While traveling through Alabama we had a blow out on our horse trailer. We called Grays and they were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to locate the right tire for us and then their staff very very prompt in assisting to get us back on the road quickly. We couldn't have asked for better customer service. 1st off my mom had a flat this morning at the hospital, we go by the shop and are told that a guy would come by shortly and put her spare on. An hour goes by so we call them and are told they are now too busy and don't know when they can come by......so we just wasted an hour

Chrysler van went into limp mode, (only would drive in second gear) so I put my reader on it and pulled a general fault code. In order to get main code I needed an expensive reader so MY WIFE WENT TO grays which is only 5 miles from our house. They told her it would be $45 for reader fee. and probably needed rebuilt if it won't change gears.Well after hearing the news, I went to AMCO transmission on ATL HWY they said thats rediculous we do that for free! also its normal for a chrysler to go into limp mode and it probably is just a speed sensor . AMCO here I come!!! ok so after I went to AMCO, JOSH the service tech let me write down five codes it was throwing and showed me the sensor that was probably bad. He even said you can get them at autozone. With one wrench, one hour later and $23 I had the van fixed. THANKS FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING GRAYS!!

Just moved up to Wetumpka and was having an issue with my volvo s40 not starting. They replaced the starter. It was priced within the average cost. Also had an oil change and new tires. The mechanic was also kind and gave me a few discounts due to the amount of work i had done. I am happy with the service and will use them for my future mechanic needs.

Gray's Tire & Service Center has been great to our 2 cars for years now but this past week, they went above and beyond! I went in for an oil change and had them check a few things out, turns out the noise I was hearing was from the power steering pump. The new power steering pump they put in didn't work properly so they fixed it by upgrading it at no additional cost. I have over 140,000 miles on my van and if Gray's continues the maintenance on it, I'm sure I'll be driving it for many more miles.

This is hands down the best mechanic shop in the area. Aarick, the man who runs the place is always super friendly and you can tell he is much more interested in doing the right thing than making a buck off of every customer. The mechanics are also top notch and very friendly. This is the only place I trust for more serious repairs on my vehicles. Drive by and see how many cars go through that shop in a day. Theres a reason for that.

Amazing fast service, and wasn't charged for the problem found and fixed! I went to get a break change and when they inspected the breaks found that the pads were still good and that the squealing come from a bent piece of the bracket that holds the break pads on. They fixed it free of charge!

At Gray's Tire, we strive to perform quality services at reasonable prices. As noted by the customer, equipment is expensive. Maintaining and updating equipment is expensive. Also, employing the best technicians in the area is costly. Although we would love to provide services for free, it is not feasible in the business world. It is our practice to completely diagnose any issue. The $45.00 charge is less than half of what a dealership would charge for diagnosis. The customer was not charged anything. Although we give 110% it is not always possible to please everyone.

I recently went in for regular service, and asked if they would consider an unusual request: replacing a rear bumper on a Tahoe. Although they are not a body shop, they agreed to hang the new bumper, keeping this regular customer convinced that for my auto service needs, Gray's will always be my first call.

Every time I go to Gray's it just feels even better knowing that my problem with my truck is important to them, and it is not just them making money, they do care and try to do the best job possible. Price is fair, sometime it is under what others would charge for the same job, sometimes it is above what others would charge for the same job, but in the end, it is always the best choice I could ever make in getting a good quality job done and when leaving knowing if I have any problem, they want me to come back and allow them the chance to make it rite...and they will and do make it rite. Zero stars. They misdiagnosed my vehicle's problem. Wanted to charge me $2400 for a transmission repair. My son googled the symptoms... New battery and alternator and we were good as new. ($400). Big difference! I think me being an older woman and alone made me appear as easy prey. I will never go back to them.

Been using them for years. Stand behind their work for 3 years or 36k miles which is fantastic. Not the cheapest place in town but when you depend on your vehicles to make a living like I do its best not to cut corners. Only issue is they are so popular they can hardly keep up with demand and could use some more staff but such is the business.

Traveling for the holidays, I found my vehicle to have a slow leak in one of my tires. I was heading to Atlanta later in the day, so I ran by and they took care of me immediately. The staff was incredibly polite and aware of my time. The waiting area was stocked with coffee and a tv. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for auto repair.

Gray’s Tire is excellent. On a whim, I called to see if they could get me a set of 8 tires for an Argo Cat amphibious vehicle, which are not easy to find, and are typically very expensive.
