I brought my car for a tire fix. Had a small air leak. They said could not be fixed.. there ere other pitches in the tire when i looked in there. But they said i need a new tire. Ok i bought a new tire than i saw them taking out the front tire. They siad it also has a nail in there. I askd to look at it because that tire was fine. When they showed me it was just a tinny head of a screw 1/16 deep on the top of the thread. The guy is like ohh thats not a big deal and put the tire back in truck. JUST ANOTHER COMPANY RIPPING PEOPLE OFF...

Friendly and helpful with scheduling, but the tire they repaired failed in less than 24 hours. Being stranded 35+ miles from home is never fun. Waste of money and time, and unsafe to boot. We loved this place in the old location under Paul, but I think the new management has changed things, and we won't be going back. I certainly won't be taking my daughter's car there for tire service!

I don't know much about tires , I do know that I needed new ones ! The staff was very helpful, BUT it looks as though too many Chiefs and not enough Indians ! One of the rudest things you can do to a customer is staff talk to another staff without excusing themselves or waiting for the conversation between customer and staff to end. I remember the days when the customer was the most important part of your business . Economy Tire always used to be quaint fast efficient and job well done! Jobs are still well done! But the customer , meaning myself , and I'm sure there's others of you out there that may feel that big is not always better !

I needed my tire patched they took my keys I sat down to check my emails and before I knew it, I was ready to pay and leave. The only thing that I thought that could have made a better visit was for them to tell me that they checked all 4 tires and that they were properly inflated and that I was good to go. I have used economy for years now for tires and I have recommended them to co workers whom have had the same professional and quality service. I stopped in yesterday with a pick up truck that I had just purchased .I felt that the front brakes were metal on metal. They took my vehicle in on the spot to do a brake check. Come to find out one of my calipers was locked up and I needed front rotors and brakes all around. The gentleman who came to me and showed me all that I needed and the total the bill would be told me he didn't feel good to let me drive my vehicle home because if I needed to stop quickly that I may not be able to .I told him I would call my daughter to pick me up but he told me not to worry about it that they would get me home .If you are looking for an honest family owned and run business I highly recommend economy !

I had recently bought new tires from them and after a couple of days I didn't like the way they were riding so I called back and Leo was able to expedite my concern they ended up taking the tires back the tires and were able to get me into brand new ones! I know very little about cars. Brakes were making noises so I brought it here. They checked everything for me and told me that I needed new front brakes but the back ones were good for a while longer. I'm sure I seemed naive and they could have told me all needed to be replaced among other things and I would have fell for it, but they didn't. The other sign that made me think this place is legit was the amount of car dealers coming in and out dropping off and picking up cars for new tires and such. Car dealers would know better than anyone the cheapest and most honest place to repair their cars for maximum profit Very honest folks here, and I will use them for any service they offer in the future

After getting tires o took my car to the kia dealership for a service and was notified that I needed to replace the back breaks because they were sitting on a 3. Why woulsnt economy tell me this? Everybody is selling Chinese tires! I was able to save money after pricing tires at Town Fair, Pep Boys, Costco and BJs, as the advertised prices from those places have all sorts of fees added to them. And the tires I got had better ratings than the tires the other guys were selling. Service was good, and he gave me a great estimate on tires for my SUV. I'll be back. And I don't change over to winter tires, so that is not a factor for me.

Cheap and quick. I took my Honda Accord by to have a front end alignment done today. They had my car ready in 30 minutes and only charged me $35. Everyone else wanted $40-$50 with a 2 hour wait. The mechanics where friendly enough. Large, clean waiting room with ESPN on the tv. (If that helps). You can also schedule an appointment online.

I have been to Economy Tire twice. One was a tire repair, the other was a tire replacement. Each time I went a half hour before closing and I was taken in and serviced before they closed. Everyone working there has been wonderful and have good products sold at a reasonable price. The owner was there both times and was very amicable; one of those times he went out of his way and made sure I got the tire I wanted. I will definitely be using their business again, maybe once winter comes around for snow tires!

Hate to post this but been going here 10 + yrs bought my regular 800 dollar tires paul recommend these yrs back and they are the best I bought another set 10 k ago developed a leak not there falt brought it there two times before Paul got it pretty much fixed but was still a slow leak so I brought it back again unfortunately it was a night before a snow storm told me no time to fix it come back another day so I called today before I went used up 6 hours of personal time already told me 4 hr wait told them who I was and my problem couldn't care less told me to bring it in the morning Paul ran a business like they used to be honest and stood behind there product unfortunately the two behind the counter now sell you a quality product but could care less when you come back for some help paid them 25 to fix it and willing to pay more to get it right after all it's not just me who rides in the car it's my child as well lost costomer because unwilling to help even after 6 hrs of my time wasted Paul do us a favor and open up your own place again

So here's the deal. If you're looking for the old Economy Tire with Paul's great service it's no longer here. I've been doing business with them for 20+ yrs. I own a small business and I've gotten tires for all my work and personal vehicles here. Recently got a price on tires from Paul for one of my trucks, they weren't in stock so I returned the following week to get them mounted. Went to pay when finished and tires were almost$100 more than quoted by Paul. Bob had no interest in the price I was given. Corporate greed at it's finest! Found same tires online even less expensive with free shipping/ Town Fair was even cheaper with mounting and balancing. Sigh... Disappointed and this will be my last time purchasing from Economy. Thanks for the years of GREAT service Paul, it's been appreciated!

Awesome customer service, competitive pricing and good selection of tire brands. First let me tell you a story. In 2016, I had a new set of tires mounted by the Honda dealer in town. Even with a buy-3-get-one kind of deal, the total still came to $650. They billed me for new valve stems and never changed them. When I called to ask, the explanation was that I have TPMS. What they didn't know was that the type of TPMS system in the 9th gen Accord LX uses hub sensors, and not valve stem sensors, so I paid for a service that was not performed, and was told that they don't do that on my model car (which would mean they shouldn't have billed me!), when in reality it was needed. This was the dealer, the people who sell this model car every day. Fast forward to Nov 2018, I find myself needing new tires for the winter. This time I tried Economy in Watertown. They got my tires in stock within a week and had them installed in an hour on a Saturday morning (with appointment). The price was lower than the dealer by $50 AND they gave me a form to fill out from the manufacturer to receive a $70 visa rebate, bringing my total to $565 for a full set of new Continental touring tires. When I called to remind them about the valve stems, they were already finished and told me that if they see rubber valve stems, they replace them with new ones with an install. This means that they take care to look at what they are doing and actually knew what to do with my car. The mounts are balanced and the car tracks straight. Perfect alignment, perfect ride, perfect experience. I will absolutely come here again for my other vehicles.

There's nothing worse than big chain tire shops....ughhhhhhhhhhh, so annoying. And there's nothing better than a small local business and an awesome local business owner. We've been coming to Paul for well over 30 years and have never been less than completely happy with everything. Are we paying a few bucks more per tire? Probably, but who cares. If that few bucks keeps this guy in business and keeps me out of a gross tire super store, then win win!

Guys put a set of tires on my car just a few weeks ago. I started to get a strange noise with the new set and brought it back. The team worked with me diligently to try and diagnose the issue. Once the issue was found to be tire related, they immediately purchased a new set of tires and credited me the full amount of my old tires. Problem solved and happy customer.

They damaged all 4 of my new OEM Audi alloys, evidently from the retaining drum on the wheel balancer (it looks like a Derek Weaver balancer, based on the rubber cup Bob showed me) . They took no responsibility, and offered only denials. I've purchased tires at Economy for years from Paul (I have 4 cars), but recently got a great deal on replacement tires at Costco. But they got really bad fuel mileage. Michelin warranty covered them with a 75% discount - at Economy. I accepted only because I was hoping that a different set on 18" alloys would improve the gas mileage. So I purchased 4 new alloys (actually brand new take-offs from an A3), and Bob assisted with the warranty. (Paul was kind of rude about making me call Michelin so his guys didn't spend an hour on the phone for me. It only took minutes.) Still, Paul was crabby (and incorrect) about the diameters of the tires being different (they're identical), the TPMS system (mine is indirect), etc. Also, when they changed the tires they used one out of four that was the wrong tire. I discovered it quickly, but had to return to get it replaced with the correct tire. In any case - they're just wheels, but Economy should not have damaged them - and they should have taken responsibility. I'm left feeling bad for hating them about the whole experience - but sadly they're no better than Town Fair, maybe worse. Do what you need to, but I'll go elsewhere. Economy /Zeller damaged all 4 of my new OEM Audi wheels - without even an apology.

I couldn't find any tire shop on Sand Mountain that had tires for my Toyota Venza in stock. Mr. Wheeler at Economy had a set at his shop the next morning by 9 a.m. and they were a better rated tire at $75 less than other local stores. I also got a quote for some suspension repair, which was also cheaper than the other quotes. I definitely will use these guys and I highly recommend them.
