NEVER go to Oliver Tire in Guntersville!! Took my truck to get a tire plugged. They fumbled around with my tire for 20 minutes (I told them where I found the hole in the tread) and put the wheel back on after charging me $15. I don’t even make it home and discover on a stop to pick my kids up that air is gushing out of the same hole those morons were supposed to fix. Needless to say it went flat before I got home.

We came down from Ohio to visit family and my son flattened his tire and they were so friendly, had it done with in 2 hours since they had to order the tire and the price was super affordable. The second time my son flatten his tire down here we didn’t have a warranty on the tire so they majorly discounted the tire for us I am so grateful and will get our business again if needed while down here

The owners are great people who offer many services at competitive prices. My family has been using Oliver Tire for at least 20+ years! Go by and see Michael, Mike, or Scotty for all your tires, brakes, alignments, oil changes, mechanical needs, and much more. In the rare case they can’t take care of your problem I guarantee you they will send you to an HONEST person/business that can help you! (In the picture below I busted my front tire and messed my rim up in the middle of the night. I had the truck towed and dropped of at Oliver Tire, by lunch time the next day my rim was fixed (which most placed wouldn’t have even tried to do instead they would have just charged me for a new rim) and I had a new tire on and ready to go for a VERY reasonable price...once again highly recommended)

Waited 3 hours and paid over $300 for brakes...just brakes. Customer service was terrible and it was FREEZING in there, which was horrible for a 3 hour stay in a tiny chair with a 4 year old. I will not be going back ever.

As a lady, I truly appreciate that. They will call you before they do any repairs and they will give you an estimate before they begin any work. If something isn’t right they make sure they fix it. Only tire shop I’ve ever been to over the years that can get the alignment right the first time without having to come back due to a steering wheel being off center or something like that. Fair prices and I never have to wait long. Definitely recommend
