Truly customer focused. Went in today without an appointment to get a flat fixed. The service was timely and professional. They leveled out all tire pressure and removed the screw/fixed the flat at no charge. I'll be taking my business there.

I had a suspicion about loose bolts on the exhaust system of my RV, and asked this shop to examine it before I venture on to more remote towns. They checked over the entire system and put in two hanger bolts that had fallen out. They didn't charge me a thing! I'm very grateful to them, for the peace of mind as I continue my trip, for accommodating me right away, and for the free service. Bravo!

I am a staunch privacy guy so am normally disinclined to login to review any company publicly. Steve, Chris, and the entire team there today (8/4/18) were so helpful to me and my family, they brought tears to my eyes. Our trailer had a tire losing air (simple enough) but my Yukon was also having a shock issue. They fit us into the schedule while being sure to take care of all the folks there already. While not having the parts available, they found a way to get us up and running and did so with a style and generosity of spirit which is seldom seen. The entire staff helped us in some way (moving other vehicles, setting me up, fixing the tire, problem solving the shock). I’m thousands of miles from home and will likely never have a chance to do business here again, but I can’t give enough stars to say how great they were today. Thanks to all of you. And to others that live here, you are very fortunate to have this team available. I hope you know how exceptional they are.

The people hired there are usually young ones. Although, I'm all about giving chances, there have been multiple issues with them that I have. The manager Cody is wonderful and gets issues dealt with ASAP. The Assistant manager Steve is rude and should really learn some better customer service. I paid off my bill in full and the next month still received a bill. I voiced my concerns to Steve and he waived the charges and closed my account. He didnt do this very easily though. The picture attached is what he wrote under comments. Seriously, how rude.

I was overcharged for tire change because I purchased my new tires online - that is what the the mechanic on the counter actually said...I asked for old tires to be removed, they were left in the trunk..When asked for explanation no satisfactory answer given. No price list visible, none provided when I asked...Poor customer service and bad business practice...Try to be competitive instead of punishing your customer....

I am not happy with this business. It is very convenient for us to take our vehicles here but I refuse to do it again. Every single time we bring a vehicle here we have trouble with one thing or another. The service is slow, the workers are not friendly or helpful. If there were an option for 0 stars, that is what I would give this business.

Do not use this willfully incompetent service dept. I have had my vehicle there 4 times for the same brake issue and it still is not resolved. In an earlier iteration of my dissatisfaction I have been handed back the keys to my vehicle from this place with the fuel line leaking gas onto the parking lot. Their forklift driver had broken the hose loose and no one noticed the gas pouring onto the parking until I went back in to grab staff.
