Awesome people! Very nice! We thought we have a serious issue with our diesel truck and they quickly analyzed the problem, showed us what needed to be done and got us back in the road quickly. We highly recommend anyone in the are to use them if they need any work done on their vehicle or need tires!! If we lived in the area, they would definitely be our go-to for all automobile work.

A small family owned tire and repair shop they offer roadside repair new and used tires..they pretty much do it all with the extra service you only get with family owned shops .. they are super friendly and try to save you money... i would rather come here to get my work done than larger corporate owned ones... even if i paid a little more ( you dont here ) but worth being treated like a person instead of a dollar $sign$

This is a horrible excuse of a business. My husband has had his truck at this “shop” twice this week. He had it picked up and worked on Monday morning by this so called “business”, we pick it up Tuesday evening, only for him to be stranded at work the next day. Wednesday morning , they pick it up at his job for the second time this week to fix it and they “find another problem they didn’t see the first time in the shop”, we go pick it up Wednesday evening and bring it home only for him to come home from work today, and it not start AGAIN!! Mind you, he’s paid 2 towing bills and 2 payments to them to fix everything with no questions asked. He calls today and tries to ask them about what to do to make it right on his end considering he never gave them a problem about paying them (over $700 in two days) or anything but everytime he gets it back from this “shop” something else is wrong. The owner becomes hateful and hangs up on him, I call to try to talk to the owner and figure out what to do only for the owner to not only be hateful and rude, but to start yelling and cussing at me and hang up on me 3 different times telling me I had no business calling him when I was being nothing but polite and trying to understand why there is so many problems occurring everytime we pick the truck up when we have never had this problem before. I WOULD NOT recommend this business to anyone, especially for diesels, for any reason at all. Horrible service and a very horrible and rude owner at that. Not to mention they have a plaque hanging in there office saying they are ASE certified when they are not.

These guys are awesome! An honest business that goes the extra mile to take care of their customers. Called late on Friday afternoon needing an irregular size truck tire and they had in-store the next day at 8:30am ready to install. Prices were cheaper than anyone else and got me in and out quickly. Will def be back.

The work was done to my satisfaction and they warranty used tires for 30 days. I had a rear tire replaced with a used tire and a front tire repaired. Good price compared to the big box shops. I like that it's very open and I'm allowed to kind of watch how things go. I felt more involved in what was going on with my van.

Horrible place to do business when getting diesel repair done. I paid right at $700.00 in 24 hrs. for my truck to be fixed and had to have it towed to their shop twice. Then when I spoke to the owner about the warranty on their work and it being cleared twice by their mechanic and the issue continuing both times I picked up my vehicle he proceeded to yell to me that he never said anything about a warranty and hang up on me. Then my wife called to see if she could reason with Jim the owner and he felt it necessary to yell and cuss her. I also have a friend who is employed there and he has informed me previously that none of the mechanics are ASE certified and that most of the employees use various types of drugs at the workplace but yet Jim Abercrombie has a plack on display in the front office that states the mechanics are ASE certified and it is a drug free workplace. This has been my first and last experience with Abercrombie Commercial Tire located in Athens, AL
