JB: I just sent my wife up to this location for a simple brake change because I swore to her that they were great, but I was wrong. She told me the mechanic didn't know what he was talking about, knew reference to nothing, spoke sarcastically about the whole situation, and on her way home she noticed her vehicle was in way worse condition than it was before she took it there. They also told us one price on the phone but charged her more once she got there. We are very disappointed in our service there and I am very angry that they sent her home with her vehicle not being safe to drive because of what they did to it!!! The lowest rating I can give is one star, but I'd go lower if I could.

Terrible customer service. We stopped in to get a new tire. The service technicans were waiting on other customers so we waited. We waited at the desk for several minutes until they finished. Afterwards, no one greeted us, assisted us, apologized for the wait, made eye contact, acknowledged us or anything. One gentleman assisted a guy who but in front of us in line while the other gentlemen merely walked away. We took our business elsewhere.

I must give Cobb Automotive 5 stars. Everytime I come here, the Cobb family are such great people and run this facility very well. The mechanics there are excellent at there jobs. Most of the time, if I'm told it'll take about an hour, they're done in half the time. The mechanics are willing to tell you what is wrong withvyour vehicle and let you know is something else is wrong and may need replacing. They will not try to pull anything over on you. They are good people and willbtreat you right. Truly a wonderful place with great people.

Great place, I've never had a problem with them. Some things are a little pricey but you pay for what you get. There pretty fast and reliable.
