Courteous staff, but horrible work ethic. I went in for a tire swap and as I pull out on the main road, my back tire pops off! This could've caused an accident! If you decide to go to this place, I would definitely make sure that all your tires are snug before you drive off.

I haven't even had the luxury of going here yet. I read on some reviews and thought may I will give it a shot. I called them around 2pm and the lady that answered the phone was already rude. No thank you for calling, no hi how are you, none of that. She answered the phone and I said hello how are you she said busy. I said well saying that you guys won't be able to get me done today huh? She said nope. I said can I make an appointment for tomorrow, she said be here by 10mm and we may get you in. They don't open till noon. Horrible customer service right off the bat. Only leads me to believe the service is not so great either.

Rushed service. When I got my oil changed from this shop they forgot to put my oil pan back in my car twice and after it scraping against the road when I left and bending a piece I called and they told me 90$ an hour for service fee. I wouldn't recommend.

Called for tires mid afternoon. They drove to the warehouse to grab them and had us in the shop in about 30 min(30min is the drive to the warehouse and back). As soon as the tires were on site, they had the car on the lift and were busy at work. Thirty minutes later, we were driving away with some spiffy new tires for $100 less than anywhere else! Definitely going there next time!!!

Had a slow, leaking tire and the fellas at Baltazar's Tire found out I had a dirty seal on the bead of the rim. Cleaned, repaired and out the door very quickly! Another day, we were heading out to the ocean to enjoy Alaska. We noticed a uneven wheel on the trailer. They were open on the long 4th of July weekend and were able to put on a new tire for us. Baltazar's saved our weekend! Best tire shop in town and they are a great asset to the Muldoon Community!

They didn't swap over my tpms sensors when they changed my tires over so now I'm riding around with a tire light on. Shop was in poor condition. It was very nerve racking having them touch my vehicle. If you want cheap.. here you are. Not for me. Will never return

They were pretty busy when I arrived on a Saturday but they got my car in right away. Off-rim tire swap, set of 4. In and out of there in under 25 minutes and it cost about half of what other shops wanted. Understandably hurried front desk staff, and friendly technicians. They did put a stain on my driver's seat however, which is easily avoidable with a plastic/paper seat cover. Not too worried about it. edit: They usually have a good used tire in stock in whatever size you need. They offer the option to install cheap Chinese tires on your rig - if your vehicle is a beater, well worth it! They made a small mistake and when I told them about it, they fixed it right away. Owner tries hard to take care of every customer. This is a really good family-owned and operated tire place.

I called about a chip repair. They charge 1/3 of what the big glass companies do, so I asked about an appointment. Guy said bring it down, so I was there within 5 min. Took 20-25 min and boom! Good as new. My bf was upset that I didn't know if the windshield repair was guaranteed, but it looks good and time will tell... then I'll tell the rest of you. I have a brand new car and would have appreciated them using a seat cover. Although, the windshield guy let me drive my car out bc he said it was too clean for him to drive. I'll request it next time. Everybody else's comments regarding the front desk lady are correct. She's short and doesn't know a damn thing. Which is surprising considering that I've read reviews from years ago that say the same thing?! Why keep her around so long if she's rude AND unknowledgeable... Guess the owner isn't aware that great customer service creates customer satisfaction. Hope this info is useful for others.

I called Baltazar’s and didn’t need to make an appointment. I went straight there and when I got there filled out a paper and they took my car immediately. It only took 20-30 minutes to get my tires switched out. The price is not bad at all for the immediate service I received. Easiest and fastest service I received getting tires switched thus far.

Pretty sorry service. Actual bill was double the quoted price. Didn't bother to wipe the grease from my head liner or clean up the sealant that was botched all over the back of my vehicle. My leather steering was scratched during the service which really pissed me off. I wouldn't take my car back here if I was paid too let alone recommend anyone else. I used them because of the lower quote which they didn't stick to but had no problem offering the cheapest unprofessional service.

I went here to get an alignment on my F350 and buy 2 new tires. I think the alignment was done correctly and I got the tires I wanted even though they were $100 more each than what I paid for the same tires down in the lower 48. I drove a couple of trips to Cooper Landing on them and notice they were vibrating so I went back in to have them checked out. After a short wait the tire guy handed me my keys and said that the tires were never balanced! Then while I was out looking at my tires before I left another tire guy came out and asked if everything was OK. I said that I was just making sure that there were weights on the tires to prove they were balanced and he noticed that my hubcap was not securely fastened! I'm sure Baltazar himself will not be happy to hear this.

My family and I have come to Your shop for quite some time. It started during Xmas around 8 yrs ago. I came in for a tire repair and was charged only half price because I didn’t have enough cash and my card didn’t work that day. I Was so grateful and have been a loyal customer ever since. We have always been treated well, the employees are very nice and they do a good job. On my last visit I came in to have the air in my tires checked because the air pressure symbol in my truck came on. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Javaugn who is the most pleasant young man. He makes you feel like your the most important customer of the day. On this visit I also had my first bad experience at Balthazar’s. One of the ladies at the counter was going to charge me 70.00 for A 10.00 service. Thank goodness the guy that adjusted my air pressure heard what she said and spoke up. Even after being told what service I had she continued to debate with the other employees like she didn’t believe them. She finally charged me 10.00 . Even though this happened I will still continue to be a customer. People do make mistakes and I am not going to give up a business I can trust with my vehicles over one mistake

That aside, he quoted one price over the phone and then 100 dollars higher once I arrived, and blamed it on me misinterpreting what he had said over the phone. Our conversation was concluded with "do you want the tires or not man?" Pretty unhappy with the experiance overall.

I chose this shop because it was right down the street from my house, thinking if I had to walk home while my tires were swapped it wouldn’t be a far walk, plus their facility had just been built this past summer. I came in around 9:40am. Dropped my Toyota tundra off with a complete set of tires and rims ready to bolt of for the winter. I also requested that they be balanced since I had just previously bought the truck and it came with the winter tires and rims, having no idea when they were balanced last I wanted to make sure they were good to go. I received a call 3.5hrs later letting me know my truck was ready to pick up. When I got there I did a quick walk around, not actually thinking there would be anything wrong as I only had rims and tires mounted and balanced. However, I immediately noticed all my tires were flat. Hmmm, well then we’re they even balanced? As I talked with my partner about the issue I was approached by a gentlemen just off his lunch break, he offered to take it back around and air up the tires. I also let him know that I write down and requested balancing. He drove the truck around the back and started to air up the tires. I then went back inside to pay, seeing as I was charged for balancing my tires I told them there was no way they were balanced they’re flat, not even aired up after being put on my truck. The front desk lady went back and asked them to remove all 4 tires and balance them. So, I waited there after waiting hours for them to do the job a second time. And paid $90 to have a set of rims with tires balanced and placed on the truck. As you walk to the front doors you will see a sign that states they are not responsible for theft or damage of vehicles. Very important that this is noted. When I came to pick up my truck, it was sitting in the main parking lot with the doors unlocked and the windows down. May I add there were people everywhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went to get an all wheel drive alignment and first they wanted me to replace my ball joints and after I went there and show them that they were perfectly tight and brand new not to mention but they insisted they could not do the alignment but they wanted to charge me the full amount after yelling at them for about 25 minutes he said I’m never allowed back but I still will have to pay the $30 inspection fee that came with the alignment I have never heard of an inspection fee but I guess it’s just one more way to take my money. The front desk guy does not have any customer relations skills whatsoever I was very calm about it and very lenient because if they couldn’t get the alignment done 100% correctly I didn’t mind as long as it was very close to perfect. Unfortunately it cannot be done.

The work is good, but things will be stolen from your car. I had my tire fixed on 12/8/18 and all of my dollar coins stolen from my car along with some quarters. Partially my fault, but it's just not something you think about when handing your keys over for a service that you are paying for. I'd recommend this place if you have nothing in your car to steal.

I cannot bring myself to give 4 out of 5 stars, because at the end of the day, despite being able to come in as a walk in customer and only paying $70.00, my lug nuts were over torqued by 21 pound feet. The owners manual and several websites all said that the torque spec for these lug nuts was 100 pound feet. I am sorry to make a big deal out of this, but I know all to well what kind of damage can happen to a vehicle, and what kind of liability a business exposes itself to when fasteners, which are being made out of cheaper and cheaper materials, are improperly torqued. You cannot just run lug nuts in with an impact gun anymore.

I don’t like having to give a bad review but…When they changing my winter studded tires back to my summer ones, they replaced my tires with a cheaper brand. These tires are also more worn. My summer tires only had about 1500 miles on them and were expensive. Now I’m stuck since I didn’t watch them change out the tires and didn’t have proof of the switch. Is this how they’re paying for their new building?

The owners and employees are extremely kind, courteous, helpful and went out of their way to help us get the best tires possible on a limited budget. We got brand new tires for my fiancee's truck and we were not going to be able to afford new ones but the owner adjusted the price of the new ones to how much we had to spend so that we could have the best possible tires and he wanted to be sure we are safe and sound on the road. His wife was very kind also. She worked in the front and handled the money and receipt, etc. I will never go anywhere else for tires now and I tell all of our family and friends to go here!

Very good service!! I totally recommend them!! I went to another tire shop close to the freeway to get my tires balanced before driving out 3 hours on a fishing trip. Had my whole family with me. Only reason I chose them is because they had a gas station. “Kill 2 birds with one stone” They charged me $100 for 4 tires and took an hour and a half. They didn’t even have a waiting area. The tires were worse than when I got there and I almost lost hope when I told them about it and them not being able to get me back on fixing it. Ended up driving off and risking an accident. On the way I saw Balthazar, despite trying to hurry to get going. I tried them out. The customer service was awesome, was half the price, very quick, and was quality work! Hopefully this review makes a difference because this place is definitely worth it!!

I had my rims switched from the old tires to the new. The front office said they could do it within two hours. I did some errands and came back within 1.5 hours. I kept seeing customers who came after me leaving, even the ones who came after my errands. Talked to the front desk and said they’re still waiting for someone to work them. After about 2 hrs, I asked again and same answer. Someone (she looked like management) saw me still sitting there and asked me what I’m waiting for. Told her and she looks confused and checked in the back. She came back and said they were ready. When I backed my van to get the new tires with the rims in, the mechanic said that was an easy job and they’ve been done for awhile. Told him I’ve been waiting for two hours. He apologized sincerely, but I lost confidence in their front office and management. Would I trust them to do the same job? No. I don’t recommend you taking the chance either.

The best tire service I’ve ever received, the owner himself went and looked at my truck where it was when my tire went flat, then came to my house and picked up my keys and was able to repair my tire. I didn’t have to do anything except pay the bill and pick up my fixed truck. They definitely went above and beyond for me and the price was so reasonable! Much cheaper than I expected, I will be back.

Staff wasn't very knowledgeable and did an alignment on my car without doing a complete inspection first. Alignment was still off when I left shop and found that my control arm bushings where bad. They did get me a refund over the phone but then the lady behind the counter was rude about it. She also seemed to barely speak English, which makes it very difficult to give good customer service. 2 stars just because I was able to get a refund. Lost 4 hours of my life however

Baltazar's was great! The price they quoted me didn't change. They quickly de studded my tires by hand and they did so under an hour and their office environment is full of laughter. Annie and Javaughn are professional, sweet and funny! They're right down the street from the house so they're my first of place service and will be before I go somewhere else. Customer service and convenience isn't everywhere!
