Have bought off-road, pick up, car and travel trailer tires here. At least 8 sets between the wife and I. I even saw them replace tires on a medical style scooter once! I guess if it has wheels and tires they'll at least try to get/keep you rolling. Don't plan to go anywhere else. Have had a few mechanical issues addressed over the years. I trust their diagnostics and opinions. Always fast, thorough with options to fit most budgets.

Harbison has put tires on all three of our vehicles plus oil changes and other work. They are friendly, accommodating and have very fair pricing. There are places closer we can go to but it is worth the drive to Argo.

Did not even care, or know how, to properly diagnose my car to my warranty company so that the issue would be covered. Instead, I had to pay $500+ for what would've only costed me a $100 deductible on warranty. I was desperately needing the work, so they duped me. Never again.

I thought these guys was supposed to be pretty good. I was wrong. I priced a set of tires for my truck and they was 275 bucks higher that their competitor. I got my front end aligned twice and they couldn't get it to drive straight. I had to take it somewhere else. Competition fixed it the first time. Then I was quoted to fix a simple seal on a axle. I dropped it off and it sat all day. When I went back to pick it up before closing they said no we couldn't fix that, it was going to harder that what we thought and it needs to go to a mechanic shop. Hmm I thought that's what they was? I googled the axle and fixed it in my driveway in 2 hours. Very nice people but Im just not sure how competent they are on anything. I would like to at least buy from them but they are so dang high.

Service and prices are excellent. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They will special order tires if need be - we have a travel trailer that needed new tires. They special ordered them for us, mounted and balanced them at a very reasonable cost. We have been using them for all our tire needs for the past 10 years. Every experience with them has been excellent.

First time going here and I have to say my experience was exceptional. They took the time and patience to take care of my expensive wheels with no scratches and actually showed me what they were doing on my car. They did all of this in a timely manner as well. They did not turn me away because of a lowered vehicle like so many other places will. I have found a new favorite tire/alignment store. I definately recommend.

We have been loyal customers of Harbison Tire & Auto Service for many years. They are consistently the best people in the world to do car repairs and tire purchases that we have ever known. Service IS their prime concern. Brandon and Kim have rescued us from many different places - from a simple emergency brake stuck at Trussville Library (pulling a knob under dash was easy for them) to having it towed from Golden Rule in Irondale, repairing it and delivering it back to our home in Trussville. All it took was one call and they arranged the rest. Of course a review would not be complete if we didn't mention Charlotte and her kind way of handling calls.
