Terrible service, wont even pick up the phones after I called like ten times! Don't ever fo to the costco on debarr! Dimond costco is the best.

Prices our decent on tires and their warranty is probably the best. When tire season comes they allways seem to be undermanned expect long waits to drop or pick your car up.

Go her twice a year. To change out my snow tires. They changed my tires quickly.(sooner than time I was quoted. Their prices aren't that bad, either. It is best to have an appointment rather than just walk in, as those with appt go first.

I am usually a die hard costco fan, i literally tell everyone i know about how amazing costco is, and in 26 YEARS never once have I felt let down by costco until today. This was by far the absolute WORST experience ever. We had an appointment to get some tires swapped out and were asked to show up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork (there was no paperwork). WE WAITED 45 MINUTES PAST OUR APPOINTMENT TIME, literally were not even close to being ready for us even then. I am absolutely in shock. Never in a million years would i have guessed this was costco. No apologies, no explanation. Nothing. Just let us sit and wait. Waited so long we ended up just leaving without getting anything done.

Had one employee who had a can do spirit. All the rest said can't over and over. None of them had the decency to to be embarrassed about their lack of customer service compared to Leng who clearly cared about his customers!

I'm not able to give them no stars. It took 20 minutes for them to find our tires that were ordered and paid for a week ago, they had to search for our new tire pressure sensors, because they thought they ran out even though we paid for them a week ago, when they should hve been set aside to begin with. It took 2 hours to install 4 tires, overall terrible customer service. However, Shelly took care of us last week with excellent time and service. If Shelly isn't there, dont buy anything.

Went to 3 other places for tires before renewing my Costco membership and checking them out... They quoted me a price that was 2 dollars more than Moore and Son (over on Dimond), and for a better tire... (Toyo at M&S vs Bridgestone at Costco)... They had me there for about an hour on a Saturday afternoon so I hit the sample tables inside... Prompt service and they had what I wanted at a very competitive price...

I'm grateful that Costco was able to finally get the TPMS sensors to work right on my 2016 Subaru, after the dealer and the local tire guy failed I thought I had a bad sensor. I ordered the new tires online, the store I designated called me when they arrived, and I made an appointment for the following week. Being in Alaska I'm sure the service is much better if you avoid "changeover" season, and I did. I also saved $50 off an already great price with a coupon. These guys are helpful and well-trained, you can see their certifications next to their photos on the wall of the lobby. I've been coming here since the previous century, and with the recent expansion they are better than ever. The best part is I didn't even have to use the new sensors I had ordered so I saved another $100, Costco tires for life!
