I searched prices everywhere within 25 miles for tires for my truck. The best deal I found was Walmart. Since I avoid Walmart as much as possible, I did one last search. Bell Tire beat that price by almost $80 for two tires. Even after I paid I had a hard time believing it. The only thing that made it better was the friendly service and done in an hour. I will take my truck there the next time it needs service.

Misquoted price started at 160 ended 175. Slow just rear brakes took 2.5 hours promise to me in less than 2 hourst. I received quotes other services that were extremely high. Will not go back.

Bell Tire & Auto Service provides quality service you want find most places. Now if you want cheap and fast you shouldn't come here. I have been a customer of theirs for 8 years and never had a bad deal. I have purchased oil changes, tires, brake work, engine work, suspension work and more and never been disappointed. The professionalism and customer satisfaction are 110% here. They stand behind all or their work and the prices are within the fair range. You'll never have to worry about any repairs done here because they will make it right every time.

I came for an oil change only on a 2016 jeep after 45 mins of being here I ask the guy to check and he told me tht it takes an hour and he just sat there playing with his self I will never bring my car back to this place again

I dropped my car off for a scheduled 10am and it took 6 hours for them to "fix" the problem. I had to call them to get updates on my car and come to find out that hadn't had looked at it until noon and a day later my car's problems returned. I am very dissatisfied. Stay away from Bell Tire and Auto Service, unless you want to deal with rude employees that keep your car all day without even bothering to fix it.

I have been taking all of my vehicles to be serviced at BELL TIRE AND AUTO SERVICE for the past 6-7 years and will not take them any place else. I am 87 years old and feel this is the best auto repair shop that I have ever done business with. I trust them completely! When I had a flat tire one recent VERY hot Saturday, they talked me through what to do until the tire could be replaced on Monday. Together , with a friend, they took care of me. Estimated cost is always what they say it will be.

I recently had to have a second oil change from this establishment. During the first oil change they had tightened my drain plug on my oil pan too tight/stripped the nut and could not remove it when I went in for the second oil change. I was told it would cost me an additional $50 to remove the plug (plus the $94.85 they quoted me for the oil change). I drive a late model foreign car and was told 'this happens quite often'. I then took the car to two other independant Automotive shops and they both told me the same thing. "Whoever gave you the last oil change put the drain plug in WAY too tight....and I will now have to replace the entire oil pan at a cost of between $700 to $900 plus labor. I wouldn't let them change a diaper, let alone my oil! I'll probably have to sue them for the mistake they have made!!!! They offered NO help in tis matter other than saying it would cost me money to fix THEIR mistake.

These guys are great. I have a breathalyzer through intoxalock which is serviced by bell tire and auto. The guys down there always make my services quick and easy. When I had an issue with the car they were able to deal with that in just a couple days too! And just to clarify intoxalock is NOT a 5* company. Just Bell Tire & Auto.
