Not just tires! Staff friendly. Facility was fairly clean... typical for an older repair/tire shop. Bathroom has been used by machanics, need I say more? Waiting area is old...but has good tv options. No WIFI! Work done quickly without all the pressure to do extra work. (ie radiator flush or fuel system clean, etc) Price was quoted upfront...and was actually charged less once work was done. Mechanic left vehicle clean and no smudges around the engine compartment from leaning over and into engine bay. I recommend Clem's Tire for tires and minor automotive services. I will use these guys again.

I have always had good service at Clem through multiple vehicles over the years. Recently they repaired the brakes on my motorhome. Took it on a short trip and experienced problems with the brakes subsequent to the repair. Brought it back to them when we returned and they took it in immediately and began troubleshooting. They fixed the problem that occurred with just a minimal charge for parts that weren't replaced the first time that turned out to be the problem. This is the reason I do business with them... they stand by their work and will not make any excuses. They have a solid reputation in the community and strive to maintain that. Will continue to do business with them!

They told me that I would be getting a credit due to them misdiagnosing my husbands truck then put two catalytic converters on my car knowing I could only afford but one. I had to walk two miles to get my kids from school because they would not release my car to me. Then had the nerve to tell me I was trying to get free work. Are you serious? Disrespectful is my one word to decribe this place and the crew.

I really liked this place then I had 2 bad experiences here. First bad experience I went in for oil change, tire rotation and front end alignment. Left the business and noticed my car still pulled to the left really badly. Took it back the next day and they "looked it over", gave it a test drive and explained to me that HWY 72's shoulders would make my car pull uphill I guess. Haha! I went back months later since it was one bad experience after going there for quite some time. Again I had an oil change, tire rotation and front end alignment. Driving home my car is pulling to the right like it was before. Got home and the front tires had not been rotated, (brake dust and worn edges on front tires still). But at least they didn't charge me for the alignment this time. They also overfilled my oil by about a quart. They lost 5 vehicles business from my household this time. Gonna give McClary a shot.

We were traveling to Florida and my sisters car started acting up. We figured out what the problem was and called ahead to Clem's and they stayed open for us and had a spark plug and coil ready for us when we got there and had it installed within ten minutes to have us back on the road. So thankful they went the extra mile for us!
