Wait time was unnecessarily long, little communication as employee was trying to sell his own tires rather than help surrounding customers. Usually a used tire is around $25, you'll pay double here. No e the less they did they're job just coukd have been more timely and informative.

Good customer service, great prices on tires and they saved me on my tire repair. Toyota said it wasn't repairable but it was and I only had to spend $20 not the $200 Toyota quoted me.

Don't go to this location, just horrible, go to Chino Valley one. Went to Prescott Valley location to have my truck tire fixed after I bought it new just the previous month from same location, was told it'd take an hour, after waiting 3 hours I was told that it was done but that they found nothing wrong, then they tried to demand a tip from me, after 3 hours! I took the tire home and put it back on the truck, next morning it was going flat again. So I took it to a local guy and paid 12 bucks, and saved 8 dollars on the gas I would of spent going back. This location is horrible and the older lady running the show is rude. I'm telling everyone I know don't go to that location. I have 2 other vehicles as well I'll just take them to discount tire. Hey owner, talk to your crew, what I dealt with was ridiculous.

Bought 3 sets of tires and had a lift done. No company has near the personal service that Alarez tires offers. My first experience was amazing. We were headed on a long trip and I had ordered tires. They did not come in, so the owner put a set of tires on just for my trip, and when we returned they put the tires on that I ordered. No additional fee, just his apologies and well wishes. They patch holes, and rotate free of charge. Many options to purchase including 90 days with no interest. Clint is an amazing guy, and one can tell that Alvarez is local and family owned, and earns business by having crazy low prices, huge inventory, and great knowledge, and the best customer service one can imagine. I went to Costco for years, but after dealing with The Alvarez family, I am hooked and recommend them to anyone. You can trust Alvarez.

I'd give them 0 if I could.. had to return 3 times because their mistakes! Mounting the wrong size tire, selling new tire that went flat that same night from the stem leaking, and never getting my replacement lug nut I paid for! Oh and the manager felt it was ok to yell at his employees and storm off in front of his customer.. me. Needless to say I will never recommend them!!

So I was visiting from SLC Utah and had a problem with my breaks. Problem is I need a specific 5 spline lug key to take my tires off and mine was in SLC. These guys searched one down for me and had it back at their shop in a hour! Sold it to me cheaper than I got mine online too. They really saved the day for me. Super nice guys here. A few years back order two sets of tires. Went in to have them changed out after about two hours of them giving me the run around and having already stripped the tires off my truck found out they forgot to order them and the guy was on the way back from phoenix with them. They continued to give me the run around all day spent 8 hours in the shop before they were done. Very poor service. I will never go there again and have steered everyone i can away from there.

Would not recommend this shop AT ALL!!! Had them put tires on my truck went to go drive it n was on the road going 45 when front driver side tire and rim flew off. Lost all the locking lug nuts and stripped my bolts. They told me they would fix it. Now they ignore me an still owe me a $300 atx series rim because the rim got egged out; therefore not road worthy. I've been hassling them for the fix for 3 months now to have them send me my new rim.

So would of been 5 star but unfortunately I saw they did something incredibly stupid. Brought my car in to get 2 lug nuts off due to them being stripped on the outside. Had a flat and couldn't change due to this. They were helpful and honest and helped with what I hopes for but I see now that they put back on the very same stripped bolts on my car when I was told they'd give me new lug nuts. To me putting on the same damaged lug nuts back on defeated the purpose cause I'll have to deal with this later

Found same tire online for $60 less delivered to my house. Called to cancel my order and was told it costs $60 for mounting and balancing. I know that's bs but didn't want to make two more trips into town. Was supposed to be done and ready on Monday. Got tied up until Thursday, tire still not mounted or balanced so my wife had to stand around for a whole ten minutes for that $60 "mount and balance"." Was told they would knock $10 off for charging so much to "mount and balance" but they didn't follow through on that either. Finally, they didn't even put a cap back on the valve stem. Won't be back. Ever. My wife wants me to add that they are good about fixing flats under warranty.
