Do not trust these people. They tried to get me to do a $2000 repair on my car AC when it was a $6.99 switch and when I got my tires rotated, the tire in the very same position had a leak....go figure.

I had the worst experience with this company. Over and over again my vehicle had to be towed to their location. Repeatedly I asked for the owner to contact me and no one relayed the message or he just did not contact me. I was disgusted with the lack of customer service I received, that and every time my car was serviced the broke something else. I seriously broke down on the road 4 times and had to tow the vehicle. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

While traveling to Gulf Shores, our RV had 2 tires to blow out due to the age of the tires. We stopped at 3 places in Montgomery. All 3 places turned us away. We spent the night in a parking lot in Bay Minette and went to a large retailer off the exit. They did not have tires in stock and said even if they did have them, they would not work on the RV. We called Sweat Tire, they was very professional and sympathetic to our issues and got us back on the road extremely quickly. World Class Service, excellent prices, and genuine good people. Wished I was a local because they would get 100% of my automotive needs.

Use the Robertsdale location all the time, with great customer service. Tried to drop my truck off at Bay Minette for a simple balance and rotate and couldn’t even get someone to take my keys. I even walked in to the garage to make sure they saw me. One guy was working and the other 3 were just walking around like they had nothing to do.

This place is AWFUL!! I took my husbands truck for simple alignment and a patch. Went to go get the truck backs and drove it home, the whole damn truck shakes now. Took it back and they told us that a belt in the tire boke and they won’t replace it. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Bay Minette Got new tires to go to Tennessee but they didn't recomend new front brakes had to have them put on in Tennessee not cheap there about got in to a accident coming down the mountain
