Garbage place. Inconsiderate, rude, sold us a bad tire. Also charged us $45 for a bolt kit that was supposed to stop our tire from wobbling. All it did was made the car 100x worse. Car wouldn't go in reverse and started grinding bad. Didn't have these problems until they worked on it. Went back and they didn't exchange the bad tire they gave us and said it was the brake caliper, which they said would be okayL in the beginning. Long story short: they sold us a bad tire (bad valve stem), did bad work that messed up our rim, and were rude. I'd give this place 0 stars if possible. Their tires aren't even OK, they're trash.

My daughter and I were travelling back from Tuscaloosa to Louisville. We stopped at the Walmart Super Center and was told that it would be 4 hours to get our flat looked at. We went to another repair shop down the road from Walmart to see if they could help us. They pulled tire off rim and said that the tire couldn't be repaired and that we needed a new tire that they didn't have. They called B&G and said they had a tire and to send us down and they would get us going. We arrived and they were all ready for us. They were so quick to replace our tire and get us back on the road. Had a great conversation with Edith (in the office( I think her name is. She is such a pleasure to talk to. Thank you for taking care of us and getting my daughter and I back on the road.

Got my tire patched here on three separate occasions within the last year. The service is fine, my only complaint was that they charged me $10 my first patch, $20 for my second, and $25 for my last one. Sadly won’t be going back.

Told me on the phone that they had several of the right size tire that I needed on the phone. Drove all the way up there on a bad tire. When finally got someone's attention and asked about the tire, about 30 min afterward was told they didn't havr any. They do not check inventory if you call on phone. Rather than tell you that, they don't even check and lie to you about it.

worst experience I have ever had at a tire shop. went on a recommendation from a friend since it was close to the house. I needed two tires put on the front and an alignment. while there, It was recommended for me to replace one of the back tires as well. front two tires were great, the third tire they recommended was no diffrent then the original. they also warped the back rim and to top it off the alignment wasnt done correctly. a week after my visit i had to replace the third tire and now i have to replace a warped rim.
