Do not!!!!!!!!!!! buy a 2009 Altima from them they will not tell you that they were a extended warranty on a part that is an important part of the car, "it doesnt crank" without it. If I had been told I would have brought my car sooner to them when I started having trouble instead of thinking it was the battery. Then after it quits and will not even crank with a new battery I have it towed to them and they tell me in 5 min exactly what wrong with it because they have replaced 15 or more of them a steering lock mechanism. First time I heard about this!! then I go on internet and its everywhere about the extended warranty. I tell them and they tell me my warranty ended 2 months ago???? After waited for 2 weeks on a Nissian Rep to see if this could be fixed still on warranty they agree to pay 1/3 of the cost . The part is 975.00 who wants to pay that on a car I just bought 1 year ago and paid cash. I think this is a good time for a lawyer and own up to the fact I should not have bought Nissian should have bought Toyota.

Terrible communication with this dealership. I tried emailing multiple times through their "contact us". All they want is to call you. If that's the case then don't put an email option. Someone in management needs to fix that on their website. Either put a direct email to contact or don't have email as an option.

Pulled into the lot cash in hand ready to buy. Drove slowly around the lot looking for something I was interested in. Couldn't even get my car stopped before I had someone crawling up my tailpipe instead of letting me even find what I was looking for. They literally walked across a ditch to their other lot after I pulled out from the main lot to their other lot looking. I don't like feeling pressured and this was beyond extreme. I had cash in hand ready to buy and because of their actions, I will never visit their dealership again.

I was disappointed to learn that you could not do the warranty work on my 2017 Nissan NV 3500 van. You were able to do the normal maintenance (i.e. oil change and tire rotation) but could not resolve the check engine light without me having to pay for it. It is covered under warranty but you could not repair it under the warranty since you apparently are not a Commercial Dealer. That was very disappointing. Now I have to take it to the dealer in Huntsville on monday morning to get it fixed. That is a waste of my time. Any Nissan dealership should be able to repair any Nissan vehicle under warranty whether it is a commercial vehicle or not.

However, when I purchased my new car from Brandon Hope, the salesman, he was not interested in selling me the car I wanted, and tried to sell me a new sedan they were pushing to get rid of. He wasted my entire day and ripped me off on the price and interest rate on the loan. I bought the car anyway because I didn't have time to shop around. I came to Nissan of Albertville almost a month ago. I pulled in with intent of only glancing at a Nissan Juke for a moment. As soon as I stepped out of my vehicle, which is also a Nissan, Mr. Chris Reese approached me very quickly. Not only did he show me, and tell me everything that I could possibly inquire about; he also ran to get the keys to allow me access to view the interior. Then he gave me permission to go drive the vehicle. I was amazed at how quickly Chris Reese came to my understanding and helped me discover how far Nissan has came. I walked inside, once I returned, and also spoke to Will Hallman. Between the two of them, I felt like I either worked there, or had a couple of new best friends. They went over everything that was needed to help me on the way to get ready to purchase. The absolute best thing about this experience, was that I was not being pushed at all to make a decision I wasn't ready to make. Nissan of Albertville is an outstanding environment. As an internet shopper I was very dependent on information provided by the salesman and accuracy of photos. The response to my internet request for information was within minutes and the salesman, Tim McCreless, was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me a good feeling in my gut. A fair deal was worked out over the phone and voila! I was on a three hour trek to Albertville, Alabama. I was picked up at the car rental company and the good feelings I had over the phone continued from the very first face to face contact. The description and photos were accurate, process was smooth, and Tim was excellent. It was refreshing as I had spent two days attempting to deal with my local Nissan dealership to no avail and was weary from that. The only con is that this dealership and Tim are three hours away. I wish I could have the opportunity to use the service department and send personal friends their way. I have never purchased a vehicle by myself and can sincerely say it was as pleasant an experience as I could have hoped for.

But, enter NISSAN OF ALBERTVILLE! They showed me a completely different car buying experience! These guys are awesome! My salesman, Roosevelt, has been a close friend since we were kids. When he heard that I was in the market for a 2nd vehicle because my whole family had been sharing only 1 vehicle, he contacted me. Rather than him demanding that I come in immediately just so he could sell me a car, he actually took the time to ask me questions such as my price range, payment range, features I was looking for, etc so that when I did finally come in, he had narrowed down the list to fit my requirements and saved me a tremendous amount of time...and with my work schedule and kids...time is not something I have to waste! I also had been working to rebuild my credit so he took the time to discuss all of that with his finance manager so that they could actually get me approved for an affordable vehicle that was still of superior quality and fit my requirements! For the first time in a long time, I was told "You're approved!" Roosevelt and his whole team also worked very hard to make sure that I also received every bell and whistle as far as warranties, free oil changes/tire rotations for the first year, etc and none of it at additional cost to me! I can't thank you guys enough for your kindness, hard work, and superior customer service! I will be buying my next car here and I'm grateful I was welcomed into the Team One Nissan Family!

I have been driving from Huntsville to Albertville to have my Nissan serviced since I purchased it (also in Albertville) in 2006. I am so pleased with the courtesy that I am shown from everyone in the service dept. I trust these guys and know they will do a great job. The manager of the service dept (Donnie) has been there since i started bringing my vehicle over. I did try Huntsville (at first and only 1 time) and now refuse to even think of taking my car there. I was 27 years old and planning on my first vehicle purchase. After searching in my hometown of Arab and countless web searches I had absolutely given up. I was overwhelmed and aggravated at the fact I had entered my number on one to many sites to obtain vehicle information. One evening my husband and I had planned to go to dinner at a restaurant in Albertville. Afterwards we saw Nissan of Albertville on the drive home and decided to stop to look at the vehicles on the lot. It was almost an hour after their closing time and we were STILL greeted by one of the most nicest sales associates to this day that I have ever met in any business. We were invited to return and given information to contact them if we had any questions. The next week we visited again and received EVERYTHING we could have hoped for. All questions answered, paperwork quick and easy, competitive financing options, "the works". In the end we left without a vehicle in hopes to use our home bank for financing who at the time had already closed for the day, but not once were we pressured or rushed to make any decisions. We were supposed to return the next business day (Monday) to finalize our purchase but the next day (Sunday) I went into labor and couldn't make it there. Our salesman DELIVERED our new vehicle to the hospital, yes. You read that correctly...brought our new car TO US!! We have been waited on hand and foot at Nissan of Albertville & loved every minute of it. If I had to sum up my experience in one statement, it would be "you're doing yourself a disservice if you don't choose this company." I have been treated with patience, and kindness.
