustest something. Today i will drive it and let you know how it goes. If all is good i will retract my reveiw.

I will NOT take my car to anyone else. I discovered this shop through my response to a flyer/coupon offering for oil changes some time ago. Since then I have had many maintenance services done and a few repairs. The staff at this location are professional and knowledgeable but even more importantly they are friendly and courteous. I have no qualms in their recommendations and feel they will do their best to "take care of me". I have referred several others to this shop because of my trust in them.

This has got to be the most incompetent big o I have ever been to. Wait for hours. Check on vehicle several times. See the techs playing on their phones while hiding behind a car. Then only to find out they hadn’t even looked for the parts. Which by the way they didn’t have. Told that the spare is fine but it’s not. Finally asked them to put tires back on which took another 30 minutes. Plus my husband had to help.
