I've experienced some crappy service before, but this place takes the cake. how does a place named alignment center take 4 hours to perform a basic alignment on a sedan.. I would of been better off doing it myself with a protractor and a ruler.

Went in for a front-end alignment & got grease all over my Motor home, inside & out. but the worst part is after i told them . Front counter yells back to the mach. like it happens all the time. I will not be going back there again.

Honest mechanics. Not just an alignment shop they offer full service. I've had everything from brakes to A/C problems fixed here. They also work on motorhomes and are always fair and on time. Top notch.

We’re getting stationed somewhere else, and I needed service to my car. My dad and myself were on the phone with a woman that works there, and she quoted us one thing over the phone and tried to deny it when I was in the office. On top of that, they broke something on my car because they were “trying to force it off..” exactly what he told my dad. Added $60 to my bill. I couldn’t check my voicemail at work (at an orthopedic clinic, might I add), so I checked it after work and that’s when I heard they broke it. I go to pick up my car, and they don’t even have the piece to show me. If you know something broke, and I was coming to get my car that same day, it should’ve been left out. The woman had a very smart mouth. And Chris told me that he wished I got off the phone because it’s disrespectful. Whole time, I’m talking to my dad. I talk to my dad every time I go into a car place by myself. Their customer service SUCKS! If we ever move to Alaska again, the $290 I paid today, I could’ve paid $328 at the actual Toyota dealership. Always trying to give local businesses business. They need to work on how they speak to customers. Never again.

These guys are scammers and liars! Do not go here! I brought in my truck the other day to get my steering checked out, it was having some issues. They told me that my truck needed $2,266 worth of work done and that it was unsafe to drive. They suggested that I should not drive it at all and that it was gonna fall apart at any moment. They said that if I was to take it off of their property that I should have it towed. I took it to my friends shop down the street and showed them the estimate. They looked over my truck and found the problem, a single bolt was loose. A SINGLE BOLT!!! My friend fixed the bolt and I was on my way! My friend saved me from being scammed out of $2,266 for a non existent issue. Don’t ever go to the alignment center, they are liars and scam artists!!! They tried to scare me into leaving my truck with them because I would need to have it towed if I was to take it to another shop for a second opinion.

Awful. They tried to charge me a 500% mark up on parts. They also referred to the part as something else making it sound super important. This was also not the vehicles problem. When I asked about the extrodinary mark up. They made stuff up and were dishonest. This picture is someone's motorhome that they destroyed trying to check the air pressure in the tires. When it blew there was kids that almost got hit with flying shrap metal. Terrible customer service.

hmm, mechanic was nice that did a partial brake job on my piece of junk, but he broke something that was too expensive to replace, so they just glued it. mechanic lost one of my hubcaps, owner said they'd order me another one, but never called me. when i made appointment, owner said he could work a deal on my brake job, but after it was done told me his wife & accountant told him no.

I had some major engine repairs done by their garage. The engine was running great afterwards but I noticed a strange vibration after the work was done. I brought it back in, they figured out the problem quickly and gave me a discount because it was related to the engine work.

Honest and quality service. I had my alignment done at a Les Schwab in WA where they told me they needed special cam bolts to fix it and it would cost over $200. I waited and came here with the bolts Les Schwab recommended and the mechanics showed me why the bolts don't work and just took the extra time to adjust the front suspension to fix the alignment with no extra charge. After returning the bolts I saved close to $130 by going here.
