Had a recall that needed fixed on my car, I had called other dealerships that couldn’t get me in for months and the service department here got me in within two weeks! My car got picked up from where I work, AND they dropped off a rental, all free of charge. They kept in contact with me all day on updates with my vehicle and brought it back to me at the end of the day when they were finished working on it. I had been looking for a Ford Escape and had been to several different dealerships in north central Alabama without finding one I wanted for the price range. A friend of ours told us to go the Gilbert & Baugh Ford in Albertville. He said he had bought his last few vehicles for them and everything went very well. He went by there one days about 3 weeks ago and spoke with Ken Williams about a Escape EcoBoost. He quoted us a price that worked for us. I called him last Saturday and told him I wanted to purchase it. I gave him all my information he needed for the financing. A little later Jim Wyckoff in the finance department called and we went over everything to make sure it was accurate. He called me not long after and told me everything was fine. I told them I couldn't pick it up until Monday morning so we set up the appointment. Very thing worked out as smooth as glass. Both Ken and Jim were very friendly and courteous. This was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had. I highly recommend this dealership and both Ken Williams and Jim Wycoff. It was definitely worth driving 50 miles to Albertville for sure.

We drove about 250 miles from west Tennessee to buy a 2017 Ford pickup at Gilbert Baugh. We found the staff to be friendly without the typical high pressure sales effort we normally experience when buying a vehicle. After deciding to buy the truck, the process of completing the sale took a few hours, which seemed that it could have been faster. On the trip home we found several problems with the vehicle. I thought they should have been caught during a vehicle inspection. I made an appointment to return the truck for service and sent Randy Baugh, the owner a note fussing about the problems we had found. He immediately called back and made arrangements to pick up the truck, leave a loaner, and have everything repaired. Some of the problems were intermittent, so it took some time to fix everything. The truck is home, and we are quite pleased with the experience. Randy responded in a way that demonstrated his care for his customers and his integrity.

We were very please with this dealer. We found a used Ford F-250 and called to ask about it. Tim was who we talked to and he gave an accurate description of the truck. We had to drive over 4 hours to get there but it was well worth the trip. Everyone was very nice and while we were signing papers the owner even came in a talked to us. You never know what you are going to see anymore when you look for used vehicles. They make pictures look good but in this case we got what they advertised. I called about a used car since I lived 200 miles away. Tim Johnson was most helpful in our initial call. The next day one of the owners called me offering more for my trade-in. It was 2 days later we actually arrived to look at the car. Exactly as they described it. Easy to work with in negotiating the deal. I felt I got a fair deal. We did get them to get this car a "Ford certified" status for the added warranty. Much as they did, apparently they didn't even check the tire air pressure as 15 miles away the low tire indicator came on. Sure enough all 4 tires were at about 28 lbs! Has to make me wonder how through they were doing the "certification" checklist, but I still have that protection. Overall very satisfied. By the way, my fourth used Ford Expedition and all have been good cars.

Recently, I needed to carry in my 2013 Ford Mustang to Gilbert and Baugh Ford because the check engine light blinked on and off while driving for some unknown reason. When I arrived the service manager met me at my car and ask how he could help me. I explained the problem and he got my car in right away to be checked. Within about 20 minutes they had found the crank sensor was causing my problem and needed to be replace. The surprize came when 25 minutes later he came out and told me the repairs were completed and my car was ready to go. In and out of a dealer's service center in an hour was much better than I was prepared for that morning. And to top it off a couple of days later Randy Baugh, one of the owners, called me to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Not only was I pleased with the service but I was impressed that the owner cared enough to call and ask about it himself. I believe at Gilbert and Baugh Ford they care about more than just selling you a car or truck but they care about taking care of the customer after the sale, even if it's 5 years after.

Their service department always shows exemplary care for the customer, looking out for my best interest, not just another sale. I actually went in saying I thought I needed a new tire, but they steered me AWAY from new tires, and just patched one of mine. Not to mention, they have picked my car up and returned it to my workplace when I couldn’t find time to get it to the shop. They always return it cleaned and vacuumed. I recently had to rent a car due to an accident claim that lasted well over a month and I decided to go with Gilbert and Baugh Ford. They put me in a 2016 Ford Fusion the car was very nice, and I had no problems with it. The lady that was over the rentals her name was Ashley she was very very nice overall she was amazing She dealt with my insurance company and another insurance company that was taking care of the claim and kept in touch with the body shop that had my car so I didn't have to deal with it all. She made my life a lot easier at a very stressful time, and that means alot. I would definitely recommend going to see Ashley at Gilbert and Baugh Ford if you ever need to rent a car for any reason.

If I could give this dealership more stars I would! The internet manager worked with me via text to put together the deal because I live about 3 hours away. When I arrived at the dealership the truck was up front ready for a test drive and was exactly as described. Bought a used F150 from them. Nice selection of vehicles. I was upfront about the amount I needed to finance and payments, yet still ended up haggling for 2 days. They tried to slip in insurance and extended warranties. It just became a waste of my time. In the end I did get the pricing that I needed to purchase. The dealership had not fixed any recalls on the truck (while it sat on their lot), so I had to take it back (to a different dealership) to get those fixed. I also had multiple credit inquiries on my credit report, which is odd, bc to my knowledge my credit only needed to be run once. The multiple inquiries caused my credit score to drop. Ther worst thing was they did not follow through on their word. Out of Mr Baugh's own mouth, he told me they would fill up the truck with gas before I left (I also requested a front license plate holder). I got neither one. I did not raise a stink over it, but I think not keeping your word says a lot.

I purchased my Fusion a couple of years back and G&B has been nothing but nice to me since; the niceness doesn't end when you purchase your vehicle. The establishment is clean and service is always A+. No appointments are available for oil change but they get you in and out in a snap. They leave your vehicle the same way they found it too. My seat is never moved and never any grease spots like other shops. The service department is the best around! They are family owned and give back to the community in so many ways! After being swiped off the road and left carless early one Friday morning, Gilbert and Baugh had me in a rental by that afternoon. Leeann kept me informed and updated the whole time, reassuring me that she was keeping in touch with the at fault person's insurance company. When I found the perfect car Gilbert and Baugh had it ready and shiny when I arrived to turn in my rental. Of all the car transactions I have ever made, this was by far the easiest! The internet sales manager, Tim Johnson, took my request over a late afternoon phone call and made a deal for both of us, sight unseen! Tim and the Finance Director, Lee, stayed after closing time (6:00 pm) to close our deal, I arrived at 6:15. As I walked out of the office from signing paperwork, I was greeted and introduced to Randy Baugh, owner. He and I spent a good 15 minutes getting to know one another and swapping stories. By 6:50, I was on the road home in my new vehicle. It wasn't rushed. It wasn't pushed. It wasn't overcharges of dealer/prep fees. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Gilbert and Baugh Ford. I was living in Alabama the first time and then after moving to Arkansas I made the 7 hour trip back just to deal with them. Everything was wonderful about the experience. Once I arrived from out of state the dealership had everything prepared for me to be in and out within 30minutes and back on the road to AR.
