Friendly people, MUST do you tire and simple fix business here, Dad has done business with this family for 20+ years. Needed a battery changed in a BMW X5, had them change my oil (synthetic) and tow it over 28 miles the total bill was under $400.00, the best price I could get for the battery on the internet was 215.00+ shipping.. the battery in a BMW X5 is under the spare tire, and under framework that holds the spare tire and the air suspension system.. (geez) 40+ min of extra work I also had them balance and align the car, 3 months ago. They gave me a computer printout that showed the before and after, also after 500 miles the balance was a hair off, most would not of noticed, and the owner of the shop took the car in right away and re-balanced the tire no charge. The car has held it's balance and alignment for 4000 miles now. smooth as ice. The battery change at a BMW store would of been 550-700, or more depending on what they charged for the oil; change.. plus towing.

I have never had a more pleasant or genuine experience than I have here. Last Friday night, one of my tires went incredibly flat, and I just happened to be close enough to Walls Tires to make it into their lot. When we moved to Jacksons Gap, one concern we had was finding a trustworthy car mechanic service. We checked out a couple that were recommended but none (not even the previous ones we used in our prior residences) compared to Walls Tire and Auto. Brian and his staff are so trustworthy in the quality of their work and in the fees that they charge for their great service. Brian is not only accommodating and friendly but he has gone over and beyond to help my husband and me. He and his staff have become like family to us and we thank God that He has placed these guys in our life here at the lake..
