Great place. Robbie was shorthanded and very busy. He still patched my tire efficiently and got me on the road relatively quickly. Getting there early is recommended for quick same day service.

We ordered new tires for our Jeep on Friday, Monday they arrived and we were booked in for 2pm. Within 40 minutes all 4 tires were replaced and balanced and they replaced our spare with the newest of the 4 old tires. Great service, friendly and professional. The building and washroom were clean. The price as quoted.

The guy opened an hour late, acted put out that we were there. He sold us a used tire, and would not give us a receipt. He said he doesnt give invoices for used tires. Because of that, my insurance will not reimburse me for the cost of the hotel the night befote. When I explained that, he didn't care. Said he'd have to figure out taxes etc, so they just don't invoice used tires. Shady.

These guys saved our bacon. Our tire blows out after a long car trip from Sacramento Ca and many more miles to go. So we changed to the spare and drove around looking for an open tire store. These guys had already locked the doors, cleaning up to go home and saw us walk up. So They unlock to see what we needed and without hesitation let us in. Within 5 minutes 4 employees are working like a nasscar team installing, balancing, checking air pressure and we were out of there within 20 minutes..... And all with happy to help you attitudes. Thanks guys! You made the trip worth it!

Wow !! This place was awesome ! We broke down about 30 miles from quartzite with a blow out. Found this place on the internet and drove there as quick.as we could limping along with our truck and RV. When we got there they just waved us into a bay and within 45 minutes we were back on the road again. Would highly recommend!!!

I posted this on fb, wasn't sure how to find this man but my mother helped me soooo. . . So I'm sharing this in hopes one day it reaches the man that helped me n my son make it hm safe. In Quartzsite, AZ i blew a tire at 3am. We sat on the side of the road for 2 hrs waiting on roadside assistance b4 i changed it myself, then parked outside of Toyo Tires on Main St til they opened @ 7am. The gentleman not only sold us two tires, balanced n mounted at a very reasonable price but however he did it fixed the wobble in the tire n the alignment. I want to say thank u from the bottom of my heart n i believe u were God sent ! ! ! Plz help me get this message to him n share this. Thanx again to him n everyone.

I needed to have the lug nuts tightened on my Harley trike after having it serviced one day prior, and so I randomly pulled into American Custom Tire on my way back to San Diego. Sid did everything professionally and quickly and wouldn't charge me anything! Great guys, a feel good experience. 5☆'s in my book!!!

Had a retread peel off of my RV at 4:30 pm Friday near Quartzsite, Az.. Limped in and saw this place. Joshua said he could replace it with a new tire but on dual tires I should get two new tires at $360 or just get one used one to run evenly with the existing tire. That way they will run better together. 30 minutes later I was out the door for a total of $56. He knew I was in trouble. He could have gouged me for one expensive new tire, or two new tires or a used tire for more than only $40 bucks (balance, labor and tax came up to $16) but he did not. ALSO this was Friday at 5 PM. As i was leaving and he was ready to close another guy pulled up and said he had a nail in his tire. He stayed late to fix that too. So Service was good. Attitude was awesome. Cleanliness was ok. Willingness to help - FANTASTIC. He has a customer for life. Jim

Such nice people! Twice I've gone in there and they've helped me at no charge. Once I lost a lug nut and they replaced it for me for free. Today I had a screw in my tire and the worker pulled it out assured me there was not damage. Greatly appreciated and highly recommended.

Worst tire place ever!!! Complete disregard for customer satisfaction and safety!!! Put on oversized tires and their solution is to hit my frame with a hammer, cut that part of the tread off my brand new tires, or cut the frame on my vehicle. Refused to accept fault for wrong size tires. Won't help. Already invested over $1000 trying to repair another way.

I was unfortunate enough to get two flats in two days - one on our trailer and another on our truck. These repairs were 'cash-jobs' handled for the next day. I am not sure if they would expedite service if you were in a hurry. It was very busy though so I could understand why they might not be able to do that. Luckily we were not in a panic. Service was pretty good.

Once again was in a pinch. Needed a tire and talked to David and like always he was friendly and professional. He ordered me a tire. Josh and Robbie did the job for me. Before they started they checked all the tires. Found out my rears were bad too. Before they did anything they ran it by me. Showed me the problem and knocked it out. These guys are the best! I trust them with my life and have never had a bad experience here. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Honestly we will praise Robbie until our dying day. He TRULY went above and beyond. While passing through the area our moving truck had issues and that incredible/fantastic/wonderful man got out of bed to respond to the service call. So grateful for the quick service. I heard an unfamiliar sound around my trailer axel. The technician checked all the torque on my lug nuts and educated me on maintenance for wheel bearings and sent me on my way. Would definitely recommend and go here when traveling through town.

Having tires you can depend on, especially in the desert heat, is essential to keeping our business moving and all the tires we've purchased do just that. Awesome service, would have costed the same at walmart without the tire rotation. I always feel a tire shop will always do a better job than walmart. Ive come here three times first for my truck came out with all the tires to proper inflation only changed the rears. Next visit replaced 2 tires also car was pulling hard, asked about if they do alignments they said no, but when we got the car back it drove straighter. Most recent visit, two front tires. Awesome service was done within MINUTES!

One of my buses broke down 10 miles before Quartzite... This MF's are the only ones that do mobile tire repair in the area..they take advantage that they are the only ones they are rude and jerks they hung up the phone on me 2 times just cus I could nt give him the exact location of the bus ... we are from out of town and he couldnt understand that ....do not do business with this company
