We had flat tires on the trailer which was loaded as we were in route to delivery destination They have a larger amount of commerical tires in stock then the truck centers , there were a few commercial truck customers, get tires mounted when we arrived ....another tire mounting tech appeared after we nade a deal with the salesmen ...the tech got to it and we were back to work a couple hours later ..thankyou to the stsff of A-One Tire Sales and Services

First off, all I wanted was front end alignment. Ball joint worn out, they said. Done been checked, not wore out. After talking with shop foreman, will not send, recommend, or speak good of them. All they,re,r after is to get the bill up high in the thousands of dollars. Inexperience instead of good common sense.

On Tuesday Nov. 29 2016 I was traveling west on HWY 84 in Alabama and my Tahoe began to have an extreme vibration. The vibration was not in the steering wheel but the chassis. It felt like a u-joint to me so I proceeded slowly at 25mph to try and locate help. I pulled into the A-1 Tire Sale & Service Goodyear dealer and asked if they could repair my vehicle and what I thought it was. They said they would look at it and see if the could. After some time the mechanic returned to get the Service Writer and they exited and soon she returned to let me know that what was wrong was both front wheel bearings were bad and my idler arm and bracket were worn out. I asked how much to fix ans was quoted $446.00. I asked was u-joint bad ?"no it OK " I was told. I asked to see my vehicle and when I spun the wheels I herd no noise, when I checked for play by lifting up on tire I noticed none. Then moving tire side to side I felt no play in the Idler arm. Now mind you anything can break at ant time, but I had my vehicle in the shop last week for a tie rod end and front end alignment by men I have trusted for years. So I refused the repairs and for my vehicle to be taken off the lift. The mechanic then came over to where we were, I then asked him "you didn't find anything wrong with the u-joint? NO was his answer. As he backed the vehicle off the lift a loud ping could be heard, like that you here when you have a bad u-joint. I then drove to another shop recommended by my son-in-law, and when their mechanic walked under the vehicle he could see the u-joint was bad with out touching it. U-joint was repaired and $70.00 later I was on the road with no vibration. So before I let A-1 Tire do any work on my vehicle I would recommend you take it to a honest shop to determine what is really wrong.

Had a flat a crossed the street from the shop at the dollar general went in asked if they could come fill the tire a single employee said he could assist and would be over shortly after about 15 min I looked across the street they had seem to close and everyone had left to go home way to go for putting the customer first.

Had them change the differential fluid in my 2001 Mustang GT. They done a good job, too, with no mess. They left no grease spots or anything. They was around $30 cheaper than other shops. Their prices for some things are pretty good.

First time there. I heard a lot of good things about them from friends. They were very friendly, and they had good and speedy service. I was in there, and out, faster then I expected for a Saturday. I had an alignment and new tires. They gave me options on various tires and specials. The prices were reasonable, and the service great. Update- 8/10/19 Went there early because I had a leak in my tire. I was turned away, because of "over-bookage". There was nobody sitting in the lobby either. I previously spent $500.00 for new tires and alignment, and I posted a good review on that. So, I went back again. I drove 20 minutes to get there, because I do not live close to their shop. I get, " Sorry... we cannot help you today". They cannot do a simple tire patch on one of the tires that I brought from them? I would have waited on that to be done too. This is poor, and unacceptable customer service. I got it patched at another tire shop, Jim Whaley tires. That tire shop was extremely busy, but they still waited on me. I will not be going back to A-One Tires, if that is how they operate.
