It is great to find a auto service provider who does what they say they will, unfortunately, this is not the place. They did not do what they told me they would, and I was charged for unauthorized service. I would not recommend them to anyone, and certainly would not go back.

Had to go to this place to do a simple exhaust swap because the other exhaust shops in the area were closed on Saturday. The people there were pleasant enough, but charged me $65 for 20 minutes of work just to undo 6 bolts and put the other system back on. Also they drug my exhaust system on the ground instead of carrying it and when installing it repeatedly slammed the system against the rear bumper without seeming to notice or care. I'm giving two stars because they technically did what we asked them to do, however they did it very poorly and drastically overpriced. I'm not sure how they compare for tires, but if you're needing simple bolt on installation I would recommend literally any other shop over this one.

Never Again !!! Brakes 3 times a charm or so we thought and still didn't put the right ones on....they still sqeak.... oil change ...INCLUDES tire rotation.... if I wasn't watching or Said something they wouldn't of been rotated. Sad that you have to watch they're every single move. Never again will We go there... and they could care less that they lost a customer. But word of mouth is huge.

Great place to buy tires - good prices and very competitive. Normally, they provide great service too. However, I recently stopped by to get my tires balanced & rotated and spent over 3 hrs waiting in the lobby. It wouldn't have been so bad had I not watched 3 customers, that came in AFTER me, have their vehicles serviced before I got my truck.

Ladies, have your man take your car to this place if you must use them. All these guys really know how to do is part swap until they get something right...might be one part, might be seven @ seven hundred dollars and it still not be fixed. Most people cant afford to pay $600.00 and their car still be broken when they come pick it up. My car needed a computer, that's it! Not O2 sensors or the other 4 parts you put on...just a computer! Which was $600.00 at the Ford place! Running a dynastic machine on this car would have told you this. Instead, you went off what you thought was wrong, ultimately cheating the customer out of $600.00 and persuading them to pay another $600.00. They are other, more honest mechanics in Wetumpka. Try D&D over on HWY 14. They fixed us up right without all the extra parts!
