SUPER friendly, clean, and reasonably priced! <3 I got my philtrum pierced here a few days ago. I'm prone to swelling in general and my lip swelled enough that I needed a longer bar put in, so I came back and they did it for free! If I ever want another piercing I will definitely get it done here.

Planned on going to the color box. Looking at the reviews I needed somewhere else to go. Off google I found Oshkosh tattoo. Checking it out, I called. I was convinced even at the voicemail. Walked in and loved the feeling. Liked the walk in or appointment. I walked in while missing my made appointment. It seemed busy but I got in right away. I was with Kris a woman, hubby preference. While the piercers here are absolutely wonderful. I wasn’t exactly pleased with my tattoo experience. I had an appointment with I believe Devan? The female tattoo artist. She was very nice and understanding that it was my first tattoo. However, I wanted a meaningful tattoo, one for my mother who passed when I was 12. She didn’t have anything to say to me during the whole tattoo, and come to find out after I had left and removed the bandage (as I didn’t really see anything wrong in the shop.) that my lines were incredibly sloppy and there are quite a few places where she more than obviously messed up. The lines are not straight even remotely where they should be. It really looks like a little kids drawing. As much as I love this place and the people there, I will not be returning to finish the shading of the tattoo or for any of my future tattoos. I will likely go to a different shop and have them do what they can to fix her mistakes. What a shame.

I have been to many piercing/tattoo places. This is BY FAR the best. We took our 7 year old daughter for her birthday to get her ears pierced. Everything from walking in the door to when we left was an exceptional experience. We were greeted right away when we walked in, it was a very clean environment, and they were so kind to our daughter. They treated her so nicely, like she was the first little girl to ever get her ears pierced. I wish I had known about this place a long time ago. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Parents, look no further. This is where you should take your kids for their ears (and whatever else, no judgement!)

I called Oshkosh Tattoo a few weeks ago to inquire if they had time for a walk-in appointment. I was told they did, so I secured a spot and showed up at my scheduled time. Devynn was my artist and began drawing up my design shortly after I arrived. Throughout this process, I felt a quite rushed and as if I was a bother when asking questions/suggesting changes to the tattoo. Overall, I’m not super happy with how my tattoo turned out, due to some very obvious and unsightly blowout as well as less-than-stellar line work. I understand that blowouts aren’t always the artist’s fault and can be due to the location of the tattoo, but this one is a pretty big bummer. I wasn’t given aftercare directions or told about their touch-up service. The only time Devynn seemed to be slightly friendly was when I was paying her. Thankfully, the tattoo was reasonably priced. I would feel a lot better about my experience had I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. I’d say go ahead and book at Oshkosh Tattoo, but definitely go with another artist.

Hit or miss, but usually hit in my opinion with some finer details needing work. In the past year I’ve probably had $2k in work done here via TJ. Did a coverup for me that he absolutely knocked out of the park. Fantastic work so naturally I care back for more. Then I had him start finishing a full sleeve for me and there were a few things that went “wrong “ if you will. I had $800 in outline work done and on the next session his rate suddenly increased from $100 hr to $150 hr.... I’ve spent enough time in the chair to know that that’s a crock. Sorry. After stating my case he dropped it to his original rate (which is usually mutually agreed when you’re doing sleeve work, and it was). On top of it I ALWAYS left him a hefty tip so this was kind of an insult. NEVER less than $60 tips on even a two hour session. I paid him well and he wanted to increase during the middle of a piece? Come on guys. I respect him for realizing it and maybe it was an honest error so if it was, I apologize. The other thing is the closeness of the appointments to one another. They’ve got the guy so booked out that clearly he was rushing a few times to hit his next appointment by less than a half hour late and that makes me uneasy. Quality of the work? Good, but there are definitely some areas where I can tell he was rushing shading work. Give the guy a break and stop booking him so jammed up that he needs to worry about it. If you can get an appointment where he’s not rushed, his work is incredible but there’s a noticeable difference when he is. I WANT to go back but I’m on the fence about it given these few things.

I have been to this shop multiple times, and it’s the best I’ve ever been to. I am bad with piercings typically, but Al made me feel so comfortable and made the process a breeze. My tattoo artist, TJ, is very creative with his work. For each of my tattoos, I told him what I wanted, and the tattoos came out better than what I had even invisioned. The employees are all very friendly, courteous, and helpful in every way. The shop is also extremely clean. I 10/10 recommend!!!

I've gotten a couple piercings here and the staff is always kind and respectful. All the tools are meticulously sterilized and the space is very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone getting their first piercing because they're super nice and try to make you as comfortable as possible.

Unfortunately my experience was less than satisfactory! I was impressed that they were able to accept my walk-in without an appointment and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. My issue was with the jewelry and the quality of installation. I purchased a set of jewelry that was extremely poor quality, it was a threaded set for a triple forward helix piercing. The set ended up falling out within a day, and the jewelry was threaded on the inside which made it impossible to get back in. I went to a different piercing shop and they were FLOORED that a reputable piercing shop would even sell that kind of jewelry. I ended up throwing away the set I purchased from Good Girl and the new set I recieved hasn't had an issue for three weeks now. Unfortunately after this experience I will not be returning to Good Girl.
